[Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] what is up everybody welcome back to another episode of The Run Pier Sports swing for the fences show you’re on the RPS YouTube channel I’m draft cheat of course here breaking down a little bit of a small not abnormal have a lot of Day games going on so a seven game MLB slate awaits us and uh as far as I know at least with me making this Run forier Sports MLB debut for the season Mr Kevin phallic I don’t know if you’ve been on a show with someone else there not many uh for for the MLB show uh so probably not but happy to have you here how you doing F it’s been a while since we’ve done a show together doing well doing well my uh my wife’s out in New York City right now enjoying the uh commotion out there and uh I’m just here today and uh I have the kids but thankfully I’m uh not in charge of children until about uh an hour and a half from now so things are good things are great um playing this uh early slate and getting moving up pretty fast uh played uh Braves in mi and Milwaukee and uh Phillies so um went cheap at pitcher and got the 11 points that I wanted out of Mr miles michelis or however you say his name and uh we’ll see where the rest takes for the day I got a lot of uh Zack Wheeler coming myself three strikeouts in the first inning so that could make a charge as well we shall see decent teams looking for me as well long way to go in the afternoon slate uh but with that let’s jump into this Slate seven games as I mentioned I don’t think any really weather issues whatsoever which is always nice kind of getting that into that time of year May 1st H so we do have the first month of the baseball season in the books and uh yeah I I personally prefer these kind of warmer summer months uh more more home runs more runs for in general I don’t know I don’t know about you f i don’t I don’t love the you know 40 degree three to two any pitcher can get by baseball games sometimes we see early in April so I’m happy to see the temperatures warm up more runs on the board for me makes for more exciting baseball and more exciting DFS play as well so with that we will jump into it I will note uh first thing to note on this slate uh both DraftKings and FanDuel I think maybe for the first time all season uh on a week day are starting their slate early it’s probably happened once or twice before but uh yeah half an hour early so that 6:35 Eastern Time start um including the you know the two games that do start prior to uh the normal 6m start so we do start with New York and Baltimore again 635 Eastern Time start on this one it is Corbin Burns pitching for the Baltimore Orioles who has been good so far I would say uh like a little bit underwhelming in terms of the dominance uh I have he did strike out 11 on the opening day of the season but since then high in strikeouts in the next five starts has been five so hasn’t had quite the you know the Corbin burn strikeout stuff that we’re used to seeing uh he’ll go up against Luis heel who I have been pretty high on to start the season he’s been pretty good to us honestly in general especially kind of at the the cheaper price tags that he had early on in the season a good strikeout guy also a guy who can walk ton of guys uh actually had a season low in walks last time out against Milwaukee just two there but did give up 500 runs uh and I’m remain a fan of Luis Hill phallic but I do have a hard time not seeing him being prone to blowups as the season goes along and I can see one happening here in Baltimore 85 Degrees obviously Rivals here AL East Rivals Baltimore Yankees a bunch of left-handed bats for Baltimore they got a dangerous lineup out there and I like the Orioles side of this one frankly on on both sides of the ball both pitching I think Burns could have kind of a breakout outing here and I think the orals uh while I do think heel is capable of a big game against anybody I got the Oro side in this one I I think heel struggles maybe with his control put some guys on base and we know this team can do a lot of damage if that’s the case so uh give me the Orioles on both sides of the ball but where do you stand fic on the Orioles and the Yankees off the Slate yeah I think it’s an interesting slate first of all like it’s a very interesting slate with a lot going on uh lots of lots of good spots for teams some really weird pitchers versus really bad batting team like hitting teams as well you got like the you have a nine nine uh total in Colorado and Miami so you can’t ignore it but then you’re like well do I really want to play Munos who didn’t show much in the miners he was fine in the miners but like do I really want to play this guy you got Dakota Hudson on the other side do I really want to play him but then you’re looking at some of these bats that you can get to and there’s really nice bats that you can you can play in this slate as well and it starts with uh with Baltimore for me as well um I just think that Baltimore has uh the upside against them the and I think they’re going to be pretty low owned solely because of their price tags um they’re they’re not cheap anymore um they’re they they are expensive and uh I think that that is going to keep their owners very low um so so yeah give me give me Baltimore I’m go I was interested in Burns but now when as I continue to look at it I’m just like I’m just gonna avoid it probably more than anything else and just ignore both sides I play 3ax I don’t think that’s been discussed on here I’m a 3ax kind of player so um I focus in on winning those three max tournament the 254 ball which I see that the bumpster who I was close to him last night um made a good 20K on that I believe or something like that on the on the 250 he’s giving away a 250 Max entry um yeah this is sorry K but news to me we got we got it’s worth it’s worth an interruption here if bumps to giving away a 250 ticket um don’t worry I’ve already figured out how I’ve already figured out how don’t you worry we’re gonna allow got it we’ll allow seven more minutes for people to get in and then uh then get make sure you have your Discord up because it’s gonna be it’s G to be a lot of fun for a second um so uh we’ll get on there but yeah give me give me Baltimore I’m gonna avoid the the burns and the Yankees and just hope that they enjoy beating up on each other a little bit um both ways so neither of them does does very well I think that’s fair with Burns and the Yankees I think it’s G to be I got to pull up the ownership here but I think that’ll be I think it’ll be a somewhat popular approach uh just watching these last few burn starts it kind of there’s been a bunch of games where the Orioles have gotten off to kind of big leads and it kind of seemed like Burns is like you know he’s a veteran pitcher that doesn’t have a lot to prove and it it’s kind of looked like to me like he’s like been in like cruise control mode right where he’s like I’m gonna give this team seven Innings and if I give up a couple runs along the way so be it but I’m not going to empty the tank when I don’t need to uh because you know the Orioles have Championship aspirations and and all that so just you know it’s not really backed up by the Numbers phallic but just a hunch I think Corbin Burns against the Yankees tonight might come out with a little more peping a step you know like it is possible for these pitchers to kind of elevate their game for one day I mean we saw Jack flarity 14 strikeouts against his old team the Cardinals throwing harder I just have a hunch we might see something similar from Corbin burn so I I have a little more interest in him than you I do get uh not going there on paper the Yankees not really a team to Target so I totally get that uh let’s get to the next game on the Slate Colorado and Miami you already mentioned this one F this is one of the two games that starts before that normal uh normal start time on DraftKings uh nine total in this one uh you understand that with two frankly pretty bad pitchers on the Slate Dakota Hudson pitching for Colorado we’ve seen him pitch a bunch for the for the Cardinals not a good guy doesn’t generate strikeouts a guy to Target especially with left-handed bats but you can certainly play anybody against him and then Roder Munoz will pitch for Miami who has been decimated by injury to their pitching staff uh early this season he actually had a good start against the Cubs uh one that I personally I’m not really buying going forward I mean he has a long history of extreme uh walk problems in the minor leagues that I would very much suspect come back to bite him sooner rather than later I think that’s why you see you know a pretty high team total for the Colorado Rockies here these games are some of the toughest for me fic where you got two really bad offenses against two really bad pitchers and you’re like which which direction do I want to go in do you have a direction that you lean on this game I’m kind of leaning on not playing a ton verment in general but it could be talked into really either offense or either pitcher honestly in this game it’s just one of those weird ones but what do you what do you see here fic between Rockies and the marins so the only thing I’ll say is that that makes me more interested in is is number one the price tags of these bats um is something that I’m interested in um number two is that these not only are these pitchers bad but the whole pitching staff is bad so bullpens are really bad for Miami and Colorado like bottom five in the league I would say for both teams so far this year uh both Miami and Colorado uh in in their Bullpen um so so you I’m gonna be interested in both of these teams as just like threepiece here threepiece there kind of guys um Jordan Beck’s a a very talented Prospect in my opinion he’s a former uh Tennessee V uh only 23 years old so obviously they they believe they have something in him uh first round pick in in 2022 um he he has he has power uh solid average and he steals a couple bases here and there as well so um Jordan Beck is a guy I’m definitely going to be interested in if I’m playing a three-man stack of of Colorado with some of these some of these guys in the in the middle of the lineup probably yeah like the BET call and you know this both these teams have some relatively cheap bats I mean Colorado doesn’t have anyone over 5K um and you know I I think cheap Stacks against Bad starting pitchers right that you don’t really believe in I think is a a pretty good way to go so yeah no problem I mean even that like bottom of the of the Rockies lineup like if you’re counting on a lot of walks and kind of just the accumulation effect going up against rodary Munos which I think is the best way to bet against him I do think they make some sense so I like the BET call uh and yeah I don’t mind sprinkling these Rockies in there I do I mention this all prospects is what I like about the bottom of the order I like because they’re prospects right we’re not sure they suck yet compared to some of the other cheap guys on the Slate and then yeah like I was saying the uh thing I like most about or my favorite approach against uh wild pitchers right unknown wild pitchers like rod is to go for just just like a full-on cheap stack and just hope to get some walks and Steals and some some base knocks and right and and you turn the lineup over and you accumulate that point points that way you don’t need you know a double Dong from anybody if the pitcher is bad enough and just kind of self implodes which looking at rodery Munoz his past history I think he’s very very capable of doing so I’ll be in on some Rockies here I’m not going to go crazy with it just because it’s such an unexciting offense bad ball Park and all that but I I can’t play either of these pitches you have any of these pit you’re playing three max I no yeah none of yeah I’m not going to get these these pitches I like the Muno owner the the Muno ownership really is if it’s GNA be 30% or so I just think that it’s just a bad play tonight I’m going to say it I’m not gonna I’m not going to go there I’m okay losing my money if if 30% Muno beats me because of one start against Chicago yeah saber has them at 15 % but I wouldn’t be surprised if he came in even a little bit higher than that you’re saying 30 he also he also has a bad umpire today like when you when I start getting into like those things of Rook like young guys umpire he has he has Mo moso or whatever his name is who’s like one of the worst uh pitchers umpires in the league so yeah and that’s not a good thing when you got like a seven walks for nine in the minor leagues like Muno does so yeah maybe bump up to the Colorado again I’ll reiterate my point if you’re playing Colorado I like just loading it up with a full fiveman stack and hoping Munoz just completely implodes because I do think that’s the best path for Colorado to to put up a big score as a team onto the next game San Francisco and the Boston Red Sox uh almost the the same uh pitching weather that we saw last night in Boston I played a decent amount of chriswell who was like I could he was like 0.2% own I think he put up like 20 fantasy points at a super low salary I wish I would have played even more because I was somewhat convicted there uh it was the weather that that really drew me in I was all those like lefties against San Francisco I’m like there’s no way these guys are going to be able to hit home runs out to right field when it’s cold and the wind’s blowing in in a tough ballpark to hit home runs right field in general and so cutter Crawford benefits from the same thing and is a much better pitcher than chriswell is uh but yeah cold you know mild temperatures I guess I would say winds blowing in a bunch of lefties on the hill and Crawford’s been good this year um kind of overlooked in my write up honestly earlier but I do think he’s a pretty strong play here at 8600 uh ownership wise coming in yeah maybe around 20% that feels uh more than fair to me so I do like Crawford I’m out on I think out entirely on the San Francisco bats uh the Red Sox bats are more interesting because they get uh Eric Miller kind of a bullpen game from San Francisco I still don’t love targeting this park in this weather but Red Sox side is certainly way more interesting to me than the giant side is what about you f Boston and San Francisco here yeah I’m not going to play Boston or San Francisco bats but I am definitely interested oh my gosh uh my kids just walked in so give me a second after I go with this cutter Crawford’s my number one pitcher on the Slate so I’m I hate San Francisco I like cutter Crawford so yeah go ahead go go take your your go take care of yourself P I knew as as soon as he said oh you know unfortunately or fortunately I don’t have to take care of the kids today that uh yeah the kids the kids would be knocking so hopefully phic will be back at some point uh like I said I’m in on cutter Crawford here the bats look pretty questionable uh it would certainly be the Red Sox side that I would be more willing to play but not excited about them either uh you took care of that quick F your your your kids uh listening to you well these days huh yeah I got a five and a seveny old so the seveny old came I think 5-year-old is coming now so yeah they’re listening though yeah I think I think uh we we’ve seen enough from Boston and San Francisco next game on the Slate Chicago Cubs New York Mets another pretty tough hitting environment here in New York gonna be 60 degrees cross winds in a park that plays favorable to pitching in general Jose buto and shoda imanaga will pitch imanaga going for the Cubs dudo for the Mets Iman AA has been and he’s been awesome for the Cubs I know he hasn’t had like monster monster performances outside of that uh his first start against Colorado but I mean this dude’s sitting on an RA below one a whip below one what is he four and0 for the Cubs uh Exquisite command just pounds the strike zone um you know the match up against the Mets I think is kind of average-ish if you you know average it all out I suppose um um but man I’m in on imanaga on the Slate I’ve been in on him I still think he kind of goes under the radar maybe just because he’s a newer name to the league I’m not sure exactly what’s up there but I like imaga Jose buto I’m not a believer in uh he did have that big start against Kansas City has kind of tailed off since then I don’t think he’s a bad pitcher so I’m not going crazy with the Cubs here or anything but imanaga by far my favorite play overall in this game what about you phallic uh Cubs and Mets yeah it’s just another game that I’m I’m pretty low on overall uh even AA I’m worried about his price tag with the number of pitches he’s been getting uh New York’s a little bit more of a patient ancient type of of uh lineup uh they threw out a completely different lineup also I think it’s a really interesting lineup when you look at it um and I’m I’m probably just going to avoid it on that end uh and and I don’t like messing with Chicago on B on with pitchers and and I think their bats are uh the lineup’s a little weak overall so it’s not a game that I’m getting on this seven gamees slate in my three build uh if I were playing 150 or something like that I’d have a lot of imanaga um and I’d have uh more of the Chicago side personally all right that is Chicago and New York Mets Cru and let me just say real quick uh uh don don play Y’all asked if we’re doing NBA DFS today I just spent an hour and 15 minutes talking to JBC and JSU and uh doing an NBA show uh memberships are are great deals that are offered at RPS it’s behind the pay wall show that was offered and uh we we spent a lot of time talking about just every single play on the Slate so yeah oh it’s 406 I should probably uh offer it’s say go roast man going but not needed just tag the guy and you’re interest and you’re entered in the $250 ticket giveaway uh let’s move to the Washington Nationals and Texas Rangers I think a pretty fun game here I could see uh a lot of different takes on this game honestly Andrew Heeney pitching for Texas longtime veteran one of the more Jackel and Hy pitchers in baseball where he can sometimes pitch you to the top of a gpp if he’s got his stuff rolling you can also be the guy you need to sack against to win a gpp so uh I think that’s kind of really true against the Nationals who talked about yesterday they’re running crazy on the base pass every chance they get they’re Off to the Races and teams like that can put up fantasy points in a hurry they definitely go Overlook people look at the team total they don’t account for you know the stolen bases and generally those come in bunches right where if if Andre heene is bad he’s walking dudes he’s putting guys in the base pass like Abrams uh Jacob young lipsum uh I would say senzel to some extent Winger to some extent uh elaro Vargas to some like all these guys can steal bases and he does put a lot of dudes out there he can give up the home run so I think the Nationals are interesting sneaky stack uh and then I assume the Rangers are going to come in pretty high owned here against Trevor Williams who so far has in my opinion pitched way above his talent level I don’t think he’s anywhere close to a you know a 2.7 ER pitcher or a 15 fantasy Point per game DraftKings pitcher whatever you want to call it um so yeah kind of like both offenses here uh heene at six against the Nationals at home I think you could make the case for that if you’re you know trying to get in some some big bats I don’t hate that play but what about you f like Washington and Texas so I just want to say that I’ve been trying I’ve been playing Washington like all season in preparation for what they’ve done and of course the finally go off against Miami which all those games started 20 minutes before the Slate started on that like 20 minute like 5 6:45 Eastern whatever pissed me off so damn much Jacob young I’ve been like saying he’s one of he’s like such a good Prospect for for DFS because he just runs the bases whenever he’s on he’s going to run is what I said and he had six stolen bases in four in three games against uh against Miami just like talking about him a lot too God me off these stolen base guys have so much more upside than people giving credit for yeah y so um the the answer is that I I am confused and you may be able to help me more understand it by Andrew Heeney this season uh he’s been reverse splits this year more than he usually is um is there and it’s only been like 15 at bats versus 90 or whatever so it’s not a good sample um but man I I I want to play Andrew heene so badly um today um it’s like one of those regression things where I think that Washington’s just going to be go back to what they usually are um but then you look at these price tags for these guys uh for for the Nationals and it’s it’s really nice price tags um I’m just worried their ownership’s going to be high like maybe I’m wrong but I think their ownership’s gonna be high and and I don’t have much interest in Texas um probably should have more interest in them but uh it’s it’s just not where I’m looking I’m I’m going to be uh very high unfortunately For Better or For Worse on my Astros today um and I’m going to justat that chalk I would say uh instead of instead of forcing in uh the Rangers the big man is spoken Mr T himself yeah that’s what I think that they’re a really good play today that he is I mean yeah yeah yeah I I honestly have no problem with andreini I don’t know if I’d go as far as best play on the board by a mile but uh hey uh I like the the gumption from from Mr T there and yeah I’ll bump andreini up my ranks uh at least a little bit with the big t endorsement I totally get it against this Washington team who as long as you can keep guys off the base pass you know which you know you should be able to do on most games you could have a pretty strong game and obviously stolen bases they don’t directly impact the pitcher either right they of course help the offense and hope and of course help the guys stealing the bases but you can allow St in bases and not allow the runs to score so I do like that Andrew Heeney call from Mr Big T um why not on the Rangers FC just just uh going a different direction tonight yeah it’s just a different direction move um I just I I like there I again I’m playing three lineups so uh I usually play three or four teams and and just rotate through them and the Rangers are not are not one of them I’ve already given you uh Baltimore Colorado and and up coming is the Astros as the as the next uh of the three I would say giving it away early um but yeah that’s that’s really the only reason is I I’m also gonna somewhat trust what Trevor Williams has done this year so far I know that like it makes no sense but I’m not gonna I’m sick of attacking him I’m sick of losing uh attacking him so right now I’m just gonna hold off and and wait for him to wait for everybody else to win when I don’t play him of course against him so hopefully one of those people will be me because I’ll have some in there tonight for sure against Mr Trevor Williams I’m not a Believer and uh yeah I’ll go back to the well stacking against Trevor Williams once again last last call to tagman goone in the live show chat last call we got two games left so last call to just simply tag him to be up for up for the winnings do not tag twice or dumped it in twice that’s just annoying so uh yeah last call if any of you have the balls to actually insult manone maybe I’ll overrule F and give you the ticket anyway go for it Cleveland and Houston up next Christan McKenzie Justin Verlander uh we’ve gotten to my favorite stack of the day or certainly one of them F Mr uh or not Mis the Astros your Astros your Houston Astros against Tristan McKenzie who I was pretty high on coming into the season and have since very much reversed course even with his pretty solid two last outings I just watching this guy he seems like a disaster waiting to happen for me and this Astros lineup I said it yesterday getting rid of just the black hole of of Jose Abu in the middle of it calling up the youngster like I know the Astros are off to a horrible start record-wise but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with eltu Alvarez Kyle tuck Jeremy Peña having the best season of his career call up Joey L peredo who is 2.8k uh we talk about Singleton now being much more uh free of not completely free but Freer of Pinch at risk with the bru off the squad who were they were kind of straight platoon partners and yeah McKenzie I just not a Believer he’s pitched most of these games in like very cold weather he’s pitched the last four games at home in Cleveland where it’s been like 40 degrees every game he’s given up all these rockets that have just died at the track because you know the ball doesn’t travel when it’s 40 degrees uh I think the Astros could absolutely tee off on this dude tonight you can run on him a little bit too the Astros got a little bit of speed in that lineup I’m in on your Houston Astros phallic and I like the Cleveland side too uh I was on them yesterday against Hunter Brown I was I don’t know double double or triple the field not enough this Guardians team I keep talking about it on this show they are an underrated offense I know they don’t have the most power in the world but man they put the ball in play they string rallies together as good as any team in that top you know four five six in the lineup like what you’re really looking for in a sack everyone thinks home runs but when I think of a stack of what I want F it’s like two big rallies right right out of five guys that are strung together right where you want two three hits a walk a steal strung in there you just need it twice out of the out of the four times that that spring of players comes up together and the Guardians top of the lineup man they can get it done so I’m on the offense is on this game uh no interest for me in really either pitcher certainly not McKenzie and I’ll pass on $9,200 Verlander myself not a believer in him I’m not going to be playing him much this season most likely unless he really shows me something that I’m not expecting so uh Astro side I prefer but I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Guardians uh surprised some people tonight give me the offenses here what about you FC Astros and Guardians yeah Astros one through NES in play tonight I I truly believe it um I I think that this is I I listen I I love Diaz but I think karantini kartini has deserved more run he’s finally getting the opportunities he he hit a walkoff last night um to to win uh honestly every game’s big right now for the Astros but getting ler fedo in like losing a guy like Jose Abu which is really tough on a team like as much as we want to make fun of him of like how poorly he’s played he’s a a veteran who came here he’s a leader um and seeing him as struggle as much as he is I I as much as people are laughing about like oh he’s never coming back because this is Alex monoa type of stuff like I totally disagree um I think I people by the way yeah I don’t I just don’t agree that that’s going to be how it works I think that there is mutual agreement for a 30 whatever year old to like figure it out when he had a great playoff season last year and they know that he’s a critical piece and they want him to be able to just take a break and it was mutually agreed upon if it wasn’t mutually agreed upon I think it’s a different story I think you’re creating a toxic situation like this was mutually agreed upon and they’ve both said it and and so I don’t think that there was any like bad ill feelings towards it or anything like that um so so give me give me the Astros one through nine um they’re gonna I think the Astros are ready to go go on a run they got framber back as well like um I think that it’s it’s gonna be dependent on this offense though and that’s the thing this offense is going to be the big piece um I would like Justin vand vers Lander a lot more if I knew he was going to get the the pitching numbers the the the pitch count up and and the team was going to let him I think last game I watched the whole game I think he looked overall really nice um I had people disagreeing with me in the chat but like I think he looked pretty solid getting out of the jams that he was getting in and stuff like that um but like he was throwing a lot of pitches and there was a lot of patience coming from Cleveland and you have Angel Hernandez behind the the plate and correct me if I’m wrong DC you just don’t want to mess with uh Angel Hernandez with a pitcher like it’s just why while he’s not necessarily a batter’s a hitters up or anything like that he’s just so all over the place that you you don’t feel comfortable or confident with the called strikes that will come possibly sometimes as well that you should be getting yeah I don’t actually have the the numbers on this but I feel like Angel Hernandez is probably like he seems like a guy who would have his like favorite pitchers who he just like favors every time heps them which wouldn’t shock me if if JB was one of those guys but I’m on the Cleveland side of this game regardless uh and honestly even if Verlander was kind of his vintage self man I’m not picking on this Cleveland team especially with right-handed pitchers right now they just do such a good job of putting the ball in play some of the lowest Stout rates in the majors especially at the top half of the lineup which I think is an overrated as aspect of people look at like the cumulative strikeout rate on the whole lineup but the top half matters like almost twice as much because you’re gonna have to get through that right the third time uh and so that that’s kind of what what really matters so yeah uh offenses in this game Guardians and Houston for me H with that we will move on to the last game of the Slate uh Dodgers and Arizona out west hopefully the Diamondback’s got the Beehive situation straightened out uh pretty pretty wild to have a two-hour delay for a a b infestation but uh the game finished at like three in the morning Eastern time uh last night Jordan Montgomery was scheduled to pitch that game he got uh he got scratched once the delay happened so he’ll start tonight instead uh which I don’t love for him honestly like got all warmed up ready to pitch and then you know shut him down and now he’s got to kind of ramp up that whole process again uh starting pitchers in particular are you know they’re used to the routine the F day routine getting warmed up so I I wouldn’t have played him anyway but it does make me like the Dodgers a little bit more than I would have against a pretty good pitcher in Montgomery then Yamoto man I mean he was the one coming over from Japan That was supposed to be the absolute Superstar had a rough uh first outing uh in South Korea in that opening Series against the padr has been really really good since and a run that I expect to continue in general don’t necessarily love this match up against the Diamondbacks but it’s not one that you need to avoid in my opinion and I do think Yamamoto you know given a relatively healthy total for the Diamondbacks tonight against him I think maybe he flies a little bit under the radar I don’t mind the little Japanese sensation double pairing Yamoto imanaga I think could do some damage tonight Fai Al where do you stand on Diamondbacks and Dodgers yeah no I uh absolutely agree with you on everything you said um this total feels really high I want to say like a nine total with these two pitchers um feels way too high in my opinion um that’s what I was thinking nine in this game with these two guys yeah um so so I’m not going to be on any bats I’m not going to be on Montgomery personally I just don’t see how you can do it at that price tag um but but Yamamoto I think is the real deal um like 100% the real deal so so give me some Yamamoto for sure um on this but not on any bats because the problem is I don’t see how you can pay for these these Dodgers bats at this price tag going into Montgomery um instead of any of the bats for like the Astros and things like that um I I just don’t see how it can work so yeah it could work but I’m with you I think their total is too high and I’m seeing pretty high ownership on them too obviously ownerships are frankly mostly driven by the team totals right I mean that’s the main thing that drives them so I guess that’s why people are around the Dodgers but I’m with you montgomer is not a guy that I’ve really ever wanted to Target going against even when he’s not great it’s usually not a lot of home runs stolen bases he doesn’t give those up either so yeah I’m I’m with you pretty low in General on the Dodgers all right DC uh one one through 33 give the number 20 all right we got a winner going McKenzie I want to bet on this Houston team uh getting they they’ve been good but uh even getting it rolling more without Jose Bru in there so they are my number one uh stack overall uh number one contrarian stack for me I don’t know how contrarian they’re GNA be but it’s gonna be the Baltimore Orioles uh against Luis heel a pitcher that I like but I think is due for a big blowup start given how Wild he is so uh Astros and Orioles for me what about you fic favorite stack overall favorite contan stack uh Astro’s favorite stack and uh Colorado is going to be the contrarian stack today yeah they they were close up my list as well let’s go to our H most important pitcher not necessarily favorite pitcher of the day but the guy you would think you will be most over the field on in your lineups uh if you’re ready you can go first so I need to look up the ownership to figure out which one is going to be my choice do you have who you think will be your most important pitcher tonight I think it’s Yamamoto is the pitcher ownership piece I’m seeing around 20% for Yamamoto am I off on that that’s yeah Y no no yeah Sab got him right at like 17 to 20 so yep yep so Yamamoto is is the guy for me he was on my short list and uh I didn’t really mention this during the show I wrote it in my article I’m paying for the pitching tonight I I’ve got really three guys in my pool it’s Corbin Burns it’s Yamamoto and it’s shoda imanaga who will be my answer to this question big believer in him uh seeing him around 133% I don’t really trust any of the cheap pitchers on this slate so I’ll be fing value bats getting in uh the two Japanese guys and Corbin Burns I think are the the three guys that I personally will be focusing in on on this slate uh let’s get a home run call F maybe from a lesser own team or a lesser own stack that you’re looking at tonight um ler fedo is gonna get his first home run of this of his career um he looked good last night um and now he gets lovely Tristan
