Big Ten Champ Bella McCauley Talks All Things Women’s Golf

We sat down with Isabella McCauley (the Big Ten women’s golf champion!!) and asked about the status of women’s golf, her personal career, and her partnership with Waggle.

my name is Isabella McColly I’m from
Inver grve Heights Minnesota and I play
at Southie Country
[Music]
Club the golf accomplishment I’m most
proud of is qualifying for the US Open
in 2021 I was the youngest Minnesotan to
ever do
[Music]
so the biggest Improvement I’ve seen in
women’s golf from when I started to Now
is really just the amount of young girls
that have started playing especially
since Co the growth we’ve seen is
astronomical and then I think also golf
clubs have done a really good job of
making women’s outings and women’s golf
events and making it really fun for
women both young and
old I had Role Models growing up that I
looked up to on and off the golf courses
I wanted to emulate them be exactly like
them and so any chance I get to
encourage a a young player like of
course I I want to take advantage of
that honestly like there’s just a huge
opportunity for growth in the women’s
industry and the women sector and I
think it’s important for women and girls
to step out on the course and feel
confident feel cute we’re something
unique to their personality and they’re
going to enjoy golf more when they’re
doing that right everyone wants to look
cute on the course so I loved that Wago
shared that vision of mine of wanting to
grow the women’s sport and encourage
young encourage women both young and old
play golf and I just love that about
them our Visions matched and we just
like immediately clicked the
collaboration has been awesome
