However, the run from Stephan Jaeger kept him one stroke away from victory as he earned his maiden victory. However, despite the loss, his wife, Meredith Scheffler, showed what sportsmanship looks like as she celebrated and congratulated Jaeger’s wife for his victory. The PGA Tour posted an adorable moment shared between the two wives as Scheffler’s wife went to hug Shelby Jaeger. Meredith Scheffler expressed how happy she was for Jaeger to get his first victory on the Tour.
