Um inisbrook is it Copperhead uh the name changed V bar right V bar that was exciting to see um Sunday Peter malady actually I saw him at the Players he shot like really low on a Friday so he was at the flesh area doing interviews and um I guess he’s on the

Player Council Advisory Board and so he was actually doing a very long interview they had to like tell everybody to stop talking to him so I could do my interview with um was it Su so it was really I was like watching I was like watching him interview I was like I

Figured he was a player cuz he was on the other side of the um thing and all the reporters were on this side and he kept asking questions back to the reporter so I was like I just went to the person standing next to me I was

Like is he your player or a staff on tour I mean I I was like when I initially saw him I was like yeah I’ve seen him somewhere he’s a player and then like he started asking questions back and he was talking about the live and like he would like not stop

Talking so I was like maybe he’s a staff not a player and then I was like oh he’s a player duh he always wears that hat and he’s just on that um on the player advisory Council board so that’s why he talks about those things you know sensitive issues that’s

Why um so it was quite funny and then um I know like he’s been on tour for a long time and he got really emotional after his win because it was only his second win win after being on tour for so long it got in it got him it got the win got

Him into like the signature events which has really tough criteria like to get into this year I didn’t realize there were many players that weren’t not invited to Signature tournaments um and also like the Masters and all that good stuff so I was very happy for him um you

Know it’s really hard to put on four good Browns and close it up it really is because the guys out there are so talented and you just have to be a very solid player to do that wait um Pam hi Amy did you hear correctly that when

Gusts were actually reaching 40 m per hour in Palace Verdes yesterday have you done any videos on some strategies of playing in windy conditions hi Pilgrim um this a very very nice observation and very good question um Palace Verdes is right on o uh Pacific Ocean so it gets it’s

Like normal to get that windy Pacific Ocean has some really strong winds I’m sure a lot of you guys know cold strong winds is what they’re Lo for and um yes 40 miles is easily seen out there um I do have some Nightmares From college at

Golf um you know I played in Florida and um it’s a lot warmer in Florida than California I mean I am still like freezing to death here it’s March and when I was in at the Players Championship in Jacksonville Florida it was like mid 80s with like 85% humidity

Which means like it’s to it feels more than 90 degrees which is very hot and here it’s like high is 60 today super cold like unbelievable so so um when I used to live in Florida I used to always come in February to play in this colic golf tournaments at palace’s Country uh

Golf club the exact same Golf Club they played last week and it was always rainy it was always miserably cold very hilly and very windy and the greens are tiny and the greens and the lay layout of the golf course it’s really tough it plays really tough

And it was really nice to see Nelly corta Just Like launching it and then putting it next to the flag and the playoff off I was like how did she do that it was gusting like crazy right um Amy thanks for catching up with

Me new at the Players I wanted to do an interview with him but um that day was the last day I think and he shot like one over that day so usually like we don’t do interviews when the player hasn’t done well cuz we’re just trying

To give them space um so I was pretty sad about that but anyways you’re welcome Naga Stefan good afternoon what a fun week last uh was last one at the lpj championship are pack is a legend definitely I was so happy for her to have her own golf tournament it was about time

Um lost Us lost a sound what happened oh uh a call was coming in I couldn’t answer and then you guys would be disconnected and I couldn’t get this link back so I couldn’t answer the phone call sorry but the sound is back it’s was probably the

Call coming in um thank you guys thank you I’m glad the airpod is working today um did you guys hear what what did you guys miss you guys didn’t hear anything I’m like asking what you missed so yeah during college Years I used to come here

Every February uh cold rainy uh hilly um small greens small undulations on the greens hard to read because there’s ocean break and some other factor in the grains that doesn’t go toward the ocean when it needs to so um a very tough course and I was very impressed that

Nelly Corda launched one really high and then stuck it next to the flag and made a putt during the playoffs and um um she’s had a lot of playoffs huh uh she’s won this is the 10th win which is amazing I’m so happy whenever she wins

Because she’s such a solid player and I think a lot of the time she deserves to win and I’m always happy to see her like actually close it up and close it and win it um Ryan tool has been on tour for a very long time I remember playing with

Her and uh she’s another UCLA girl um she yeah I mean I have to I have to praise her for being on tour for that long a lot of girls do tend to kind of give up halfway because they’re run out of money or they run out of just that

Motivation to grind it out there but you know Rhino Tool’s been really amazing uh grinding it out and really happy for her to grab her um runner up of finish because that probably got her a big check so congratulations to her too and then it was really nice to see Ellis and

Lee up there again uh I don’t think she has any wins um it’s got to be very tough to have like such uh high expectations from everyone and have such a huge potential and you know not dominate it’s really hard to dominate and people don’t understand right I mean

You guys understand but like you know we want them to dominate so we really wanted Elison Le to dominate and then when it doesn’t happen then she feels like a failure even though she’s one of the best golfers in the world and she’s very famous and she’s very talented you

Know so it really nice to see her up there as well I think she’s another UCLA um I I did hear stuff in the golf cart but it stays there it must been fun I actually went out um Stefan was volunteering all week right that was

Amazing of you to do that cuz without volunteers these tournaments will not happen so thank you Stefan for doing that um you are shuttling players from third 13t to the green right because it’s a very steep Long Walk um it must been fun meeting everybody chitchatting

Supposed to send you a video I took a video of you like um Jenny Shen got in your card and I was like videotaping so I’ll send it to you um what did you think about H inting that limma the tree I didn’t see that one I missed that one

Which one was it I thought it was a big mistake can you can you EXP explain what happened I’m sure all of you guys watched it tell can you tell me conditions were hard what fun to see a rookie hanging on top of the leaderboard um so you were you

Were at the same spot all week or was it just that day when I went to see you on Friday was on the 13th and like every day change it changed let me know um did you see one in Singapore I hope she plays on

The lpj next year I did I missed the Singapore wasn’t that the week when was it the players or was it week before I was like really occupied for the players because I had to do a lot a lot that week so um leading up to the

Players week I was doing a lot of research on all the players cuz I wasn’t sure who was going to to do what and then during the players I was like out of it because I had to do filming and create fun stuff and edit and be a

Talent and do interviews and yeah crazy but it was fun anyways um yeah I didn’t get to see her oh and I did see G Shin uh we’re good friends um when she used to play on the LPGA Tour she used to have a place in Palm Springs so during

The winter months when she was over here she you know I I went over to her house and then I I would like stay with her and then I was just amazed at her whole entire routine like just just she she’s swinging I mean it’s been how many years when was the last

Time let me see gation you know she’s won how many times I mean her her resume is unreal it’s really amazing um she’s won 64 times worldwide on six different tours isn’t that amazing she was the Rookie of the Year on the kpga tour in

2005 I think she was 16 at the time and then 2009 she was LPGA for Rookie of the Year who I mean rookie of the year is a very hard award to win and she won it twice she was the player of the year a couple different times she let

The I think she was the player of the year for like the LPGA the K LPG and the J LPG of Japan tour I think she’s the only person who was number one on the money list of all the tours that in the world amazing like like she’s so great

To the fans I don’t know if you saw my real um my shorts um she’s always been the same way to her fans she’ll sign every hat that’s like pointed at her she would give hugs and take pictures she’s so polite she’s just amazing she juggles everything so well it’s crazy and she

Swings the same way I was just speaking about that because it’s crazy how much work she puts into physical condition conditioning she takes care of her body so well so it performs the same way crazy right okay I was in many places but for the 13th hole I did the prom Thursday Friday

And Saturday Sunday was my tournament in ah yeah a tournament a few miles away to shoot my handicap that day wow with all the volunteering you still managed to keep up your um golf game good job Stefon next year I’m planning to play the Pro I think it would be fun oh that’s

Amazing um she was behind the tree instead of taking her medicine she tried to hit past it and lost her lead and bounced off the tree and let it in bad SP kind of never recover from it yeah when you’re put in a spot you know you

Do make mistakes and you know you just have to learn from it hopefully the next time the same situation you’re lucky enough to have the same situation hopefully you don’t don’t make the same kind of mistake and um yeah hopefully you learn from it and grow from it

Um some yeah I mean it it’s tough it’s tough something probably got over her brain and something took over and uh made her make that mistake usually Cades are there to help her not make a terrible mistake um but um yeah usually when it’s your tournament to win you

Usually pull off those shots or you usually go the safe route you think a little bit clearer um so yeah little bit of everything there hopefully she learns from it and um hopefully she doesn’t make the same mistake it’s the worst if you keep making the same mistakes but yeah um

When you are under a lot of pressure sometimes your brain and your body just doesn’t function correctly I’m sure a lot of you guys can understand I think she learned from it hopefully James thank you for that though I love hearing those stories cuz I I miss a lot of it

Too so um I think like it’s time difference is hard but um sometimes the girls golf is on the Golf Channel and um yeah it’s it’s I sometimes don’t keep track of like the eastern time showings and then I miss a lot of it too the first time that I was paying attention

To all the obligations of players it is a long day for the players practice interview more practice for when more interviews more practice I know good friend of mine did really well on Friday and I was just waiting to give her a hug and say hi and she had to do like long

Interviews with like four different cameras and I felt really bad because that I mean it was to the point where I couldn’t wait I I couldn’t say I didn’t get to say hi to her I filmed her didn’t never got to say hi to her so

Um usually PG tour is very good with that because um they they don’t want to drag it out for the players so they’re always like three questions and then last question they’re like you’re done so yeah I mean it’s a little different because PJ tour players usually that have that control with like

The Superstar players and then for the LPG tour it’s best to have more media attention to them but the interview doesn’t need to be 15 minutes long you know what I mean ask the questions and Audi are you going to Masters this year I really want to I really do uh but um

It’s really hard to get extra tickets and I don’t want to go by myself I mean I do have friends going this year but I might be working so that’s why I decided not to go but last year I didn’t have anyone to go with so um I didn’t go but

I really want to go just for the the the sandwiches and the souvenirs there and good gol that’s right oh yeah I do have my 12th hole here so um I feel like I I live on the 12 hole out there a in corner um Amy why do so many Pros use bladed

Irons do you use plates um I used to use what do you call that it’s like not blades but not cavity backs it’s kind of like in between the two so it’s a little bit thicker than the blades but it’s not as chunky as the cavity backs and uh some of them have

Like not what do you call them like softer forged uh Metals um the only reason they use blades is for better ball control spin control cavity backs you have zero control it’s just like poof jumps straight sort of straight so you’re like in this area whereas blades you can

Carve it to a te um the only thing is um if I don’t like I never practice so if I don’t practice with blades I might miss The Sweet Spot five times out of 10 which is terrible then you lose a lot of distance and accuracy as well so so what

Do you call it what do you call what do I use it’s like between cavity back and Blades think of the word so those give you great control but has a lot of forgiveness so even with little to no practice I’m still able to hit it halfway decent um but cavity box is

Really hard to shape because it’s just poof like long and straight but it’s not like laser accurate it’s like in this range so I could be anywhere from like 5T to 30t from the flag so that’s why accuracy and they practice enough to hit it in the middle so yeah blades is

Awesome if you’re practicing a lot uh what about 2028 Olympics in La bringing the mixed team play similar to what we saw last December oh um yeah so I haven’t done thorough research on that always like doing like a lot of research for everything else but oh yeah I was

Supposed to talk about Olympics um today too let’s do that next week um because we still have a couple months um let’s talk about Olympics muscle backs muscle backs mine’s thinner than muscle BS mine’s not muscle BS they have pockets in the back so it’s like blades a little bit thicker with

Pockets not muscle bags but muscle bags look really beautiful full and um nowadays the muscle bus actually feel really good CU it’s like hollow inside Amy I really enjoyed the last LPG tournament ran jooe Palace veres Joe hi Joe how are you I think a lot of people

Enjoyed it and the players I mean they love being in a ledge just because um a lot of them even like non- Koreans go to K Town to eat I was like what that’s how like Korean food is like nowadays it’s popular so it’s amazing so

Everybody I mean the food and La is like amazing anyways to to survive out here your food has to be better than better good so um sorry I’m just a little bit out of it today it’s just a really um long weekend and then um lessons today

So so I’m glad it seems like everybody enjoy the fans and the players and the staff um yeah they just love being in LA but that Golf Course is a tough one I’m really glad I’m not playing in it on it for a tournament um I’ve talked to a couple players who are

Like I don’t know about that golf course I’m skipping it like I was like probably better for your mental game and then there are players that want to skip but their status don’t allow them to skip they have to try and play as much as possible and make as much as money as

Possible to keep their status which is tough um good but glad to hear that Joe Mel Aloha Amy Aloha listening in I want new irons what are you looking at let me know Stefan the pro version of cavity backs are kind of the middle from a

Blade and full cavity bag pro version of the cavity tag there’s no name for it I was just hoping um I just couldn’t remember the name but yeah that’s exactly what I use it’s like right in between blades and cavity BS James Korean food looks so good I love meat

This long that was my first eagle ever in my life I was in New Zealand playing with my sisters and I was I want to say I was 13 so I didn’t see it it rolled up uh but I’m sure it was this close from an albatross I don’t think it lived out

I don’t know I didn’t see it I was playing with a guy around the golf with Amy was on a raffle as a pride for a nonprofit organization it was like kayam I think it’s like a Korean Community um thing where like Foster families and stuff like for a very good

Cause so this couple won me as a raffle priz so I went and played and the guy was just telling me how he had like an he had an albatross or yes I think he had an albatross like two months ago and we were just talking about it on a part

Five and then he was like wow that’s amazing Congress and then he hit his second shot on a par five and we both saw it lip out it literally made a 90 de and it was like this far from the hole we’re like you almost made another

Albatross I was like what I have never seen that before that was really cool that so that’s my Albatross story looking at Cobra King to Titleist T200 Taylor Made p790 oo very nice out of those three I’ve tried the tidalist T200 I’ve always loved tidalist um I’ve I’ve never tried king cobra or

The tayor made p790 so let me know how it goes let me know what you end up with if you’re actually um going to get new ones sometimes like you know I talk about getting new ones and never really really do so no pressure just curious that’s all Stefon
