the questions and he has 32 points in the Clincher for the Denver Nuggets who win at 108 106 over the Lakers you consider what the Lakers were going through in the second half of that game when Anthony Davis hurts the arm the neck the shoulder that area does little for offensively the rest of the night Aus re and everybody that’s what I’m saying but so the Nuggets had injuries too that was just a great great game and man the last team that got the ball we need some clarification on the uh challenge situation why the Lakers didn’t have any timeouts all right well uh that’s because that doesn’t if you win the challenge and you lose the timeout that doesn’t seem fair to me can’t be changing rules that’s the rul I’m not changing the rules I’m just saying if you win a challenge Clarity on I want Clarity if you if you challenge cuz they I guess when they challenged they lost their last time out but they won but they no but I’m saying but they run the challenge but I’m saying that’s my point you agree with that but you’re thinking you’re yeah you’re saying if you keep if you keep challenging correctly then then you no no I’m saying I don’t understand why they win the challenge you can only out you could keep your timeout but not get another challenge that’s what you’re yeah I I don’t understand how they won the challenge they lost the timeout so I I just I want clarification all right and uh and call Keith is all over Lord that’s that’s our source Keith meantime the highlights game five so Jamal Murray got that left calf wrapped and apparently Michael Malone was against having him play because of the status of that calf but Jamal wanted in there and he was in there and he got hot early and leate he had 12 in the first quarter Reggie Jackson man he balled out today yeah he wasn’t going to play either then Mike Malo you got to stop telling people when to play or not cuz you don’t know what to do LeBron James just musling his way to the hoop there 3534 Lakers came to play today Anthony Davis 16 in the first half you know LeBron ain’t going to let his te Mur again high off the glass still LA on top and then LeBron from deep and every game in this series the Lakers L it the half it was 53- 50 tonight here’s the injury to Anthony Davis as he took that bump from Michael Porter and you saw him immediately grabbing at the shoulder you could see him kind of they look like that seems like a area yeah he’s still holding it over there oh Ron yes a lot of that second half you just saw him just kind of that left arm just kind of hanging by his side here’s Russell missing and Joker with the pass oh to Aaron Gordon there you what man he’s so he made Kevin Love and West UNS the best I’ve seen at those passes Joker for three 6963 then 7167 and Michael Porter Jr for three and the foul would miss the free throw he played great tonight ear 26 oh Joker come on man his bag them fundamentals LeBron weaving his way to the hoop TW tle a little bit yeah he goes down but got right back up oh y I’m I’m good game tied at 87 LeBron just willing his way to the hole bully ball right there Michael Porter Jr that jumper is so pretty 95 93 catch that oh right at the king anle check what C game tied at 99 Joker oh and here’s the play you’re talking about they challenged this because it was ruled a foul on ad they only Ked a foul on him because it was no that was all ball come on man stop it he had his hand around his neck Marin cont with the left and a block with the right 103 102 LeBron gives the Lakers back the lead by one Aaron Gordon got that big offensive rebound that was huge and Murray Cashes in now game tied at 106 and there Murray too much space he loves those moments under 4 seconds to play toan Prince no and the Denver Nuggets the reigning chance are through to the Western Conference semifinals that but they earned it 108 to 106 they win the series in five but the U couple of two-point wins for the Nuggets including this one and here is Michael Malone as about the injury pregame um it seemed like he was once again just a force throughout sort of the entirety of clutch time in this one what was sort of your confidence that that last shot was going in oh the utmost confidence you that’s why I didn’t call a timeout um let the best two-man game in the business play their game and get to their spots and you know for Jamal to add to his playoff lore by having two gamewinners um in a series is just incredible and uh the conversation before the the game without getting into too much detail I was an emotional one um about him playing tonight and as he just told me he goes I’m glad I played cuz I don’t know if we win if I don’t play tonight I said well that’s the understatement of the year um the kids are Warrior man I just I can’t say enough good things about Jamal Murray um the bigger the moment the kid just continues to shine um and I’m proud of him one tough cookie and I tell you the I mean ni Cola 25 20 and n and uh the most amazing stat was he was Zero of zero he didn’t miss a free throw tonight uh and Michael Porter’s offense throughout this series was incredible his efficiency 26 points uh five of seven from three um you know Michael had timely offense Aaron 13 boards um and I thought Reggie gave us good minutes off the bench um I would be remiss I think Darvin ham was a hell of a coach and you that’s not an easy job and I think Darin does it with class and I think he and his staff deserve credit for that um he’s a good man good coach and I wish wish uh you know him all the best and hopefully he’ll he’ll be around there for a long time because he deserves to be uh and a credit to their team you know they’re not an easy out LeBron James is arguably the greatest player of all time Anthony Davis is a Hall of Famer and uh they gave us all we could handle you know we did not want to get on that plane going back to LA and so now we can you know try to get ready for Saturday against a beast in Minnesota U but I got to give the Lakers a lot of credit man that was a hard Fort series a lot harder than that 4-1 final score would uh would indicate because we had to scrap for every game that we W in this series as a team it’s tough it’s tough man you know uh some unfortunate circumstances uh a getting hurt you know not having to leave a game per se but just through all his natural rotation normal rotation um they make that run you know we’ve already challenged the car early in the game we trying to hang on the time out just in case we need to challenge again we may have an extra um and you know it’s just it’s one of those games man it’s a hell of a team the defending chance for a reason I’ve been saying the entire year the entire series um they know how to gut our wins they’ve been there before um but I’m I couldn’t be more proud of our crew despite everything that happened obviously the series didn’t go in our favor didn’t turn start out the way we wanted it to but to win that one at home fight too to nail to try to get this one our guys showed a lot of guts a lot of character and their resilience to continue to fight um but you know the intangibles uh they got us again you know we missed some free throws gave up some Second Chance points late um it is what it is you just got to learn from it Grow from it be better mentally spiritually and physically how do you all right so uh 108 106 you’re final and just to clarify what you were talking about because that’s the first thing we talked about when you came out here afterwards and let you didn’t have a timeout they’re late in the game you get a challenge if it’s successful you get another challenge but you have to have a timeout to use that they had one timeout left they used it on that challenge on the Anthony Davis play right there but it doesn’t mean that you continue to get challenges or timeouts you need to have a timeout to use the challenge and that was their last one yeah I that that makes that that number one that doesn’t make sense I I I don’t I don’t understand how you win the challenge and lose the time out I mean I understand the rules but that just doesn’t seem fair to me in my opinion then then they do that for for purposes of game Flow and that you know once you’ve once you’ve used those challenge it’s not like okay now you get to use another challenge or anything well not all challenges but I I agree with Charles I’m thinking you should get you should be able to keep your timeout well you you have to use a timeout to to challenge yeah but you made the mistake not us that’s right we didn’t make the mistake you made the you have issues with the rule and that’s fine I mean and that didn’t cost them the game but I’m saying I don’t understand that like that just not doesn’t seem make a mistake but you made a mistake and and I got screwed by your mistake that ain’t right it’s called the letter of the law yeah okay that that’s never good stop complaining hey when you get stopped by the cops I hope they put your ass in jail weigh in on what we just saw here tonight with Denver the Lakers came to play you know Charles talks about Denver switched it worked three games in a row I don’t know if that’s going to work against Minesota but you know they did what they had to do they they stepped it up when when necessary played on a team like that I think my second Championship we would always you know uh go behind but then we we hit the switch so you know Denver a great team you know when you got others stepping up Michael Porter 26 you got a guy you got two guys that you can go to down the stretch and and and the Joker and uh Jamal Murray and Jamal Murray does it again they play great but Saturday Ernie what is their records this going be series uh it don’t matter what they do they split the season series each of the last two years two two yeah well let me say this this going to be a hell of a series nuggets beat him last year in the first round 41 yeah and uh this is going to be big boy basketball this ain’t this ain’t the same Minnesota team that they beat for cuz it actually last year those games were pretty competitive last year but the this Minnesota team man I cannot wait for Saturday this is this is what we say big boy grown man basketball I cannot wait well you know what the funny thing is well you see look at the T Carlon Town missed three of the games Rudy missed one Jamal missed one yeah but man it’s going to be I I’m not sure where the advantage individually lies a lot of places because the the difference in the game for me is call Anthony towns like can Aaron Gordon guard him in the on the box or when he has his runaway train mentality where he grabs it at the top and he just runs to the basket he’s so physical that’s going to be the test if Aaron Gordon I’ve said that the entire time the reason slow cat down the reason I’ve said I’ve never liked Minnesota because uh cat never uses his height to his Advantage oh he does now he well he’s getting better at it he still shoot two manye threes because like you just said if he just stands out there and shoot threes that really helps helps the Nuggets but if he but he’s a great three-point shootter he can’t just knock shoot well he he he might be but listen if he’s a great three-point shooter that’s fine but I’m pretty sure we’ll live with this three-point shoot instead of taking the ball to the Box taking advantage of size and when you take advantage of size you get the other team in foul trouble but that’s your question a but one person and that’s uh who Aaron Gordon against Anthony Edwards I want to see that that’s what I don’t know if a Aaron Gordon’s going to be I think it might be someone else who who else it could be a Carwell pop no too little too little too little stop it Aaron gord’s gonna guard Anthony Edwards they are not going to put anybody going to go cat uh that that’s the question and then who’s going to guard Rudy uh well they don’t have to worry about I’m say you still have to guard him yeah but let me tell you something they I guarantee you Anthony uh Aaron gor is gonna spend majority of his time on an because you can’t listen Carwell P first of all he’s hurt listen play this game yeah but he got hurt but I’m tell you the one thing you need against Anon EV the two legs I’m pretty damn sure he’s going to be all right by by the way cat 42% from three this year yeah yeah he can’t abandon his three I didn’t want don’t want him a bandage but you have to use your size Advantage aren’t he if I know but I think we’ve seen that too I’ve seen we’ve seen him he is a difficult he is he’s gotten better he’s posting up a lot more and that’s going to be the difference of their in their team that’s the only thing I’ve ever say take advantage of your size yeah yeah you’re doing great Kat yeah so also will they double the Joker against Rudy because Rudy is supposed to be the defensive player of the year will they double him which doesn’t allow some of those three-point shootings I I would they’re not going to double Joker they’re not they going to let Joker get his numbers cuz number one rud is a terrific Defender and if you kcp Michael Porter Jr the little brown kid all their guys could get their shots off a go off a joker I’m good I don’t have a spelling B was a torn patella so cuz they said maybe last night but I hadn’t seen anything going to need surgery at some point I don’t know when that is going to happen but uh man it could have been both of us
