breaking down Scotty sheffer’s insane
footwork and as he begins to transition
forward pressure in the foot there
allows the trail foot to basically just
pull out of the way so he drives
pressure forward and then rolls onto the
outside of that left foot watch the move
down forward and then the left foot
gives way and rolls through that all all
the right foot’s doing is sort of just
responding because all the pressure is
driven into that lead foot and then as
he pivots and rotates out of the way the
trail foot gives way so despite all of
the stuff going on down here Scotty
Sheffer is a master at putting that club
on the proper Arc back through the golf
ball every single time

  1. I say this with respect, at some point unless he is double jointed in his ankles..he’s going to tear something in his knees or do something to the bones in his feet

  2. You can’t convince me that rolling that front foot again and again and again isn’t cause for concern for a freak injury or just over time from repetition. It’s just impossible that it wouldn’t cause wear eventually.

  3. Shuffler just shifts down the target line for longer. Y’all looking in the wrong place. His footwork is a product of the upper body motion. Sustainable over a career? Let’s see. Nothing but respect for the guy.

  4. I think, a swing like this is the best at the moment compared to the swings taught so far😂👍

  5. Baseball players are taught to do this. When I first learned golf, my friend told me not to do that. No so stupid now James!

  6. In zero gravity you have to torque your hips clockwise in order to get your hand to rotate counterclockwise. The only difference on Earth is that you have friction. But thanks for the bro science. Watch a little hockey when a swing has zero friction on the feet. It's called a slap shot! Sheesh. Sports science is so embarrassing
