GRF Golf Head Coach Marcus profiled Ian’s golf swing movement to assist him in gaining use of his lead side in his golf swing in order to allow him to no longer hang back in his swing, relying on getting all his power from his back foot leading to inconsistent strikes and a loss of efficiency whilst he plays golf.

Any advice on the driver? I’m popping and dropping earlier than irons and swinging more around the body like a baseball swing but my fade is still slicing sometimes. On video the sequence looks good but my clubface still looks way too open at impact
Another brilliant example of proper forces being utilised correctly.
Marcus , Great lessons. I got a question. Been working all winter on the drills , board , red balance dics , the can do it balance board, Large furniture Super Sliders etc. Have great movement with the ground . I found that not cocking the wrists on the back swing , I am getting pure contact , effortless speed , CHS up , smash factor 150 . Never heard you mention anything about not cock on the backswing ? Thumbs up or Thumbs down if thumbs down , reason you would not recommend it ?
I found two pairs of True Linkswear shoes that are pretty close to minimalist all around . True Lux hybrid , Cheers my Friends at GRF golf .
