University Paula Hagen here once again
joined by Richard really excited
to bring you something new in April this
is a new launch calendar for foot Joy
very excited to inject newness into the
range onto your shelves in this time of
year and I really like the fact that
this is something slightly different for
us as well um we often take for granted
the comfort of our gol shoes but what
other design team have identified
outside of golf is a really interesting
trend for Visual Comfort so using
midsoles that straight away look
comfortable and that is something we’ve
certainly done here in the form of FJ
Quantum Richard what can you tell us
about this product yeah so obviously the
standout feature here being this new
mids salts made of a new foam to foot
Joy called Soft Foam it’s going to sit
at the softest end of our three Foams
with FTF at the most stable strata foam
in the middle and yeah as you can see
see this is a Visual Comfort story but
it’s also an all over Comfort story
we’re using plush soft leather in the
upper we’re using ortholite Impressions
fited which is the softest fited we have
access to and then even the small things
we’ve got a rollover collar here for
additional out thebox Comfort easy
access heel but let’s not make any
mistake this is still a golf shoe as is
all of our range we’ve got the traction
elements that are mixed in here with
features from prox and hyperflex we’re
trying to give that individual who wants
comfort as the number one thing but
still wants to be able to wear this
whether it’s practice whether it’s nine
holes whether it’s even a competitive
round they are able to go out in this
and feel that they can perform
undoubtedly a shoe that will prove very
popular in the FootJoy office but we
would also really encourage to get this
onto the feet of yourselves of
assistance of anyone who’s teaching
anyone who’s on their feet for long
periods of time is really going to
appreciate the Comfort story here I
think Richard you’ve been out in the
field stock rooms prettyy decent
response to this one when people were
trying it on definitely from
professionals like we obviously know you
guys are on your feet a lot and whether
that’s in store or whether that’s out
giving lessons this was something I
really made a point of of saying
surprise look try it on give it a try
give it a a look in for your daily life
and yeah response has been
overwhelmingly positive in terms of the
Comfort we say this with every foot dra
University video but even more so here
get this onto the feet of your customers
