Today is a very special day we are in Houston Texas and it’s not just every day that you find yourself on the property of none other than NASA National Aeronautics and Space Administration that’s uh that’s what the acronym stands for if you guys didn’t know it but we’re actually here throwing

Discs on the property of NASA there’s Trayvon and Jared Jared’s our tour guide he works here and he also throws Frisbees because he knows what’s good for him but just um little little handheld iPhone Vlog for the day Jared just brought some discs for us he brought the metal uh but yeah just

Something super casual I just figured it’s a cool experience as a whole to document our day here at Nasa as I just bang a birdie putt nobody deal but uh yeah the fact that they have disc gol at Nasa it’s like what better Oh it’s whoy all right Course pro Jared Dom all right oh boy the pressure’s on isn’t it head wind it where it go there it is are we going to this basket right here yeah in the in the trees nice all right that’s flippy oh yeah wow bup and run Beau

That’s what we like Tailwind wide eyes are guy yeah it is a Tailwind now you’re right a little too wide all right oh that was wild camera work and it is actually raining pretty good right now nice up all right here’s my drive you can’t see what I threw it’s against the

Rules oh come on that was for backto back birdies on the quite quite crooked basket here we’ll call it a sadar little bit of headwind again all right whole three rain and wind that’s going to be short short is that like pouring rain coming in I think

So sounds like it sounds like it perfect there you go okay babe what a rip all right a little wet out here no big deal Jared’s getting ready for his meeting got dripping a it seems like it’s done yep nice oh oh oh off the cage so I figured

It was only appropriate for our NASA tour that I wear the world’s biggest shirt that uh I was actually talking to the HS about it they actually ran that tournament or they either ran it or they help ran or something but it was just funny I wore this shirt downtown Austin

When we went to South by Southwest and then they were talking about like oh we want to run another world’s biggest and I had no idea that they were like heavily involved in that and I was like I was literally wearing uh world’s biggest shirt from 2000 the other day

And uh it’s weird how Worlds Collide like that with different eras where the HS have been around since the ’90s and before then and obviously I was born in 2000 and this shirt is dated May 2000 all right it is windy my head’s still wet lots ofer lots of wind and good flip

Ride take the other approach and go wide and let the wind do it wonder what uhoh don’t do it to him okay not lost forever over to me oh no that thing’s trash so a little bit about our day so far yeah so Jared met us in the morning

Drove us in gave us each a badge and uh we got to go see like the Apollo rockets and stuff like that like it was like a whole like diagram of the rockets that like the Apollo mission flew to the moon and whatnot and all the wall had like a

Whole thing of History laid out it really cool of each Mission and like what I thought was really cool was like each Mission quoted one of the astronauts like something that they said on the on the mission which I don’t know it’s a lot more personal like that but

Then we went into mission control and we got to see the ISS like in orbit and people like the actual astronauts like working and doing their job live live feed just out in space floating about it’s pretty cool they’re doing like all these experiments and stuff and

Just to see it like firsthand and to see the map and see exactly where the satellite is orbiting the uh the Earth it’s just like so many computers so many screens so many jobs for so many different things then we went and saw a bunch of mock stuff so we

Got to see the ISS like in live live action on the camera but then we got to go and like see kind of like a diagram and whatnot and and see kind of what it actually feels like in real life and I don’t know kind of almost a scale I

Think maybe it it is to scale yeah to scale it is scale they use it for training yeah tell tell them how they they we missed a docking so we were going to Mission Control and as was right when Ben showed up he said oh actually they’re about to dock the

The the soya soya yeah the soya rocket onto the ISS and he said they’re doing it as we speak and we literally walked up there and they said that they docked it within like an hour but by the time we got up there but like asona yeah to

See it lock lock in right there in front of our eyes would have been one of a once in a lifetime experience all right whole five oh yeah that’s funny go yeah good skip is it flippy enough oh I really thought it would be it is not sweet ah like

That there’s a little opening on the back side there all right so I’m here with Jared he actually reached out to me on Instagram last year here I’ll get you on my right side okay reached out to me on Instagram last year but unfortunately it didn’t work out with my tour schedule

I was skipping Texas States but we said next year for sure and here we are thanks to Jared gave us the tour and uh how long you been working at Nasa and what’s your what’s your part in it yeah so I’ve been at Nasa about 13 years now

Uh I do Orion parachutes uh so if you know anything about the Apollo capsule it comes back from the Moon or wherever uh lands under three big main parachutes while the Orion capsule is the new version that uh NASA is going to take to the moon and eventually to Mars I do the

Parachutes to bring it back to Earth so 11 total parachutes on the system the three big ones land us back in the water I think that this whole kind of thing is really cool and now we B basically the tour is over we’re just chucking disc

For fun and just kind of soaking it up but like so much information has been fed and like I don’t know it’s just like really cool to see what you know where used to just regular people doing their jobs but working at Nasa is just like a completely different like way of work

Yeah it’s kind of weird because I think my job’s regular you think your job’s regular we can switch for a couple days that’d be pretty fun yeah okay okay maybe we will one time I’ll work on I I’ll study some parachutes and you keep uh parking shots

Like like that one you just did there but hey thanks for having us out yeah appreciate this has been a great day all right we’re in forand turnover town here oh that’s way inside little bit all I just threw it to the I just

Threw it to the sky threw it to the moon to the Moon trying to throw on a grenade dang it that was so that was a good shape m to the left all right my turn High you guys a chance to put it in all right Jared has chained out for Ace on

This and he’s never aced before so maybe today’s the Day you throw too well he already said nope and it’s a birdie he plays for Birdie the that’s his quote that has no chance at all and we’re oh good try baby jeez I don’t have to button you’re parked okay touching the P tr’s button then oh boy Yes sir should have just kept using the driver very high winds let’s go let’s go [Applause] here oh now this going to be something [Applause] wow to the moon what happens when you throw a des everything flies to the Moon [Applause] all right good playing with you good to

Meet you round good playing good playing Jared thanks for having us my pleasure thanks for joining last toll out here at Nasa with the game that is guess what Jared’s discs will fly like in the wind um it’s been a it’s been a quite the Wild Ride oh nice all

Right oh wow it sure is get off that tree oh yeah I went under ruined it this A D all right all right guys well that is a wrap just a quick little nine-hole course here on government property I don’t know if I’ve ever played a course on government

Property that’s pretty cool NASA Houston Texas Texas States this weekend thanks to Jared for having us out and uh it was pretty amazing day learned a lot of stuff and uh just open open your mind for a couple hours but hope you guys enjoyed not much to do them throw some

Discs and learn about space throw it in to send us home oh that was a good try selfie mode but that’s going to do it for today folks little shorty today so thank you for watching like subscribe I’ll see you next Time
