Conor Rogers here at the NFL combine alongside the Human Highlight Reel Keon Coleman man love watching you play how’s this week going for you um first and foremost I’m thankful to be here you know but I mean week going great you know enjoying the interview process you know teams getting to know me and you know the media getting to know me asking good questions about ball and stuff like that so I’m just having fun excited to be here from the 10 seconds I’ve talked to you before we did this interview I could tell teams are having fun getting to know you man incredible personality but what everyone knows you for right now is the explosive plays you made on the field what was it like transferring to Florida State and just making those highlight real plays all the time I mean the highight highlight real plays is things that you do every day you know things I’ve been doing for you know most of my life so it’s just getting to do it on a different platform at a different stage uh with a historically you know traditional and you know high value team like Florida State you know they have Rich history and stuff you know a lot of great players going through there and you know we were a great team so we had a lot of players and for me to be able to make those plays it was it was fun so you know I got to ask you about basketball yeah I mean I’m not tripping bro right I mean what was that decision like because you were a legitimately great basketball player great football player and at some point like most great athletes do you had to choose yeah I mean you know I sit well with it because typic I made the decision so it’s like nobody pushing me out nobody was like hey man you you know I was going to play that second season but I was overcoming injuries so as a pro you got to be like all right I got to take care of my body and you know it was more than just a a decision for me cuz looking back home it’s like a lot of kids look up to me so it’s like that basketball stuff where we at in Louisiana don’t really happen too much especially in my area but football we produce some we produce some guys so it’s like in that aspect of it it was more about everybody else than it was myself so it’s like it gives them something legitimately to chase what was it about being such a great basketball player that translated to football because it seems pretty evident on the field that some of those skills did translate I mean I was start growing up I mean you never you can always put your eggs in one basket and you know make more eggs but you always want to be good at everything cuz you never know what sports going to pop off and what sports you actually going to be great at so you know the lad movements jumping pretty much all those things translate the football you just got to hmer them pads on all right let’s get away from football what does Keon Coleman do off the field man man I really just be relaxing bro I I’ll golf I’ll golf a little bit I I a I’m be real I’m tiger wish he could I ain’t I’m nowhere near what he can do I just be out there having fun just got to stay calm hitting the ball I bow a little bit okay uh hang my home bars you know there’s a few of us so I don’t hang with too many people so I just like to chill really that’s awesome all right well you might have a future on the mic by the way if you want one just to let you know I can do it I like I like talking ball we can go all right let’s go we we can switch the interview up trust me I’m not that interesting or exciting so we’re happy to have you here inste how about an NFL quarterback that you’d love to catch passes from touch let’s call it touchdowns from forget passes that’s there a lot of great guys out there yes there are how well I got a limit I get name a few let’s go with three cuz I know you’re going to say Patrick Mahomes of course man greatest in the game right now you know Pat Uh Josh Allen for sure oh yeah you can throw the ball CJ stra for sure I would have been my guess that would have been I mean a rookie year for CJ St watching him weel playing against him at Ohio State I’m like hey it’s hard to defend that when the ball exactly where it need to be yeah the dude is different yeah him and man one more I like that for sure that game I like that game I respect that cuz D gets a lot of hate when he shouldn’t get a lot of hate Reon he’s an MVP candidate this year yeah a lot a lot goes into winning games especially playoff games you know a mistake or two here he’s like yeah that cost you the game but you can’t you know solely put that on him right you know so I I don’t really get it all right let’s make this a little harder you get out there your rookie season who’s the corner in front of you that you’re like damn I made it to the NFL like this guy’s big time either big play slay or or Ramsey for sure oh yeah probably one of those it yeah yeah he still got it for sure all right Keon Coleman man it’s been really fun talking to you I can’t wait to see you make plays at the NFL level appreciate you stopping by appreciate y’all having me hope you have a great day thanks Keon yo yo homies what’s up I know it’s the off season but it’s never the off 1. Dam. He gonna be catching passes from Allen and lining up against Ramsey twice a year (at least). It’s like he spoke everything into existence 😂😂
