Had their moments where I’m like I’m surprised they lost this game Clemson comes to mind NC State in the tournament comes to mind like they’ve had games where I’m kind of like baffled by the way they came out I just think that’s the way this year’s Purdue like Purdue
Lost to Ohio State and I have Purdue winning everything okay and that and you know what Joe I it’s it’s it is there if that 80 kid can wake up and play the way that he can play should be able to dominate everybody and he makes fre

Steelers are the big Winners man I think they are too I mean I I I don’t think is going to play the whole season I think he’s going to get hurt or he’s going to look I hope he atrocious to the certain point where they’re going to bring fields in but
Um like Bandits I hope it’s the second week of the year because the Bears that sixth round pick would turn into a fourth round pick if he plays 51% of the snaps so that’s big I fourth round for a potential franchise quarterback is is penni on dollar I mean that’s the bottom
Line is this the league told you what they thought of Justin Fields that’s the bottom line and and the Bears could say however much they want that they turn down better offers because they wanted him to be in a situation he wanted to be in apparently him and Mike uh Mike
Tomlin have a good relationship he wanted to play for Mike Tomlin it was a good spot for Justin so maybe they did turn down a a fifth rounder in 2025 for Fields but I’m telling you this they didn’t turn down a second rounder this year or a third rounder this year it
Wasn’t something like that gone they would have pulled the trigger on that because business is business at the end of the day the market for Fields was just not there and it was it was it was there even less there was there was even less of a market than I expected I
Thought for sure they would get a low-end second maybe a high-end third for him the fact that they couldn’t even get that like but I I can’t blame the other GMS in the league because if you look at Justin fields’s tape as a quarterback throwing the ball it’s not
Good it’s just not good there’s no consistency he has a game where he’ll throw four touchdowns 300 yards but the majority is 150 yards 160 yards a couple turnovers sprinkled in maybe one touchdown pass he’s he’s a he’s a legs driven quarterback maybe that’ll change but his processing needs to get faster
And he has to get rid of the ball he’s got to get rid of the ball quicker he holds the ball too long uh if he could somehow overcome those really bad habits that he’s gotten into then perhaps he will do good in Pittsburgh now maybe Pittsburgh he turns it around I don’t
