  1. Be careful what u wish for Falcon fans. Vikings are better off currently. Time will tell. Both teams win 9 games

  2. Media switching up now he’s left Minnesota. He worked well in O’Connels system, let’s see how he does with a new OC calling plays for the first time

  3. I personally think Kirk is SOOO controversial bcuz he’s the stereotypical white guy. Which there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. But, in today’s gangster mentality mindset, he’s just not cool. Especially, In a majority of younger generation’s eyes. I think that’s where he gets a lot of the negativity.!!! Even though, those of us who care to take the time to truly learn about Kirk,( IE, Netflix’s -Quarterback, series) or know more about the guy personally, know that he’s got the heart of a lion,& there’s hardly anyone out there in the NFL as cool as Kirk. For real!!!

  4. Such BS!!! If cousins was going to the Vikings everyone would be like OMG! Vikings going to the superbowl!!! BS he had all the talent in the world around him. Went nowhere. Call a spade a spade.

  5. Been a Viking fan from the start and gave seen a lot of QBs and all had their high and low points. What I see in Kirk is that he is great at accuracy and hitting the open receiver but his lows are he's a sitting duck in the pocket. He doesn't like or do well in throwing a receiver open so he holds the ball too long. A good one trick pony and I think hes better suited to be in the shotgun.

  6. Kirk isn't good enough to make up for the deficiencies on the roster created by the size of his contract. You're right, you can win a superbowl with a good but not great QB if you build a solid roster. Kirk makes that impossible by taking up 17%+ of the salary cap.

  7. Its tough to win when you have a B average QB that gets paid like a superstar. They forget to mention that Mahomes and Brady have taken pay cuts to keep guys or get get guys. Even Rodgers made a team friendly restructure in NY. Cousins has made more money than Tom Brady and has never taken a pay cut. The Vikings wanted to pay him a team friendly deal around 35-40 million a year so they could continue to build the team. The Falcons offered 4 years for 180 million. Kirk is not a bad player but if he wanted to win a SB he would of taken a pay cut in Minny, or take a team friendly deal to bring in more talent in ATL. Id have to disagree when Chris said the Vikings messed up this decision. The Vikings are in a position to trade up and get a QB of the future. Plus next year they will have around 100 million in cap (after the pay JJ) to build around the kid.

  8. Cousins is 1 – 4 in the playoffs in his entire career. 1 playoff win. It’s simple. The guy does not win in big games. If you can’t figure that out, then you can’t figure anything out. It takes 20 seconds to figure that out

  9. He leads the NFL in passing yards since he became a full-time starter. 4,000 yards in 7 of 9 seasons. Was on pace for his best season last year before the injury. Cousins will be fine. ATL offense will be lethal.

  10. Cousins average playoff game is better than Tom Brady's despite being sacked 3 times as often. He is on a pace to rewrite the record book for 4th quarter comebacks. He has played behind the worst offensive line in the league over the last 6 seasons and performed at a Hall of Fame level. Yes, I said Hall of Fame level. If you compare all the quarterbacks since 1947 against the average quarterback of their era then Cousins comes out as the 17th best. He is a very top level quarterback and if you compare him to Josh Allen since Allen has been a starter Cousins is head and shoulders better. I am tired of pundits not respecting Cousins and not realizing that football is a team game.

  11. A few years ago, I couldn't stand Chris Simms, but he's grown on me, and now he's one of my favorite NFL talking heads.👍
