all right what’s going on everyone this is MMA Jersey and I’m here to break down the St Louis UFC card this C is going to be electric FY this C is going to get me off my feet and if I drank I would definitely have a beard to this fight so let’s break down these fights I’m going to give you my lean on the fights my picks on the fights how the fights are going to go how they will end I will also give you the lock of the week I’m going to give you the underdog of the week and then we can mess around with some parlays and see where it takes us let’s get to it and with the first fight right here here we go JJ alrd versus Veronica Hardy so in this fight right here I’m already thinking JJ aldrid th this is a lower level female fight and I personally do not like to watch females fight in MMA but that’s besides the point so if I had to pick a lean on this fight off rip Veronica Hardy her husband is Mastermind when it comes to UFC game plans and things of that nature he will off rip off the top come in with a game plan that will work for his Fighters and this just happens to be his wife I’m prepared to watch Hardy come out with a good game plan to minimize JJ aldrich’s wrestling and Veronica Hardy has okay wrestling and I’m pretty sure she fought Jamie lynworth right Jamie lorth sorry um and when she was fighting him her she was piecing her up so it was a lot of good combos going back and forth and she actually pet her which it it was a pretty decent fight now the thing is with JJ aldrid is she her her striking is okay mid tier at best but her top game and be able to control the bottom female on the ground that is you know it’s pretty good for a female it’s it’s pretty it’s pretty good so in her last fight when she beat Montana de la Ros that like her record doesn’t look like she’s good but that’s a pretty good female fighter and N leang she’s horrible terrible one of the worst female Fighters i’ I think I’ve ever saw in my life so that’s why she gets finished all the time and if you get consistently finished in female MMA the UFC is just not for you the MMA is not for you so if I had to pick a side on this I’m pretty sure give me the underdog JJ aldrid I think she’s going to strike and on the feed it’s 50/50 on the ground is JJ all day jjj’s going to mix in her grappling it’s going to be a three round fight 15 minutes it’s going to go the distance and it’s going to be a split decision 2928 JJ aldrid for the dub up the card here we go we have Jared Night Train Gooden and Kevin airjet so I’m kind of big on Kevin jet um I’m not thinking he’s going to be a world champion but he has decent striking um pretty good striking and he has decent ground game now Jared Gooden he just came back from the regional scene not too long ago um he had you know got cut from the UFC and had to build up some momentum to get back into the UFC now his last fight against Wellington Thurman I’m pretty sure that’s who it was yeah Wellington Thurman um that was a you know he he looked good now the difference between both the fighters is Kevin J has a better ground game Kevin jet also has more technical striking but one of the things that Jared Gooden has gr for him is his power but I don’t think he’s going to be able to catch the chin of Kevin jet in this fight I just I don’t see it happening what I see Happening Here is probably a split decision 2928 Kevin jet Kevin jet he’s a more technical fighter he has a better ground game the only thing that Jared Gooden has over Kevin jet is the power but when it comes to MMA you know you need all three facets I think he he’s going to involve his grappling there’s going to be some striking and Kevin JP for the dub 2928 Split Decision up the card here we go now this is where the fights get interesting here’s where the fights are more fun it like this card has a lot of great fights Jake Hadley the white Kong versus Charles energy Johnson just by the way I said their names you can probably assume who I’m going with but I’m 5050 on this so they have Jake cadley as a slight favorite at minus 170 and I just don’t I don’t see it being like that Charles Johnson’s a crafty veteran and when you’re a veteran who has he doesn’t have the best Tak down defense the thing that’s good about Charles Johnson is he refuses to stay on the ground he will not stay on the ground so if this comes down to Jake Halley trying to time some takedowns to steal some rounds I don’t think unless he gets it within like the last 15 seconds I don’t really think it’s going to do anything for him Charles Johnson is a dog on the ground um his from his past performances like you can see he has some L’s but these like Cody Duran dog ode Osborne dog you know what I mean he bit he beat Jimmy flick but who hasn’t you know what I mean everybody’s finished him and this fight right here I remember this fight specifically for the simple fact that I bet against Charles Johnson and he just showed me that like you can never bet against a veteran as crafty as him and one of the things that other YouTubers do not show is that that home home field advantage in MMA it’s a big thing especially in fights that are are even that are 50/50 having a crowd behind you is electrifying it’s energizing and more you send more people to come see you it’s it’s it’s everything it’s a big deal so Jake Hadley I’m super high I’m super high on Jake Hadley I’m super high on Jake Hadley he’s entertaining he’s a fun fighter he has good boxing and he can really Hold You Down on the ground his ground game’s Elite he can find submissions from anywhere he’s pretty good people don’t give him enough credit for his ground game so with his last fights as you can see MMA math never works it never does but they both lost to Cody thiran right now I was looking back and I was watching the tape I think I think Jake Hadley had a better fight but styles make matchups I think Charles energy Johnson gets it done he gets it done because he he’s unconventional with the way he fights he pulls things out of nowhere in this fight right here he got dropped twice he got dropped twice it it it was insane it was insane he got dropped twice and still won he he throws with volume he he takes you down he’ll threaten submissions he has great grappling now this may bite me but I’m going with another Underdog Charles energy Johnson but I’m excited to watch this fight nonetheless up the card here we go another fight now this is one of these fights that if you don’t watch MMA they don’t have the biggest names but Billy G and Trey Waters is going to be a fun fight for this fight I’m actually going with Trey Waters it’s is it pains me to say that because Billy golf is a dog here’s the thing about Trey Waters Trey waters for the welterweight weight class he’s 6’5 6’5 with a 77 in reach Trey Waters is a very good Striker and he has the ability to get off the ground and at being at 65 that you know you need something like that especially with the reach Advantage jabbing away is great the only thing the only downside that I’ve seen from watching Trey waters’s fight as the fight goes on his hands drop regardless if he’s getting hit to the body or not like you’ll see his hands come down to his side I don’t like that maybe he uses that a part of his style because you know he can just back up you know the tall man’s defense it’s a thing in MMA when when you’re tall and you have the reach Advantage they have to reach all the way to you you know just backing up is a way people play defense I don’t like it you know flash Knockouts happen really quickly but Billy G Billy go is underrated Billy G is a dog a real technical Striker he has great ground game and these two fights right here he fought Gary Bato Jr for the belt and CES MMA and then on short notice his very next fight he fought for another belt so he was a double Champion CES MMA granted it’s not the highest level of competition but for the regional scene this is a good look like we’re talking about a month’s difference like that’s a great look right there he got a knockout on shyan Samari and then he got another knockout you you know what I mean Billy G it it’s his intangibles it’s really what he does he he will jab you up be technical take you down to the ground and beat you up that’s his style he he’s just a dog but I like Trey Waters fighting off his jab jabbing jabbing jabbing working off his jab and then eventually I don’t think he gets a finish on Billy G I think it was going to be another decision 2928 to the winner of Trey Waters up the card Here We Go tab with the baby shark Richie versus Teresa Torres the tiny tornado if this fight were to happen 2 years ago I would say this is a 5050 fight I don’t think the books are giving baby shark credit it’s not even about baby shark right here Torres had a baby ultimately when it comes to MMA when you leave for a certain time period And it involves having a baby their first fight back is never how they used to look they need they need some time and two-year layoff is a long time so now that she’s 34 years old she left when she was 32 in MMA there’s a rule once you hit 35 36 you start to decline you know what I mean baby shark she was just on the win streak she had a tough loss as you can see goldina she she’s pretty good man two years ago I say there’s a 50-50 toss it up but tab with the Richie man she’s been fighting she has been fighting they had the same exact fighting style which is the crazy part about it but I’m taking a female you know it’s going to be another decision 2928 I don’t think it’s going to be a split decision unanimous decision and Tabitha Richie is going to take it there I can’t back a female fighter who just had a 2-year layoff and had a baby in that process as well it’s just not a good low Tabet the Richie and she might make one of my my final plays up the card I’m super excited for this fight Terren T-Rex McKenna versus EST bomb rovit I 10 out of 10 I already got Terence McKenna I’ll tell you why Terence McKenna is a Do or Die type of fighter most of his fights are underneath one and a half rounds majority of his fights he’s going to live or die by the sword he’s an entertaining fighter he has heavy power one of the heaviest power in the in the 155 division he’s up there like he has crazy insane power eson he will bang this is a perfect match up right here both of these guys will bang I’m going to give Terence McKenna he has a better wrestling Advantage he has a wrestling background but rebovich isn’t no slouch on the ground as well I think Terence McKenna is going to throw a bomb he’s going to throw bombs but I think the way this fight ends is going to be a club and sub T mcken is going to drop him and immediately snatch up a choke as bad as I want to see a t mckenny bomb flash knockout I don’t think it’s going to go out that way Terence McKenna is going to do a club and sub Terence McKenna will drop him and then Terence McKenna will get a submission probably real naked choke yeah most likely going to be a real naked choke I’m I’m going to take Terence McKenna second round submission that’s the call Terence McKenna dog up the card here we go here’s the next fight Chase Hooper verse velov Borel borchev I don’t know how to say his name I’m keep it honor with you I was big on Chase Hooper I really was big on Chase Hooper I didn’t think he would be a next World Champion but it’s entertaining to watch these young Fighters come out and and fight you know do it for a living um Chase Hooper has let me down um twice as you can see I’ve been betting on Chase Hooper for a little bit that loss to Steve Garcia Steve Garcia is a much better Prospect um this loss has aged well it definitely has he’s a much better Prospect Than People G give him credit for um Nick F you know super mid and Jordan levit the fact that he out wrestled Jordan levit when that’s his whole that’s his old style to get on top of you lay on top of you you know beat you up a little bit and ultimately win a decision the fact that he did that you know makes me kind of you know that’s kind of impressive J Jordan levit you know he’s not a superstar but he has great wrestling great ground game that’s just what he does I just don’t see I don’t see him doing it to Slava Claus I don’t I don’t see it at all like you can just see by the level of competition that he’s fighting the competition isn’t like Stephen Peterson come on dude like look anybody that has the OV or the EV at the end of their name you already know that they’re a dog like those Russian Fighters are dogs the mahash he just got a knockout he just got a knockout W like Mike Davis pretty good this one this one’s iy but it was about two years ago and then Dakota bus he’s trash I don’t even think he’s with the promotion anymore but this is this is how the fight’s going to break down they’re going to stand on the feet Chase Hooper is going to try and get some takedowns he will successfully grab a taked down or two he will not be able to submit uh borchev he will not be able to submit him Bev is going to get up and it’s going to be a it’s going to be rounds he bichev is going to dominate the the the standing game the Striking game and he’s just going to jab him up that’s just really what it’s going to come down to and and bachev you know him being rushing his his ground game he might take him down and lay on top of him this is going to be one of the more boring fights Chase Hooper you know was a hyped up prospect that hype has now died you know but I have confidence especially for the fact that he’s fighting with Team Alpha Male Team Alpha Male you know they’re one of the best teams that you can fight for I’m taking B borchev by decision 2928 and now we are on to the main card I’m super excited about this main card we have robell to Spain versus Waldo Cortez aasta I’m going to tell you this right now robell to Spain is going to Flatline KO Waldo Cortez a Costa my job is to do research I did my research on Waldo Cortez a Costa he was an amateur boxer he was and he had got knocked out three times three times by amateurs now Waldo Cortez a Costa has foughten nobody nobody he fought the ghost of Andre alovi barely won how do you win a decision this dude is like 40 something years old look how many fights he has just terrible Lucas Brey you know eh mid he lost to Del Lima who just got Flatline flying knee by Dereck Lewis insane work Chase Sherman trash look at his record and then Jared vanera I don’t even know how he made it to the UFC robell is to Spain we are talking about you know like he’s 6’7 with an 87 inch reach this fight will not get out the first round he’s going to knock him out with a jab in the first round I’ll be surprised if this fight lasts any longer than 2 minutes the only way that Waldo Cortez a Costa can by the grace of God win this fight is if he takes him down immediately he has to take him down and test his ground game he hasn’t been tested already if you look at all of his fights all of his fights are Knockouts and we’re talking about within minutes like I’m pretty sure all these fights right here in octagon time we’re talking he has maybe three minutes maybe three minutes he’s knocking people out with one punch you know what I mean it’s just it it’s how it is playing out give me robell to Spain my knockout first round all right here we go up the car and it’s one of my favorite fights Sean Woodson is one of my favorite Fighters he’s a freak athlete he’s 145 PBS at 6’2 with a 78 inch reach just to put into perspective C Waldo Cortez aosta has a 78 inch reach like that mindblowing dude that’s mindblowing I’m taking Shawn Woodson for a couple of reasons Alex caceras just got destroyed by chit right he just got destroyed he’s coming off an injury um Shawn Woodson is not only fighting in his backyard and like I said that HomeField advantage and even fights play a big role Shawn Woodson is going to fight behind his jab and one of the things that I noticed by Shawn Woodson that no other YouTuber is talking about is his ground game Shawn Woodson used to be a pro boxer prior to coming to MMA and now Sean wood he was taking people down so I had been betting on Shawn Woodson I bet on him against Charles jordane A jordain that was in Canada I also bet on him literally against everybody now Louis ala he’s he’s an idiot but that’s that’s a conversation for another time he should have lost to Louis Al but he just his fighting IQ is a zero like he’s super slow but if you look at who Alex car uh Alex ceras is fighting you know he’s getting W’s off you know mid- tier Fighters so de yusf this has aged very well and I I Shawn Woodson behind that jab ultimately Shawn Woodson is going to fight behind the jab and surprisingly he will take you down Shawn Woodson will take you down eat up minutes I don’t think Shawn Woodson gets a knock out here Sean Woodson is going to win this fight by decision he he has he has the reach he has the defense his defense is amazing because he has the tall man’s defense but he also fights with his hands up you got to realize this guy was a boxer he boxed his hands were insane for example Jose Aldo just boxed for about a year a year and some change came back and his strikes were looking more precise at the age of to 37 years old having a boxing background is amazing for MMA up the card here we go Diego ferer against matus reesi I’m taking matus rzki all day matus foresi better Striker and like I’m about to just go down the list more technical Striker better ground game um you know has more he has more experience against people with more high level fighting if that makes sense for example let’s compare opponents Michael Johnson Michael Johnson’s extremely old and he’s a ghost super ghost ganr destroyed Gregor gpy knocked out again benil darus this has aged well you know you go to a decision with him that’s pretty good that was three years ago and then he he beat Anthony Pettis the ghost of Anthony Pettis Roosevelt Roberts you know this was um Roosevelt Roberts isn’t anybody to get hype about Loki Rod Bava dog Nick Fior H mid Rodrigo this is I remember watching this fight cuz I bet against rzki for the contender series but like if you look at this right here rear nak choke the decision KO armar like this this this is how this fight’s about to go so retki is going to take him down to the he’s they’re going to stay in the jab for a little bit Rees is going to take him down to the ground and he’s going to get him out of there I’m taking retki by submission in the second round that’s just how that Diego ferera he has a good jab extremely old like it just he’s past his prime he’s just he doesn’t have it in him anymore that he has the BJJ in his background but that’s that’s not going to do anything with retki you know he he has the momentum he’s been fighting he’s 31 years old you know this is his time to push for a title run this is his time now he’s going to knock off another W take him out you know he’s a shorter stronger BR great wrestler he’s going to get it done give me reesy second round by submission now this fight right here is super tricky it’s super tricky Carlos oldberg I am very I’m very fond of he’s a great fighter he has a lot of momentum he’s been winning a lot of fights but so has Alonzo Manfield now I Alonzo men Field’s last fight was against Dustin jacobe I’m pretty sure yeah and I bet on manyfield who was a plus 200 Underdog here he’s around the same line at plus 170 I’m thinking Manfield has the power to get it done but Carlos oberg as of right now from what we’ve seen does not have a flaw in this game he does not he’s got eor poan just got destroyed excuse me Nikolai Nam maramu like these guys right here not the greatest guys this is a big jump in competition Carlos orberg is very well he’s a very great technical Striker he can take you down he could submit you he can beat you up on the ground but I like Alonzo menafield right here now this is a coin flip I don’t believe the odds respect on how good Alonzo Manfield has been fighting his power is second to none he outboxed Dustin jacobe who was a boxer the only way I can see oldberg winning is on the ground I think if he stands on a feet with Alonzo menifield that Alonzo Manfield event of the evening so we at walking Buckley vers Rosie Bob right I’m taking walking Buckley now this this might sound crazy roing Buckley is on a heer right now when you fight with momentum everything goes right and he’s fighting in his backyard he is from St Louis Missouri he’s fighting in St Louis Missouri this is the same thing as Shawn Woodson the only thing is walking Buckley is is a freak of nature for his weight class at 17s a freak you like it you know long strong powerful pause long strong powerful like has crazy power and he usually has a physical advantage over all of his opponents especially at 170 he should have started at 170 from the jump he should have never been at 185 but but we live and we learn now the dude he’s fighting is 6’5 bro 6’5 so how but 6’5 170 how much power are you really bringing down with you one of the things is walking Buckley throws these looping shots and he throws all these crazy kicks and I think that’s going to work to his Advantage not doing it he’s just just not and here we are finally the main event of the evening UFC St Louis drick Lewis versus Rodrigo nasimo give me the black beast give me Derek Lewis Derrick Lewis is going to win by knockout in the first round Rodriguez Naim Mento has been fighting [ __ ] Derrick Lewis has been fighting all top 10 Fighters look Jon now made a tricky ground game Nim Mento does not have Del Lima he was up and coming he got his Flatline absolutely knocked out that fly knee was insane speed like it’s Sergey we’re talking about you know great ground game Sergey again pavlovic you know before Tom Aspen all he was you know considered the best heavyweight in the division Tai to aasa when he was on his run so it was aging well before Tai started losing look I’m going to tell you this right now Rodrigo’s going to have to do leg kicks but it’s it’s not going to do anything he’s going to take him down but Derrick Lewis as we seen against Almeida when he was in tough positions Almeida literally beat him because he laid on him that’s it that’s all he has I don’t see it getting out the first round Derrick Lewis by knockout he’s going to throw bombs he’s going to throw hooks nasty wanted to pick two different Fighters but Terence mcken is both Terence mcken is about to go out there and Flatline estom rebovich he’s going to do a club and sub get him down and it’s going to be by submission probably a rare naked choke I promise you if he doesn’t go to sleep from the first two onews that come right down the middle that Terence McKinny always throws every single fight it’s over right here I’m going to do the parlays that I think that will be good um based off my selections that I just did and one of the things that I really and this is a parl that I’m going to be playing myself so right now if we can catch Derek Lewis um Derrick Lewis at minus 160 Shawn Woodson that’s plus 140 already the lock of the card and Terence mckinne that’s plus 7 68 now if you didn’t like Shawn Woodson I really like these three right here plus 488 this is almost at plus 500 odds I would lock this in ASAP this is a beautiful bet this is a beautiful BET right here like that’s beautiful now if you want to go early cuz I know some some people like to you know BET fight by fight bet early let’s let’s go with JJ aldrid I hate betting females but for people that like it I tip my hat to you and baby shark I like baby shark a lot this week a lot this week especially because the person she’s fighting is fresh off that baby you know what I mean robell to Spain like this is this is another good one now if you wanted to get to more degenerate side of things let’s go more wage ah they don’t have the lines out so we’ll just talk about it here oh my what is going on so if I’m if I’m doing this the lines that I would look at would be Derek Lewis by knockout the Spain roell the Spain by knockout I think those are two guaranteed Knockouts this week and those odds should be pretty
