hey everybody so we’re going to work on
a drill to help you be able to hit the
ground in front of the golf ball a
little more consistently and this is
called the two te drill okay pretty
simple uh you’re just going to need two
Tes for this one te we’re going to put
in the ground at the same height that
you would tea up a par three this will
go in the center of our stance which is
reflected by the green stick the second
te you’re going to push into the ground
uh just in front of the orange stick
which would be your low point this is at
ball position three this is really one
of the greatest tests to be able to see
how consistent the golfer can be so what
we’ll do is we’ll take a setup and put
the club down behind the first T we’re
only going to make small halfway back
swings in this but our goal is to be
able to make some
swings skip the first T and only hit the
second
T we take a little back swing we begin
to shift our weight so that we can be
more in front of that second T and we
can let our hands come down and strike
that all right so if you do it right it
should look something like
this there we go so we’ve left the first
T in the ground and we’ve hit the second
T now if I were to put a golf ball on
that first t
and then try to hit that second one
again most likely the first one will go
flying but the Big Goal here is to get
to that
one we should be able to hit some pretty
compressed pretty solid golf shots
