This just shows how little she understands the mechanics of punching. Physical strength has extremely little correlation to punching power.
The kinetic chain, staying loose and whippy (that’s a real word… and that’s my story), outstanding balance, and most of all… SPEED, are all far bigger factors that contribute punching power than physical strength is.
The problem with Shields is the same problem with Cris Cyborg… The talent pool at their weight class is so shallow that their entire legacy has to be questioned due to strength of schedule.
Women like Serrano and Katie (although Katie has been gifted by the judges more than a couple times) have FAR stronger resumes because there are many more talented fighters at their weight and the rankings are competitive.
Let her fight so she can get a taste of reality lol 😂 and get the hell knocked out
