The pro am is about the celebrities. I've been attending for the last 25 years and I'm thoroughly disappointed with this new format. Unfortunately the tournament was lazy the past few years with their recruitment of celebrities reducing ticket sales which in my opinion led to this decision. Say goodbye to tradition just like pac 12 football this tournament (saturday especially) is just a fleeting memory.
Alcohol has no place in golf and not in sports at all.
