[Music] trying to capitalize more on those like 20 Footers I missed a bunch of those but then was making my 25-footers so I don’t know that’s G for you I actually feel extremely comfortable throwing the disc out here it’s coming to putting where I my wrist is really tight I wasn’t able to loosen it up so it’s just like driving was fine putting was where it lacked the OBS are the biggest part of this course if you’re taking an OB you’re going to have to try and get back to par [Music] [Music] [Applause] hello and welcome to round two of the 2024 Dynamic disc open presented by Dynamic disc this is the 7th Pro Tour event of the Year we’re at Champions Landing I’m Madison Walker I’m Erica stinchcomb and we’re the two hocky h a uh windy Cyclone esque kind of a day out there a little worse than yesterday a little colder but the rain held off so we were happy about that less miserable about that yeah one thing to be happy about it’ll be an interesting one out there Missy Ganon tied for first uh 73% Fairway hits yesterday Landing in circle 2 in regulation 61% of the time 54% c1x putting we’ll see if she can land a few more of those today in the wind Haley King you just heard her say she’s having some issues with her Circle 1 x putting 63% of the time she’s making them 72% of the time though she’s at least getting to Circle two for a birdie and 82% of the time she’s Landing in the Fairway throwing them good out there Emily weatherman someone I’m not that familiar with should be fun to watch she’s hitting the Fairway 95% of the time Landing in circle 2 in regulation 72% of the time and 63% c1x putting yeah everyone kind of struggling on the green but Hannah win 75% leading right now uh in circle 1X putting 44% of the time finding herself in circle 2 and landing in the Fairway 91% of the time taking some off and finding herself in the middle and that’s how she got to the top pretty wild that all these ladies are tied at one under going in the second day that’s pretty rare Holland hanley’s the First on Chase card also at that one under hole one is a par five 999 ft OB on both sides really comes into play on the left side off of the te yesterday it was a headwind today it was more of a tail uh so that’ll make the disc staple out for the right hand backand which is the predominant play you can see the OB gets a little tighter on the left side with a golf green as you get closer to the pin this one is birdal in this wind but 2024 Dynamic disc open at Champions Landing 9:55 T time our fpo lead card teting offers from abalene Texas sponsored by raise energy abene Emily weatherman you haven’t played with Emily either right no I know she did well at Champions Cup also in the wooded Fairways so no surprise to see her doing well here in a little bit more open conditions we’ll see how she fares In The Wind that is always a test pretty good probably experienced from Texas in the wind I’d imagine yeah from Charlotte North Carolina sponsored by Inova Haley King we did get to watch Haley yesterday she had a good round for the majority of it just a couple of I would say uh opportunities that she didn’t capitalize on not necessarily any huge mistakes just small ones little blunders on the putting green it’s on a bad drive from Beacon New York sponsored by Discraft Missy genon the wind looking pretty calm here as the lead card tees off but it was a pretty steady Tailwind for most of the morning weird to have the opposite wind as yesterday opposite for some anyway oh that’s beautiful Z metallic Thrasher from Missy and from Spokane Washington sponsored by Discraft Hannah [Applause] wi Madison and I both got to play with Hannah yesterday and watch her play pretty clean in the windy conditions excited to see her again yeah she’s got a great backand and also a very usable sidearm that comes in clutch she’s deadly on the putting green especially when she’s on Haley going to work the right side here get some nice turn on it be too much turn no it’s good it’s good should be a little pinch but she’s far enough that’s probably just a simple little forehand chip I would say most women going to play more to the right side which as you can see has the trees but the OB is a bit harder to find that left side OB can come into play if you get some flare skips I didn’t even see where that landed I was looking at that bird yeah Robin coming in hot you’re happy if you get your second shot up and over this hill regardless of where you land except for maybe right behind that tree yeah as long as you can see the basket on the next shot you’re usually pretty happy Big Arm Missy furthest off the te and that looks great Emily going to have to really take some distance off this third shot being tucked behind the tree she’s opting to go way out to the left pushing that OB line but staying safe yeah it’s going to really open up her third shot I mean sorry fourth shot Hannah trying to get a putt on this one most likely does leave it pretty short easy to do it’s a little scary to put the turn necessary to get all the way there on this third shot yeah the Green’s pretty well guarded from the right side so you cannot just throw a dummy heer it has to be kind of a technical flexing shot or this big sidearm like we see Haley trying to work a nice little roll great shot Emily’s fourth from what 200 maybe maybe a little a little closer coming in hot and it’s very common to land under that bush on the right hand side but you can still putt especially if you’re as shallow in as we see Emily usually have to go to a knee though it’s so dense Missy also oh gets a bad kick and she’ll be dealing with that bush as well flag looking pretty calm on this one at the moment yesterday this averaged at three stro three4 of a stroke over par playing as one of the harder holes of the day today just a teeny bit overpar in the top some of the easiest holes hey all right Missy what a way to start yeah really pretty putt yeah much more favorable wind on this one today yeah there were 10 birdies nine people Landing in circle one and 20 almost half the field Landing in circle two in regulation oh all right everyone’s doing it Emily with a great parut there great shirt too mhm Haley for a birdie makes good little bit different Vibes than yesterday if you didn’t watch yesterday’s feature card there was a miss play playing from the wrong disc it was a wild way to start whole one checking in with the Chase card we have Holland Hanley who is was anyway tied for the lead now tied for second uh h two is a par 4 I’m surprised not to see her go forehand here though the wind wasn’t bad for a backhand now she’s trying to go up the hill to the right around that huge bush is it a bush or a tree Bush yeah I think I don’t know I don’t know it’s both and there’s no way to combine those words so don’t try yeah yeah thanks I was doing it in my head and they’re all bad wow nice putt from Holland for a good birdie this hole was extremely windy even though the flag doesn’t show it it was whipping out there and kind of swirling around yeah on the first two shots for [Music] sure hey and Missy going to take the the lead from the other two ladies on our lead card here cat merch having a great round as well two down through three hole two is a par 4 that flexes back and forth your first shot wants to be around 300 ft maybe 330 to this little Landing zone right here your second shot you want to go up and around this bush tree and carry as far as you can a lot of players Landing in circle 2 with a long putt this one is birdal by everyone in the field but the wind was really challenging today today with a left to right Crossing win sometimes a little bit head congratulations to David Palmer who won our patreon disc giveaway uh you’re going to win a disc that was featured in The Practice round and signed uh thanks for being a patreon Haley working that backand and doing kind of what happens on this hole with the backand yeah really trusting that disc so hard to get through those trees cleanly with the backhand Flex Miss see a little bit more right and finding the Gap almost just a little bit ahead of where Haley was as long as you’re past that tree it’s possible to attack yeah the low line is great it just doesn’t allow you to bite off as much distance which makes the second shot really difficult this is a very common mistake turning it over too much and landing on the right side of the Fairway making it really difficult to try to attack for birdie Hannah threw this shot really well yesterday two yeah not messing around just past the tree in a good position and you can see this was mostly a right to left but as you got towards the top the hill it could feel like a headwind at times you can see this just turning a lot Emily going to cut roll a little bit Yeah you couldn’t feel it as bad down there but as soon as you got over the hill it was very strong or close to the top of the hill Hannah throwing it a bit too low as well going to end up nearly 100 feet away Haley opting for sidearm it takes some big distance not everyone in the field has this shot but Haley is going to work it really effectively inside the circle inside the bullseye wow that’s back to back really great forehand approach shots from Haley who is comfortable winning out here so that’s a good shot for Missy turns it a little too much so that wind is not going to let it slow down either and she’s going to be in the rough short of the green Emily showing us her forehand here that was very smooth and parked for a par this hole played harder than hole one flop from yesterday it averaged a little over a half stroke overpar and I feel like it’s largely due to these these shots two and three trying to work your way up around the corner with a surprise wind gotcha Missy just going to lay up her third there not a lot she could do from that position Hannah makes good on the par Hannah does have a solid forehand as Madison said very kind of workable good for approaches but I think you can tell she’s not 100% comfortable throwing it but it’s nice to see her lean on it um it’s kind of a skill that more and more Foo have to have to score well at most of these courses we play par is great out here there were only three birdies on the day today Haley King uh Holland Hanley that we both got to watch and then elzra midling got it only two people got to Circle one only 10 to Circle two we’re going to jump ahead to the third card here they’re on ho four C merch throwing a forehand out and over OB probably flirting with that line a little bit and leaves it pretty well short it’s a long approach on the second every bit of 340 or 350 to the green it is downhill though um you do have to go over the top of the hill just before the basket so it makes it play pretty true to its distance cat already two down through three here she is from about 45 dead center cat’s putt is interesting to watch cuz you just never know exactly what angle it’s going to come out on it’s like a very feel putter [Music] mhm two birdies in a row is going to put Haley in Solo first place cat merch so far with the hot round down in Solo second all 3 is always one of the easiest on the course it’s only 466 ft and a par 4 and downhill uh you can take the Gap the Drone flew on a backhand you can go out wide to the left with a sidearm uh you occasionally see out wide with a backhand Hiser as well you really don’t need to progress that far down the Fairway to approach there are two uh pretty big trees guarding the green um OB cart path on the right OB string line on the left that’s pretty generous um gets a little tighter as you get towards the pin this hole played a little tougher today it still was the second easiest hole of the day um but I feel like there’s significantly less birdies the wind was ripping left to right cross so you weren’t able to commit to the angle of your shot that you needed as much as you like it was kind of Shifty a little Gusty you never quite knew how strong it was going to be so it’s really hard to commit to a a disc angle especially this far down a hill especially the back hand the sidearm felt a little safer surprised not to see Haley go sidearm Emily turning hers over and this was another one just like the last hole that kind of felt like a headwind at times just depends on the moment we saw Hannah do this yesterday and flirt with ob a lot more than she is today super safe today finding herself right in the middle Haley still what how um what three 320 that’s I was going to say yeah 310 320 from the basket downhill still somehow really difficult to get there there OB line behind the basket comes into play pretty quickly because the screen has a tendency to be a little fast and Skippy right now it’s a pretty bog like yeah there is like a casual bog right before uh that tall grass very muddy Hannah not going to approach as close as she wants maybe Circle two it looks like here’s Miss’s approach leaving it really wide with something stable trying to get a little ground play nice if you didn’t watch yesterday one down was the best round um but usually we see you know five to maybe eight down out here though the course is probably playing a stroke or two harder oh no Hannah with the sidearm going deep um and the front Line’s definitely easier what is this shot sweet what is this wow wow that was I feel like better than any of her putts she should always putt like that that was beautiful from both knees yeah but anyway you definitely want to Stack Up the birdies early on the front nine there’s one for Emily great putt Emily looking super solid so far already and here on our first lead card in a ever in a while thought I’ve seen she gets a slow mess we love to see it yeah really nice oh man she looks so calm and collected too I’m not jealous Hanah from OB to save par uphill Circle two kind of jabby not fully committed and she’s going to have to settle for a bogey on this one we had 14 birdies today yeah definitely less than normal a third of the field Missy going to get one of them 18 people made it to Circle one in regulation 27 over half the field made it to Circle two in regulation bogey feels rough on this one especially after being clean off the tea [Music] dang cat merch four down through five wow throw a measured 66 mph and 358 ft throw B 69 mph and 456 ft similar effort yet 98 ft difference but why the answer is proper body mechanics and technique and this is why the Power Disc Golf Landing short join today at powera.com all four another par for another very Gable birdie by everyone in the field this downhill shot ideally you want to land somewhere right in this area the bog is actually The Perfect Landing Zone sadly but a lot of people coming up a little shorter playing a little bit safer off the te cuz they pinched that out- of- bounds line all the way on the left hand side in really close so we see some forehands we’ll see some backhands that are a little more aggressive we had a left to right cross one here your second shot you got to get up and over that Hill a lot of times the basket can be blind and it’s easy to go a little bit deep as well but very Gable birdie backand feels really scary to me on this one the landing Zone’s blind so it’s weird and Missy in the Bog perfect this with this wind too it’s very easy to overturn your disc and find yourself in the rough on the right side or overturn it and get a cut roller Emily thankfully it’s low enough that it didn’t have time to find an angle she’ll still be in position to go for a long birdie look love the sidearm yeah I think this is the play it allows you to set up a little bit more on the left side of the Fairway too which opens up your second shot does tend to leave a longer second shot but it’s also good footing feel like the backand just always does end up in that little ditch Hannah doesn’t put enough turn on this one she’s going to be OB she’ll have a chance to save par but a stressful chance yeah you feel the pressure Emily really far away every bit of 350 I would say mhm needs to get up and over that Hill puts it really high is going to be flirting with his OB green on the left and unfortunately that line is pulled off that advertisement wall by a couple of feet so Emily’s going to be OB up there I think maybe in circle to yeah maybe just outside Hannah taking a little bit lower more linear route I love this it is a narrow Gap but it’s working for her she’s going to be just outside the bullseye and what a save yeah it’s gorgeous it does feel like you have to throw right at that tree line with the backand on the you know the right side to park it Haley taken to the sky a little bit more with a slower speed disc doesn’t quite get it all the way inside the circle but she is in putting range Missy having to go stand still behind some branches going to be in circle too that happens so often on this whole Fort forcing having to go stand still on your second shot that’s kind of the challenge it can be very difficult up here it doesn’t you can’t quite tell how uphill you are but Emily’s a good 10t above the basket and 70 ft away I like that she ran it though going to have a little bit of work coming back for her bogey Missy from 55 will’ll say little bit downhill as well oh my goodness great run going to come up short there were only six birdies today only nine people getting to Circle one a regulation and 14 to Circle 2 Haley coming up just a bit short on her putt this I don’t want to say it’s frustrating to miss this birdy but it is cuz it’s a hard hole the more the more I talk about it the more I’m like wow A lot can go wrong everywhere mhm it’s yeah I’m not mad about it but I’m mad if I bogey it’s like a pretty easy par if you stay in bounds mhm a nice recovery from Hannah with that OB stroke still getting the par yeah impressive second shot no birdies on our lead card today [Music] Haley and Missy still tied with cat merch now who’s still four down through six cat holding on to that four down is so impressive in this wind uh hole five is a par four 523 ft this one does feel frustrating not to get OB cart path on the right that is really narrow to start from the T if you throw straight you’re actually carrying OB for a ways so you want to throw something stable that checks up on that little cart path to Nowhere um that is inbounds it’s just weirdly there uh the OB on the left side starts to come into play a little bit um if you saw one off on the T but you’re usually not thinking about it too much and then that cart path towards the end it’s nearly in circle one isn’t it or is it in no it’s way inside Circle one yeah it’s about 22t okay you’re definitely thinking about it especially if like Missy you end up way left off the t- shot it makes the second shot really difficult to not throw directly at the cart path and hope you’re checking up and time I like Haley’s play here of trying to get more right but it is so risky and oh I think yeah she’s going to be out of bounds so risky was this like head windy it was right to left cross with some head action for sure don’t sorry I won’t say that again you guys get what I’m saying right we’re on the same page yeah Emily with something really overstable yeah she’s going Firebird which I think is smart just takes them off the drive you don’t need a ton of distance to attack this one for birdie you just need to be in bounds a really trusting her approach game she’s probably about 300 ft away here maybe a little closer than that is that the same Firebird it looks like that she just threw yep oh great shot trusty love just breaking the hole up in half Hannah throwing something really overstable doesn’t quite get to the circle it’s safe but she will have a tester put yeah you really have to push that OB on that right side and deep and then swing in or do what uh Emily did and throw directly at it which is surprisingly hard there that one tree is right in the way yeah Missy does force it out of bounds but not quite enough it comes back and gets some skips she’ll be inside the circle trying to discuss Haley’s lie here she looks gets to look dead straight at it much simpler approach yeah she’s so far on that forehand leaves a little bit of work left Hannah looking for her first birdie of the round about 35 ft going from a straddle looking a little off balance on the putts today that’s a hard one from Circle two Haley got a lot more ground play than I thought sit jeez yeah mean little roll to 25 34s of the field got to Circle two in regulation almost half to Circle one Missy won a 14 birdies today about a third of the field getting it Missy birding every other hole here going three down now Haley makes good on her bogey em only a little tiny bit right on that putt got a lot of chains it’s going to be a par Hannah doing a good job of cleaning up pars here she’s in position for birdie but not quite able to capitalize yet it’s crazy knowing how windy it is and the fact that you can’t really see it very well is so frustrating I know I wish there was like I don’t know food coloring but for wind so you can just see it moving yeah I’m with you see how Wild it is Holland making it look like it doesn’t exist a really nice low linear t- shot and a great putt on this elevated basket the stump hole easy birdie for Holland moving to one down on the round business Holland is for sure present full force [Music] you can’t party in the wind like this unless you’re a bird Missy going to take solo first with that [Music] birdie 300 ft is all you have to cover it seems like no big deal but something about the uphill nature and the perfect placement of that tree on the right side early makes this hole a little bit challenging there’s out of bounds all the way down the right and left hand side in the tree line can come into play quickly especially with the wind the way it was today head with a little bit of right to left cross as well really highlighting any mistake you make on your disc and not letting it carry Straight which is what you want yeah you can see it pushing Missy out well actually she is inside the circle a great shot and I think just like right around circle’s Edge on the left side of the green is probably the most common Landing Zone today and tough because now it’s going to be largely a headwind put from over there Hannah following suit here right in the same spot Anna with a Vortex Missy through a thrasher Hannah not quite getting it to turn or flip up as much and she is sailing towards OB that one was Emily oh sorry um she is that out of bounds yeah okay think so it looked we’ll see when she gets up there yeah as Madison said you can see the wind just highlighting if the angle isn’t just perfect I like that Haley is combating the wind not exposing the flight plate to it and skipping inside the circle still in the same spot on that left side of the green it oh she’s on the line that might be a benefit goes to the player kind of a scenario actually sure is Emily going to be outside Circle too probably just chipping up to save her par I’m probably just happy it’s in and this actually looks kind of more like a right to left wind at the moment Hannah doesn’t want any part of it any elevated Putt in the wind is tough having to go nose up you never know what’s going to happen Missy not even going to do it don’t start none won’t be none it’s what I said on the screen today she did I’m just G to I don’t want any I don’t want any Haley does though oh and she’s G started some oh no yeah look at what she started yeah she did but she is good for the comebackers today Hill storm ice in her veins destroys windshields on the regular par was good today there was only three birdies Jessica kis Lisa fakas and we got to watch Holland Hanley with a nice short putt round of pars isn’t too bad for our lead card [Music] here that is such a weirdly hard 300t hole I know makes me feel bad about myself me too on paper it looks so easy yeah we hate paper whole seven is a par 4 579 ft you are teeing from out of bounds through a really narrow tunnel you are going right towards this out of bounds area on the right it’s kind of right where you land and then you’re hoping for a skip usually into the inbounds area cart path left OB the entire way going over a newly added River of OB in the middle which is more in play for the mo off the t-shot than Foo it would take quite a rip though I suppose it’s possible to get all the way down there largely you’re just shooting over that River of OB on the second shot usually with a backhand Heiser out to the right um very Gable birdie It’s just tough to get aggressive Rive on this t- shot yeah especially today the right to left win is not forgiving brutal just pushing you towards that cart path on the left yes a lot of times players game plan here is to just get through this Gap usually on a high pretty steep Heiser angle and just play with wherever the skip takes you but with that wind today it’s just you can’t resort to that game plan anymore so it’s like what am I going to do throw something really aggressive and straight over OB forever it just gets really tough Hannah going to catch that early tree right off the gap She is safe there but it takes birdie essentially out of play and this is what Madison was talking about here just putting something on Heiser and you can see how close it skips to OB I think Emily’s going to check up safe just barely risky yeah that wind loves to take discs further left than you would ever imagine yeah like even this you think it looks good and it’s it’s dangerous yeah she got lucky with that tree kick I think that saved her and in a weird spot kind of bringing that River of OB into play she’s just going to lay up short of it which is something that no one has practiced I would imagine no yeah she even is a little shorter than you maybe want a little work left to do and this wind really kicking up right now right to left SL headwind see it’s there o that looks great wow like that Firebird again what a great shot fantastic Emily really looking like a seasoned veteran out here yeah she is super solid Missy putting it out wide hoping for the wind to do some of that work that we saw on the t- shots and it just doesn’t help she’s going to be in circle too for birdie putt classic Missy shrug Haley really pinched on this tree here going to go sidearm which she did yesterday as well leaves this one a little short going to be about 40 ft nearly for a birdie putt only eight people got to Circle one in regulation 18 got to Circle two though a big jump just this tree likes to take discs out of the air and drop them right in circle two Hannah going to skip nearly to the edge of the circle long look for par here layup when you’re not feeling it you’re not feeling it yeah she did say in her interview that her wrist was bothering her Missy with a run leaves it low there were only three birdies today on whole s Hannah with a long putt to save par oh yeah so good really good and only the one bogey for Hannah the rest pars which might not feel great in the moment but isn’t playing bad today a tapen for Emily yeah she he moves to one down on the round that’s great and we had a hot Goose get a birdie today Madison Walker oh yeah the third one of the day was from Tiger Borth and on to one of the scariest holes on the entire course top three anyway it’s scary sometimes but today it is especially scary because of the frightening wind yeah very exposed Miss again and going to take the lead over cat merch at this moment but what’s important is getting through this whole clean we had a left to right slash headwind on this one the t-shot is very important to get in bounds it really dictates the rest of the hole instead of playing Rescue Mission you can just kind of chip chip chip up to the green and tap in your easy par and on paper it really should be like that but a lot of times if you find yourself out of bounds or a little short you just decide to play aggressive on your second or third shot and find yourself OB and it’s really easy to stack up Strokes because of how much OB there is all the way down the left and right side and you know how we feel about paper I like that Emily keeps hers really low kind of out of the wind not letting it dictate the Flight of the disc there she’s a a tiny bit shorter than you want to be but not by much this t- shot was especially windy being a little bit elevated from the rest of the Fairway you don’t feel it as much on the second and third shot but you feel it or on the second shot but on the third shot it is really whipping off the water Missy attacks and gets a really nice big distance shot sets softly in the middle of the Fairway yeah she’s going ESP Force there pretty aggressive Hannah knows out of her hand that that’s going to be in trouble but it checks up nicely in the thick grass yeah it’s interesting cuz the low play is great but also the really high spiky play can be great just yeah there’s lots of options you can see Haley puts it nice and wide which looks like it’d be good but yeah oh my gosh my gosh give her a green oh it’s going to be close spot are going to let the card call it and if Haley doesn’t get to take that safely she’s going to have to move pretty far back it was carrying OB for a while yeah it’s it’s really hard to decide what to do in this wind I feel like did have the best game plan here or the most consistently in bounds because trying to get something to flip up and come back at the perfect angle is really tough when you don’t know how much it’s going to gust yeah and Emily with a great second shot too this second Landing zone is so tough It’s narrow it’s hilly what else is it windy yeah blind mean tree branch Missy cross over this flag line here uh that is also on the right side cart path left is OB if you do not cross you go to the Drop Zone if you do cross you play normal OB rules on the other side second shot you’re usually leaving Short of the corner and then you’re throwing either a turnover or maybe a sidearm from that corner uh to get all the way to the pin here and try to get a birdie we saw a few ladies yesterday go really aggressive off the tea and then wrap the corner on the second shot check out this Fountain also cat merch is going this looks like her third shot into the green meaning she wrapped the corner by a lot on the second a little bit of a comebacker uphill for birdie she’s got to know the stamp of that disc really well yeah yeah she does she also knows how to get birdies now still with the hot round at five down five down through the front nine and to jump all the way to solo second from third card is very impressive back at the lead card Emily weatherman trying to get out of this very daunting Gap getting pretty aggressive there with a side Winder it doesn’t look like she crossed right no I don’t think so so she’ll go from the Drop Zone it is possible to save your par from there so this this a grouping of holes whole eight and nine and 10 are I would say that they’re three of the harder holes on the course they they um statistically or whole eight is the hardest whole nine is the second hardest and it’s it averaged at a full stroke over a full stroke over 1.17 I think it said on the yep both of them yeah whole eight was 1.21 so oh man Hannah going to be in bounds and in a good position there so getting through these holes clean is absolutely Monumental you are gaining so many strokes on the field Missy going to be out of bounds Haley really aggressive beautiful shot just needs to check up that is an insane t- shot that’s huge that was a glow t- bird three wow Hannah so aggressive mhm Hannah threw an ESP cicada all of these ladies throwing Fairway drivers where a lot of times you just see mid to be safe Emily from The Drop Zone yeah it’s about it’s about 300 feet uphill to The Landing Zone Emily a little right and out of bounds again and out of bounds right which makes it so hard to save anything from over there Missy with a better line at it leaving it Oh I thought I was going to say leaving it a little short but she’ll be able to see maybe the flag of the basket from there she’ll have a chance oh Hannah pulling this one looks like it’s stable enough to get over oh man her blood pressure is probably a little bit high from both of those shots Haley able to go forehand around the corner there’s a big bubble of safe area over there and she can get super aggressive yeah she can yeah so risky off the te but then a really pretty easy birdie or at least short one from there Emily she is out of bounds but she’s taking it back from the basket to get a more favorable lie and this is in danger as well oh oh my goodness going to squeak inbounds yeah really friendly is your heart rate up or Missy’s fourth after her out of bound stroke going to be outside Circle 2 first real consequential mistake of the round she just generally doesn’t seem concerned which is cool a little low but slides up to Circle to she’ll have a downhill putt for birdie this green got a lot scarier than last year the OB is pinched in so tight it’s inside the circle this year so you do not want to error on the right side of the green at all yeah I found out if you hit one of those trees you can just kick over to the right side in that ob’s like 20 not even 25 ft down there and I didn’t know how close it was until I saw you do that nether exist me neither Missy just going to lay up there here’s Emily trying to save a bogey a solid run only four people got to Circle one in regulation Hannah one of only seven to get to Circle two in regulation playing the hole really well I’m only looking solid on her Circle one putting going to be a double bogey haly my gosh no she’s so laugh that’s dumb that is so dumb oh they were only only two birdies uh on this one today lucky Lorenson and Cat merch we got to watch cats just before this there were oh my God I don’t want to say the stat there’s only 42 or 43 people on the field and there was 40 out of bound Strokes on this hole today I wonder how many people had more than one too yeah and we’re going to jump ahead to third card Lisa fakas with a really great shot on this par three it’s plays farther than it’s 316 ft she’s going to be just outside the circle it looks like and floats one in there for a birdie that’s going to put Lisa at even par it looks like um cap merch having the hot round right now as well as Jessica whis both three down through 11 Missy Ganon still leading the way Haley King tied with cat merch uh Holland Hanley even par on the round tide with Jessica whis some other stuff’s happening yeah it’s it’s great to be under par today this is not one of the days where we would ever say that people were going to come in with a five or seven or eight down uh it was very tough conditions out there the wind was very swirly and unpredictable and Gusty and it doesn’t get any better on the back nine uh maybe a little Sun popping out here and there but the wind stays tough so uh come hang out with us and watch people’s discs go crazy uh thanks
