speaking of Jordan P let’s get into the details of what he did today so we can show you how he got to that point par for first this is his second yeah just a drive in the middle of the Fairway and here’s what I’m talking about beautiful drive he actually is driving the ball a long way hit a number of lengthy drives but a hugely poor iron shot there way left of the hole he would make bogey all right Jordan spe now part four six this from 50 yards look but then you see Jordan speed here look at that that is super special right there that is so talented to hit that shot with that kind of finesse he would make birdie there to get back to three under par 48 is second this is 137 and again a nice drive sets him up where you think uh some things are going to start going his way and of course that’s the Jordan spe we’re used to seeing with short clovs in his hand that would get him to four under he had a bogey at the ninth now at the 10th the second for one 17 what but bogey at the nine that’s a part five he was in the Fairway and he makes bogey but then okay you’re like okay now we can get we’re going to come back from that bogey we’re going get things going another birdie third of the day yeah bounce back right there so Jordan spe now at the 13th this is his third from this bunker watch this look how look how close he went to the ball there and just just cut the legs out from under that such a special short game he would safe par there to remain in four under at the 14th this for birdie okay now you’re thinking all right we’re getting this uh everything under control we’re going to march in we’re going to get a couple more birdies and we’re going to be around for the weekend and make a charge but seemed like something was starting to bother him through this stretch with that left wrist this is t-shot at 16 man that’s uh one of the poor t- shots uh on the day but gets a little help a little assistance there it actually hit a spectator in his right elbow had a big knot on his elbow but he said he barely felt it when it hit him so you can see where the ball ended up yeah well he’s got Jordan to sign that I think good news that won’t make it feel better but he’s going to give him a glove he’s going to give him a glove all right so Jordan would buy him a beer he would end up with 14t for par for par after getting that kind of break on the t- shot this is what I’m talking about just inconsistent iron shots they they just come up out of nowhere maybe it’s the risk we don’t know but Jordan Speed not playing like we’re accustom seeing and then at the 17th that’s a must make to have a chance to make the cut and just a mystery of course then at 18 with this wedge in hand he knew that he had to jar it yeah I mean it’s a tough spot to be in believe me as professional golfers we’ve all been there where you got to have the miracle it’s happened before guys have H out to make the cut um but that is a rarity so you can see with the slumped shoulders that Jordan spe fully realizes the significance he knew exactly what he needed to do of course so one under 70 for the day four under for the week and and that is sending Jordan spe home let’s take a look at some of the recent results for Jordan spe and you can see it has very much been up and down for Jordan spe [Music]
