Have some of my own feels that I don’t talk about a lot but what I actually feel is I feel my I feel a lot of it in my trail hand and I feel like my trail hand is putting an up force on my lead arm I like that this

Way but when it happens because it’s putting an up Force like this my elbow’s not going backwards and getting trapped

  1. I’ve always had a rubbish arm action, affected my tennis serve and throwing as well as golf. I’m currently working on something similar to this, basically related to external rotation of my right arm, a bit like Hogans stone throwing illustration, but I have to think about it from the start of the backswing in order to keep my trail arm ‘under control’. Combined with some left sidebend it seems to give me a fairly orthodox looking backswing.
