the idea that we need to release out of the top but Jack went more in depth in reality he talked about pressure how grip pressure tension levels in our arms and how if those are correct it’s really impossible to release too early from the top alongside the principles of tension he talked about sequence

Doesn't 'release' also include letting the lag angle increase when changing direction at the top?
I think this deserves a full video. Watching Jack's swing I'm reminded of the trebuchet concept, w the straight lead arm smoothly accelerating and the club shaft timed/allowed to release for maximum effect (and without excessive effort). The lag isn't consciously held (or released early).
Unfortunately the words "you can't release too early on the downswing, as long as you move into your left side and swing the club from inside the target line". Could be interpreted as that you can release the club early so long as "you move into your left side and swing the club from inside the target line"
