the mil is right get a chance to watch a few get a little read here that is just on the edge of taking the lead but uh that’s going to give him a great opportunity she just started playing golf a few years ago she began when she was six it was the only sport she could play during the covid-19 pandemic and we’ve seen that in several of the players that because of Co and golf’s growth they took up the game [Applause] another Victoria also a third grader we see a lot of the competitors here amongst the 80 finalists they start playing with plastic clubs at 18 months so a lot of these boys and girls have a big jump on the game one in the grid Arnold went after that second one I love all the different techniques these kids use to create a maximum amount of speed and they’re all slightly different and that speed will come over the years as they get bigger and stronger all right 2011 for that second one well done a good look at exactly what you’re talking about Aaron with this huge turn yeah look at this look at that shoulder turn my goodness i’ I’d have be in traction for a week I couldn’t get to that position right now look at that he’s off his feet look at that but that’s what you said that’s exactly right you’ve got to create speed somehow all the ones you saw there on the list it’s just so nice of all the people involved in those clubs to make Drive Chip and Putt happen it’s not just here this week at Augusta W that’s one of the few we’ve seen left sh page I think maybe uh watching the putts before maybe makes you pay more attention to the speed out a play from Columbia South Carolina First P seven and A2 ft that one a little bit less than that so there’s the two putts from adelyn Owen who was tied with mine Dickerson now to play from Orlando second coming into this portion of the competition and meline from Orlando Florida will go [Applause] now right just drifts by a little bit but for the overall title I think Madison might be in good shape dad’s Dad’s doing a lot of math too dad’s in the same boat that I am here doing all the math Travis I think you are right I think Madison’s taking home a trophy total 9t 7 in that’s going to be good enough for third in the putting and eight points is going to give Madison Patt the way to go [Applause] Madison and our overall champion from Eureka Missouri Madison ha congratulations Madison Madison Patt comes away with the win with a great showing the driving chipping and the putting all the way across the board and she is the national champion for the girls ages s through n well the youngest group of boys the boys ages 7even through nine are just getting started oh look at that drive from emry Munoz who’s been here before from Lockport Illinois just missing the grid I believe is end up in the bunker yes it is out didn’t waste much time there Mike no got right up there emry take a second I want to tell America about you here Pal give give me a minute bu bu well it’s hard to believe Aaron he’s not ever had a formal golf lesson a pretty good move there fantastic you could see that he’s trying to create speed you see how he raises up drops down he started cross-handed when he first picked up the game at age two he played cross-handed which again when you put the left arm down the shaft putting or driving it makes sense when you’re a kid but he finally switched to a conventional grip I mentioned he has some experience here he was in this age division last year really excited with that second Drive in the greater 209 yards so emry Munoz is on the board here last year but here is how it all started plastic clubs where it all begins first set of plastic clubs Christmas of 2016 he started swinging and it says he never stopped but it’s only seven years he’s got a long time for never here but man that’ll just drift by for T Le couple of Californians who made it through with terara out of the Southwest section and Ruba Juma from Sano California she made it through the Northwest qualifying at Chambers Bay as the final math on uh Tara is s 7 ft well he walked his putts going to slide by by a bit but I think will Lily is going to be in great shape here to be crowned the [Applause] champion get the measurement of the final putch she’s going to finish seventh in this discipline we’ll get her four points which is going to be enough our chionis fromeast psylvia Swan announces the winner of the putting but Lily’s going to win the overall title stop [Applause] dad Hudson nap will become the fourth two-time DCP National Champion Texas that is close enough for the win Under Pressure 11-year-old Texas Terry got the job done and he knew it and shake with Dr condesa Rice and Texas Terry while we’re waiting earning enough points there to just Edge Hudson nap wow that was some putting that the boys 10 and 11 okay Waits Rodriguez in this playoff oh that’s how good is that it truly is a circle of Championship not friendship get that and take the win there get that extra little Point Half Point in the playoff that’s it take your point and run playing sports fractured left wrist sprained an ankle broken nose and concussion well the ability to hang in here and play golf stay healthy may have brought her a title there there are her two putts she’s going to finish right around third or fourth overall with the putting and that’s going to be more than enough points for a big margin of victory in the overall slowed down now that’s just going to sneak by too fast young man who’s got a master’s head cover with fed Amen Corner against the see spelling as his last name thought it would be the perfect scenario here at Augusta but he’s going to finish down around six through seventh in the putting discipline and Parker Tang who made his uh second putt to Come Away with nine points in the putting looks like he is going to be the champion of the boys ages seven to nine they’re figuring out the math as well Parker’s a winner yes you did man oh my goodness you got it 9-year-old Parker Tang wins the boys 7 to9 ladies and gentlemen we’re delighted to announce oh couldn’t end with that same experience as well at 15 this her final time to compete in this event and a handshake with Dr cond right they’re on the 18th green but choa said one of her future goals is one day that she gets the chance to play in the Augusta National Women’s Amateur tournament so hopefully we’ll see her back here at Augusta National after seeing her three times in the Drive Chip and Putt okay second one here for Landry 4 Fe 3 in her first one so try to keep this closer make it about a foot and a half or so with that second putt so and frost 14-year-old from Colorado Springs from Phoenixville Pennsylvania great feature on her that we were able to share hes to be a future pilot 6′ 1 in total and Dad buoy
