When did it start turning around in Golden state for you I mean uh it didn’t uh I mean it was like the last no it did it didn’t like like to be honest turn around now I’m telling you bro everybody here knows the story the next year we in
The season I’m a backto back player of the week though so I’m like oh I’m feeling good like I’m back in my groove and they with me you know what I mean I can do whatever I want J Rich cracking we figure it out get to the end
Of the season everybody leave on a good note yeah come back in the training camp we got a whole year with Mike Montgomery man that ain’t going to work you know what I mean that wasn’t going to work so we went back to you know he thought that you know college coaches he
Thought that like he needed to have control and like teach and teach and we like man what you ain’t teaching us nothing we already know how to play basketball let us play basketball so the next year came back and we kind of was like hovering and struggling under Mike
Montgomery you know what I mean and so it was like we made a bad draft pick you know like we kept making bad draft picks you know I’ll say that so we wern’t getting better in the draft you know what I’m saying like we wasn’t getting
Better in theot fans here man they know the real they know the real you know what I mean D le was beefing with the fans you know what I’m saying which was crazy it was the wildest ever dude cuz Mike dun is a great teammate he a
Great dude he want to win and it was just like it was almost like the other team bought tickets for plants and they thought that they were Warrior fans but they just be like you don’t leave like you too like no don’t leave alone alone man like hey focus on the
Game sound like me in Minnesota huh that’s how I was in Minnesota every year I I mean I I see you know it’s tough I went through that BR I went through that in New Orleans that’s how I got traded I was sitting on the bench um and hurt and
I’m watching Dan Dick Al kill and I’m watching the crowd go crazy like ah I’m like dog we two and 20 what the like y d name like we two and 20 like I don’t care you know what I mean but they was booing me I wasn’t even
Playing in New Orleans it got it got to that point but like we had a lot of like it was just ups and downs ups and downs and we couldn’t like we couldn’t turn the corner they fire uh Mike Montgomery then they bring in Don Nelson yes sir Don Nelson come
Remember Dean Wagner yeah we dwan Wagner uh Monte we got a guy from our city named Andre Owens he came and tried out Andre or came tried out so we like we had the little little Warrior makeup you know what I mean dun leevy was cool Troy
Murphy was kind of like you know tro nice bro man you see everybody laughing brooy Murphy was you know like you know when a play is done like he done he he was done here he needed like he was a good player he was a double double but
It was just like he he was he was drained bro it was like he had you know you got to think Jay Rich dun leevy Troy Murphy adonald Foy they had seven coaches they had like seven coaches before I got there wow so like you can
Imagine like damn we got another Co I don’t care who the coach is like man we got another coach what are we doing now so it was like we weren going we was hovering and we was cool but we didn’t have like we didn’t have a juice
Yeah and I remember Chris Mullen came to me he was like man we going to try to make this right we going to try to get this right and what nothing happening you know what I mean and so towards the end of the trade deadline it was almost like they
Came in it was like Stephen Jackson Al Herring I was like oh hell yeah we cracking now you know what I mean y sent Troy Murphy Indiana s c we sent Troy and dun Ley uh and Iago I still think in that TR we should
Have tried to keep dun Ley we would have been all right like he was like a missing piece for us in like in that we believe era when you think about what we needed yeah but we make the trade right everybody like a yeah the homies
Here hey dog we was getting our ass whooped everybody know we was getting our ass whoop we still was like couldn’t get over the hump you know what I mean we couldn’t get get over the hump and then Nelly was like all right well
I see what I got you know what I mean like it we’ll just wait till next year okay and it was like not even halfway during the season it went allar break even allar break hey bro I coach High School I did that this year we lost
Like five got let them get you you got to let them get to the city and get comfortable bro so uh nson new n n bro come get comfortable chill out this season tank no it wasn’t y y some new houses and you know what I mean get we
Had hit the road we had went on the road you know what I mean so we had went on the road so we was on the road yeah just like struggling and then I got hurt uh right before Allstar Weekend and we was just hovering hovering and then after allar I remember
We had a team meeting we had lost to Washington Gil had hit two free throws and we had a team meeting yeah and I was like man we if y’all want a party I throw a party at my birthday end of the season but we got to start
Partying on the court you know what I mean so like if we make the the court our party and our club then I go out every night we’ll go out but we had never really like before that D Ley Jay Rich uh Troy Murphy and Donald foil like
That crew they never hung out yeah was stack and and Matt uh stack and uh Matt Stephen Jackson yeah out Harrington and we already had Matt so like when they came it was like now everybody had people to hang out with and then the Young Dudes wanted to hang out you know
What I mean cuz it was like now you got real NBA stories you know what I mean stack telling stories Al Harrington telling stories you know what I mean and so that kind of like built that little camaraderie then after that uh Washington game I came back we played
Detroit and everybody thought we was going to get our ass whooped and we beat the out of them and it wasn’t it wasn’t like a game where it’s like oh we beat them you know what I mean it’s like yeah we got a good one was like nah they
Can’t with us yeah like we can with them you know what I mean like we can match up good against and Detroit was like one of the best teams in the league and after that we was like if we can beat Detroit we can beat anybody a turn around BD right there
That was it that was it but it was it happened cuz we was like all right it if we you know everybody giving up on us if we going to party we going to party out on the court and then after the game if we win we going out no we
Went out every night hey we went every night I was like godam that’s what we about to start doing with 520 tonight we winning I’m it was the wildest cuz we was we we was like a a rap group we was like the Wu Tang
Going to like we play then we go to the club is like damn this wuang death row bad boy whatever it was like we was rcking yo yeah every city it didn’t matter what city it was we was going to the club was taking over the club you was saying up drinking got
The hand going yes sir and then if I drink I’m going to go grab the mic so I would take the take that’s where the rapping career started bro I take the mic from the DJ you know what I mean and who knows you know what I mean everybody
Was hey everybody was in fire range when I got the M but in serious no I think for real that’s what helps teams come together when yall hang out off the court yeah that chemistry mesh like well when you get on the court for sure so I
Probably say y’all team was like that y’all look like y you know that Joe Johnson team ah we went out every day turn my boy out pause to say that listen I keep it I keep it I keep it the right time in media I will keep it cool cuz that I
Would have said something out of pocket that’s

This is real. Saw this guy and Matt Barnes out on a Sunday night in Seattle. Chop Suey, legendary Yo, Son! Nights. DJ Scene, Massive Monkees.
They had just taken an L from my beloved Seattle SuperSonics (RIP).
Before the ‘15 chip, the ‘07 “We Believe” Warriors were the highlight of the franchise. Crazy how things can turnaround drastically for a franchise.
Wow I haven’t heard Dan Dickau name in years
In NBA history only 10 times has a team had 3 20 ppg scorers, and 5 of them belong to the Warriors. The 90-91 Warriors with Mullin, Richmond and Hardaway Sr., the 2007-08 Warriors with BD, Stack, and Ellis, the 2016-17 Warrior, the 2017-18 Warriors and the 2018-19 Warriors with KD, Steph and Klay. Outside of them the Celtics did it twice in 1966-67 & 2019-20, the Sonics did it twice in 1986-87 & 1987-88 and the Kings did it once in 2013-14.
Of these 10 teams only 2 of them won a championship (2016-17 & 2017-18 Warriors), 3 of them didn’t even make the playoffs (90-91 & 07-08 Warriors and 2013-14 Kings), 2 of them were swept in the 1st & 2nd round of the playoffs by the eventual champs (87-88 Sonics & 66-67 Celtics), 2 of them lost in the conference finals (86-87 Sonics & 2019-20 Celtics) and 1 of them lost the finals (2018-19 Warriors). Everybody thinks you need a squad like this to win a championship, and yet there have been more teams built like this who have missed the playoffs as there were teams built like this who have won a championship throughout NBA/ABA history.
Most championship teams have a Super star who averages in the high 20’s- low 30’s in ppg, then you have his sidekick who averages in the high teens – low/mid 20’s, then you typically have a stretch big man who can get you an easy 14&10 double double and protect the rim, and a couple shooters, one as a starter that averages 12-15 ppg on catch and shoot opportunities and one to back him up when he’s tired with a quick 6-7 ppg off the bench. Go look at the majority of the past champs in the history of the league, the majority of them have their top 5 guys just like I stated then a bunch of role players around them who average 3-5 ppg on opportunities 1 of those 5 players created for them.
P.S. I know this is an earful and for anyone who actually reads this, just know whether you agree with me or not, you’re a real mf G 😂.
Atlanta turning out Jeff Teague is crazy
Zarko chabarkaba
Typical hood shit. This is why MJ and Kobe shit on all these fools.
Maybe that’s why they sucked and was a 8th seed, if they never got lucky and beat the Mavs we would never ever talk about them
Run TMC and '07 we believe were the highlights with for that franchise before the chips.
