hi I’m Devin bonebreak here with the
legendary Jim mlan I worked for Jim for
the first half of my career and I
couldn’t be more lucky so much of what I
teach today on and off the golf course
on the golf fix is from this man here
and so Jim let me ask you where did you
learn what you teach today where did you
develop and who are some of your
influences as you started well I’ve been
very fortunate to have the opportunity
to work with some great players and
great teachers along the way
specifically Jackie Burke and K Venturi
and getting then on through the through
the years with a lot of other top
teachers so uh yeah it’s been a great
time down here in Florida first at Dural
now here at the builtmore and we have a
lot of great teachers here great
assistants and for me working with my
staff doing the training that’s a big
part of uh what I love to do the Monday
meetings that we have for our training
you went through all of that of course
and doing our yearly studies on the
greatest players uh currently on the uh
world tours so uh yeah we have a chance
to work with anybody in the public uh we
have all kinds of great people that show
up from week to week and who were some
of the players that you know on the
higher level tours that you were
fortunate enough to work with and or
developed well Christy Kerr down here
and Lexi Thompson uh Eric Compton grew
up right here and then I had the chance
of course to work with lots of tour
players um Lenny matis started early on
and and uh went a few times on the tour
and lost a playoff of the Masters Keegan
Bradley nice 5year year run with Keegan
as he got out of college at St John’s
and uh watched him win a major
championship play on some Ryder Cup
teams Gary Woodland Russell Henley
lately and and you know just different
guys that show up from time to time few
names to say the least yeah unbelievable
