  1. Imagine losing trust in a considered QB guru before his guy even plays a snap🤣 I personally have Bo Nix as my QB 6 in this draft, but if the Vikings take him at 11 or even traded up to 5 for him I’ll still have full trust that he was the right guy for KOC until proven otherwise. Our opinion on the name doesn’t mean squat, it’s how he plays!

  2. You guys keep killing Mackey are hilarious…it's getting more likely we can't trade up to 3 or 4 anyways…I'm am all about moving up but no way am I giving up 3 firsts for Mccarthy…if you can imagine take pennix at 11,trade back at 23 and land a top flight cb AND big nose sweat…that is a win all around

  3. Nobody gives a shift what hodge says…this is on koc and kwesi…pats won't trade the #3 but for the record I would easily trade the 3 firsts for maye..I wouldn't for j.j…the 11 and 23 is ok for jj but other than that I'd stand pat and take pennix at 11

  4. I'm not sure if you guys know this but the Texans are the ones that initiated the trade with the Vikings for 23, The Vikings weren't necessarily actively seeking another pick it's just the deal came to them

  5. Phil was the kid in 2nd grade who was too scared to pull the trigger on trading his banana for a snack pack because he was worried that he would end up in the hospital if he didn’t get his potassium for one day.

  6. Me and 2 of my friends are going to be there. Also my birthday so hoping I get a great present in a HOF QB being drafted that day

  7. If KOC needs a top end QB to show he can cultivate a guy, then he’s no guru. Stefanski was more of a guru, he developed Keenum, elevated Bradford, and did as much he could with Bridgewater. Not only this, but Kirk’s most efficient season was under Stefanski. And don’t get me started on his resume in Cleveland.

We have no shot at winning a Super Bowl under KOC.

  8. I love the back tracking 😂…Remember less 39% of 1st round qb’s sign a second contract with the team that drafts them. It is really easy to find a qb I heard for 3 years…

  9. WHO the hell labled KOC "QB Whisperer"?! This dude is an OC that FINALLY can call his own plays! BUT, now has HC duties, that he HASN'T done well!!!!

  10. The NFL needs to move the draft up to the start of April so we don't have to listen to 2 months of this BS …It seems like every week there some kind of new narrative everybody beats into the ground…Maybe the NFL is scripted???? hmmm ……P.S stop doing Mock Drafts please and Thanks!

  11. Phil doesnt shut up, declan doesnt speak up enough and judd is just solid journalism.

  12. Mackey talks about getting our QB of the future and being bold with our decision making… now it's the opposite.

  13. You also need to emphasize how the team needs to trust Kwesi to ensure we don’t get fleeced. McConnell selects the QB, but Kwesi has to have a long term franchise perspective.

  14. Phil’s argument of “trusting KOC with whoever they draft” is a bit of a stretch. I fully trust KOC with identifying and developing his guy, but drafting anything outside of the top 5 QBs doesn’t strike me as a KOC getting his guy

  15. Simms also has Maye as his QB6 and noted a lot of flags about him.

I am tending to agree the more I watch of him. He’s got all the tools but needs a lot of refinement.

  16. It it a fool hardy assumption that 26 year old Darnold is not able to out preform .an unoroven rookie. .Top pick QBs fail aproximately 50%….so..😅

  17. Using the '99 example, the Vikings best bet would have been to trade up to #2, and hope the head coach picked Donovan McNabb over Akili Smith.

  18. Trade up to #2 and hope KOC makes the better choice between Daniels and Maye, or just stay put if it takes too much to move up, or the Commanders are selecting a QB.

  19. Hoge also said Vick would revolutionize the position. He didnt.Hoge was an excellent football player,as tough as they come.Judds comment about drafting Ponder "may have been the beginning of the end for Spielman"is kinda silly. The end lasted 11 yrs.

  20. In terms of rating the draft, I'm more interested in the dialogue between KOC and Kwesi while its playing out. The player chosen, let's be real, means nothing to me as a Non-QB-Whisperer. KOC's reaction to the pick in real time, or his potential frustration to not moving up will tell me MUCH more. GET CAMERAS IN THE VIKES WAR ROOM again!

  21. Mackey spends years bashing the idea of paying for any non top 5 qb, creates a PD culture around getting a young franchise QB at any cost and bashing Kirk, and now hedges it with don't trade too much or maybe get an expensive top 10 qb in Herbert, and bashing fans that were naive enough to fall for what he was saying. But maybe it is all fear over his being ready to trade up for the gamechanger Malik Willis

  22. If you like Penix and Rattler then draft them both if Rattler drops to the 5th or 6th rnd. Talk about hedging our bets. 😂

  23. 29:00 In 1999, there were the recent examples of Steve DeBerg and Warren Moon, as well as the historical examples of Earl Morrall and George Blanda.

  24. In 1985, Randall Cunningham was still available when Minnesota drafted Issiac Holt [CB, Alcorn State] in the 2nd round.
