okay confession time I have never run in a pair of spikes before but I’ve come here probably the best place in the world to talk one of the best people in the world about how to run in a pair of in a pair of those what are your top tips and definitely what I should not be doing in a pair of these I would St by just wearing them for strides don’t go to the track and do a full session or racing them straight away without trying them or like easing your way in because you will not be able to walk for 4 days I’ve made the mistake don’t do it make sure you put the right spikes in the bottom like a six mil Spike don’t put cross country spikes in and don’t forget to put your spikes in I know people have done it don’t do it and also after you’ve raced take them out of the bag don’t leave them in the bag don’t leave them to Fester they’ll stink okay there a smelly muddy top tips of what that to do anyone else can try these on I better go try and do a workout now
