good match up…but the format is pretty stale, don't you think?
does anyone on social media golf have an original idea?…like maybe using more graphics to represent the current position, instead of so much CONSTANT dialogue with the camera? do golfers need to have a 100 yard wedge, or 12 foot putt explained in monotonous detail? NO…we just need to see how you hit it…we can fill in most of the blanks. a downhill putt will roll…an uphill putt will stop short…a left breaking putt will break left…got it!
i would like to see good players, PLAY FOR SOMETHING! pink slips on your mopeds…hahahaha. something other than simply views…the views would go up if we all knew there was some PRESSURE on each shot…like in skins games. maybe we would see some course management skills, which we never do on boobtube golf, because no one plays for anything. watching the weekend money games at any public course would be more interesting than watching the same people play each other for nothing, while CONSTANTLY talking at the camera about the zero-consequence shot they are about to take or have just taken.
Zac, there's a gold mine of possible formats waiting to be produced.

the story about brad's time at the masters is the sort of dialogue that the listener finds's interesting, and should comprise most of the cuts away from the ongoing third party commentary of the match…stuff about how the players 'feel' about…the course?…their career?…their personal hobbies/lifestyle?…their upbringing in golf?
i'm telling you, zac…the person who strikes gold in this new social media production gold rush, will make a fortune and have some real fun!
