UFC Fight Night: Nicolau vs Perez just ended and it was an overall enjoyable card. Big Juicy Onama got it done against JSP, Bogdan Guskov proved orc-maxxing is the best base for the light heavyweight division, and Alex Perez got back to winning ways with a highlight reel KO over Nicolau. UFC Fight Night Nicola vers Perez just ended and while it seemed like it was going to be a relatively mid card it turned out to be overall a very enjoyable MMA event so let’s dive into my full card MMA content where the Mexicans at where are my Mexicans [Applause] [Music] at overall I went eight and five on the card with my picks not bad you know not the easiest card to pick at the end of the day and definitely some outcomes I didn’t expect on it for sure let me give a shout out as well to the winner of this week’s topology event for those of you who don’t know we have a fantasy MMA picks group on this channel where you just put in who you think’s going to win and how they’re going to win for each UFC event and you get points depending on how accurate you are it’s free to join free to the winner from UFC Fight Night Nicola vers Perez that’s Toby MMA with a 13 picks correct nine of them perfect wow really great the prelim started out with mahash shate versus Gabrielle britz from B California Tiana B California I picked mahash I I took him by early KO but he managed to get the split decision win in that one so it was a fun back and forth fight overall both guys were throwing they were bringing a a very high Pace to it so I like to see you know an apex Fight Night start out like that it was a good sign Ivana Petrovic versus lean n now I can’t lie I was running some errands during the first few fights of this card so I was like watching it as I was doing a bunch of stuff so I didn’t pay the most attention to this fight when I was looking at it lean na was getting like beaten like a little pongan she was getting tenderized like a little pongan you know what I mean and she ended up getting subbed in the third James lawn toop versus Padilla did not see Padia getting it done I picked lawn toop laop’s a little bit of a fraud okay Pia could have got that submission earlier because he was able to secure his takedowns and timed them really really nicely and really really well and Lawn toop had nothing for him but he was like driving them through too much and it was giving lawn toop this opportunity to scramble but then by the third takedown because uh P was three for three in the first round and the third was all he needed he let he did it properly right he was patient he let laop make a mistake getting back up secured the back wrapped up re Naka choke choked him unconscious or not unconscious but choked him out in the first round good win for Pia didn’t expect him to get it done and uh lawn toop definitely uh some fight IQ and counter grappling issues there you know some defensive BJJ issues there because I think as I was saying Padilla could have got it done on any of those takedowns if he just had have did what he did on the third now we have Katlin Souza versus marck man I picked Katlin Souza she did get this uh one done by decision so listen marmahon didn’t really have much for her at all it was Souza’s fight again I wasn’t paying the most attention to this fight but Souza really was just like piecing her up controlling the cage walking her down towards the cage able to do basically win everywhere the fight went until like the last couple minutes of the third round uh where basically she had just probably gassed out by ripping ripping up marck man and then marck man was able to control but she couldn’t get any submission she definitely needed it and the fight went the Katlin Su up Dantel versus K Machado I took K Machado by decision and honestly I’m not upset with donel getting this decision he arguably deserved the win Machado is really bad that’s why I was like on this fight it was hard one to pick because I’m if it goes long I can see it going to kamado D tell May threw a sick Superman job in the first round I just say give him the whole fight on that I go crap good win for Dantel ma let’s move on to Austin Hub versus Michael figl now I picked Michael figl I don’t know about this one dude fig hubber took the decision I guess he deserved to figl was piecing him up in the first though I guess You’ have to give hubard the second yeah whatever it was a close fight this was a fun fight this was high paced but back and forth and um you know I picked figl but these cage Warrior guys I always should know to fade them dude they are really only able to beat malnourished Italians as someone in my chat said very funny they’re only able to beat up malnourished Italians and pretty much they just lose to any Brazilian or Canadian or American or China man whatever you know you take them to fight any decent competition they’ll lose they’re just bad and Austin hubard should have rode with him based on that experience level that he had but um yeah whatever good win for hubard and we’ll move up to Ronnie AA versus Victor Henry this fight was crazy bro Victor Henry is beat beat down R yaa like have you seen that video of the chimpanzee where it’s they’re they’re smacking the the little capuchin monkey like against the tree and just mauling it it that’s what it reminded me of because Victor Henry man was landing on Ronnie yaa with these nasty precise shots like there’s this one moment where he landed this right hook and Ronnie yaaya is just like freaking falling all over the place man uh standing TKO on the third arguably could have been stopped before that but Jason her had seen enough of R Ron yaa getting a crap beat out of him Tim Means versus OS madic started out our main card OS madic has disgusting hands dude disgusting hands and I picked him my second round KO CU I thought Tim might be able to survive a little bit longer and it might take OS a little bit uh to get in to find that moment it didn’t he busted him up he landed this disgusting uh uppercut uh it was like a rear left uppercut or whatever in the first and it’s just was the beginning of the end he crumpled Tim Means put him out so great win for madit now Jonathan Pierce versus David onama I apologize to anyone who I told this fight might be potentially sus and rigged because of James Crow’s involvement with David onama before listen dama fought a really great fight and he uh I don’t know like you could make the argument that JSP deserved to win I actually picked JSP and I thought David onama deserved to win and there was one moment where I thought he was going to throw the fight because he jumped a guillotin on JP I’m like that’s really stupid but dude he was beating the crap out of JSP he was landing on him really nice combinations that left was money I’m not upset at all with the decision I think David onama deserved to win it hey stop calling him juicy big juicy where did this meme come from why are people calling David onama big juicy now let’s move on down to Austin Lane versus janata Denis now I did picture not to den KN by the first round KO you got done the second bumb but uh hey listen Austin Lane I almost feel bad for him because it’s like he actually is athletic he got that really nice takedown in the first um now you could say it was boring but he just caught the uh kick from Denise and like speared him it was nice and he was controlling he was doing everything he needed to do to win that fight Landing some ground and pound towards the end and uh bro just has no Chin like no Chin at all it’s I guess a problem with some of these ex football X NFL guys right they’re just like the Chin’s shot the chin is absolutely shot and J the knees connected on him I can’t remember what it was with but you could just see immediate change and he started like having this crazy reactions and honestly that was the finishing sequence to me because I think Jordana need could have pulled off just watched what happened and it would have been lost in Lane all over the place and then just crumpled it would have been like one of those delayed things because he came over and he just landed it wasn’t even the craziest shot landed on him and then he crumpled in like slow motion like a bag of potatoes getting thrown you know out in like zero gravity or something it was crazy it was a cool ko. it was really cool ko. feel bad Frost Lane hope he’s okay hope he recovers well I mean I’m sure the guy’s been knocked out a lot of times right in football and also one MMA so I’m sure he’s fine no Ariana lipsky now Ariana Da Silva versus karini Silva super confusing Arian lips gegas just got married is now going by D Silva so whatever you want to call her arani I picked her as a dog but karini Silva deserved to win that fight obviously I’m not upset with how it went PL it’s not the most interesting fight green Silva really just um did get the better of her in the grappling and stuff like that obviously she wasn’t able to submit her though so if hey I did see this fight going long I did say in the video um and Shout Out Matt W you know for putting me on to that that Arena Ariana lipsky is not getting made it by crany Silva so happy with that at least I’ll take that as a w and let’s moveing up to Ryan span versus bding Gus off because Ryan span is now 0 and3 against Anthony Smith right uh hey how many human Pig hybrids are hiding in the light heavyweight ranks Bogden gusov revealing himself uh listen I’m impressed is with Bogden gusov performance I think it’s good I don’t think he got project uh Ryan span is a tricky man and when you switch the heck on like a tricky man with the grappling and when he switch the heck on uh it’s no shame to really lose the first round to him especially if you have a grappling weakness like bang gusov does you know man has been submitted we’ve seen that in his game but he showed a lot of patience that rear naked choke was very deep and he was flattened out by span towards the end of the round and just stuck with it patient fought the hands span gave it up on it went back in for another one Bogden came out in the second and holy crap brutal brutal beat down bden was just Landing like six seven straights on him and then he started to land a couple combinations postured up fully and waved off who do you guys want to see B bang gusov fight next do not say Anthony Smith in the comments okay I won’t be able to if imagine commentating that fight dude my brain would explode okay we have the main event this is Matos Nicola versus Alex Press I went with Nicola man this was a tough fight to pick this is that this is one of those nights you know I’m pretty happy going eight and five on my picks because so some of these fights were like toss up fights where I’m not confident in either guy right I don’t trust or like either guys like to fight for me fight for my picks you know what I mean and listen mat ncla chany now at this point solidified at this cuz Alex pres is not have crazy hands but he was looking really quick and crisp and turned on Switched on Perez looked good I’m not trying to take away from him I have seen some people maybe saying that like you know Perez only won because Nicola’s Chin’s done it’s like that’s not true okay two KO Knockouts in a row like Perez if anything is now taking the chin fully let’s give Perez some credit he looked good cuz Nicolas [ __ ] freaking fast dude and um Perez was that much faster that much more precise that much more CR you know Landing act Landing that much bit more and that much better on Nicola and then put him out in the second dude so with a nasty right hook let me know what you guys think about the fights in the comments below it was a decent card it was kind of mid that’s why this video is obviously not the longest I don’t have that much to say about all the fights I know Mike Perry fought at knuckl Mania last night and Conor McGregor uh there’s a big announcement with Conor McGregor coming in as an owner of bkfc that’s
