These guys are able to hit the ball a mile yet very few can win a tournament let alone a major. The average golfer can only marvel at this. Lee Trevino has 8 majors. He lasted forever. This guy and many others will not be able to hold up this swing under the pressure of a major. Trevino would wait for this swing to falter and pour it on for the win.
Early extension kills the back. Gordon has no early extension. Sitting in transition like he does creates tons of power and saves the back. He has the capacity to swing this way, so it's not a strain to him, but a natural movement, for him.
Can you explain why having little shoulder turn at shaft parallel sets him up for great sequencing? I thought the shoulders should move with the arms? Isn’t that what a one piece takeaway is? Thanks!
Ya that’s awesome , except he only beat 4 guys last year , three who are almost 60 or over 60 and 3 guys that withdrew … Rory played horrible and still was 4 shots better after just two rounds they both played
