Sorry but although Diggs was flashy, I liked Gabe Davis more. Take a look at their stats for 2023. Diggs had more than twice as many targets and receptions but only one more TD than Gabe.
Bills ate 31 mill. Just to get rid of him..yes the Bills will be better without his crying….Shakir, Shorter ,Samuel, Kincaid, Cook…Josh has plenty of people to throw the ball to.
Diggs is a ticking time bomb. How long before he cries there too? Don't understand the cap thing though. That's a hit.

Its clear now we are going after a wr in the draft. Which I am excited for. Diggs doesnt play well with ithers apparently? I never saw it but behind closed doors maybe its different. Sheeeesh. At least we will get a #1 for a cheap 5 years. 😉

Beane cleaning house, dont blame him. All those players had multiple years to get it done and they didnt. Time to move on and try something different.
Imagine if bills tank this year to get a top 10 pick next year while miller/diggs contract off the table and cook/kincaid/josh entering their prime

I know I'm in the minority, but I think this offseason is exactly what was needed for the Bills (I think it is a year late, actually). The Bills of the past few years were a good team, but that's all they were. The Bills were never going to win a SB with that group of players, so it was time for changes. Allen is still in his prime and the team still has good players, so they aren't going to fall off a cliff. Beane is rebuilding on the fly so 2024 may be a lesser year, but with good drafting in 2024 and 2025 plus FA signings, the team should be in good shape. I liked Diggs while he was here, but I don't have a problem with moving on from him at this point.
Finally. Best news this pre-season (YES, YES, ,YES)! If he didn't want to play at Buffalo then move him on! Look at Kansas after Hill moved on! It was a year too late!

Take your purse and get otta here…lol. Seriously, let's wish him the best down the road except when we are playing Houston. He was fun to watch those 1st 2 years but all last season just didn't look right. Watching the way players interact with each other between plays and on the bench says a lot. It happens to a lot of guys AND it happened to Diggs for sure, all that money went to his head and he just wasn't one of the guys anymore.

It seemed to me like Stefon Diggs was starting to slow down by the end of last season. He’s going to be 31 in November and I think that that may have been a determining factor for Beane. I’m glad we at least got something for him.
You guys hating on Allen for the one play in the bengals may be true however – our OLine sucked that entire game constant pressure in face – not giving him a pass for the miss read but any HoF getting hammered all game is gonna miss some reads
Pumped to have Diggs gone – talented for sure but a cancer hind sight is 20/20 but I’m glad they’re resetting while Allen is still young enough. Had we stand and took JJ bet that woulda been 2 Super Bowl so far – f Diggs and all his defenders. Team first guys or get f’d
Need Allen to get in the lab and really put in that work this offseason. This is going to be a big year to see how this team looks. Chiefs trade tyreek who is still a top 3 WR and won back to back Super Bowls.

I think you’re putting way to much blame on Allen
Sneed said they didn't double him, he wasn't being targeted because he wasn't getting separation. Same thing that happened to Hopkins, he was really good, then he wasn't. Receivers fall off a cliff all of a sudden. Everyone wanted the Bills to pair Diggs with Hopkins, and well — good thing they didn't.
Y’all missing the point . Diggs hates running games . James cook is about to get featured like his brother did in minnesota . Diggs wants to go to a pass first team .
Man, it feels like Josh has gotten kind of lazy. I hope he really works in his game this offseason.

Mixon put out a tweet basically stating that Diggs asked for the trade & wanted out, that means this wasnt planned & theirs not gonna be an answer for a #1 WR.. they already needed 2 more with Diggs on the roster. They're taking a step back if he isn't replaced with equal or better talent, Shakir & Samuel meh & great, they have a TE.. this teams gotten worse all around
There's a different (and very realistic) timeline in which we keep Diggs, he plays well in 2024 (as well as he played in 2023 or better), and then we trade him for a 3rd in the 25 draft.
that world is much preferred to this one. it's literally a much better shot at a 'ship in 2024.
I'm glad we have this discussion on a WR etc but I'm really concerned with the difense and I'm exspecting a draft focused on that. Then I wish to add weapons and to have a competitive team but my feeling is that the Bills are directly focusing on 2025.
I wanna see Josh throwing a LOT of balls to the new guys. He does need to step it up. BE THE MAN. Sure he is franchise, but to make himself better, he needs to change things up, too.
A diminished version of stef diggs is not still a very very very good football player. One very sure. Two maybe. Three verys? No.
On paper the Bills offense is not better at the moment. But 31 million says they are better culture wise.
