We need to also consider that when comparing their first 6 seasons statically Patrick Mahomes had a HUGE advantage in both offensive personnel and league favoritism towards passing the ball. Compare them both when they had weapons and were in the league, the 40 year old Brady matches and sometimes surpassed Mahomes. Brady had a huge advantage in terms of the defense around him early on but had 0 star power at the skills position until Randy Moss. Not to take anything away from brown or branch or Faulk but they weren’t Kelce and Hill…and that’s who Mahomes had including a plethora of dynamic running backs. The chiefs were a perennial playoff team pre Mahomes loaded with offensive talent so we need to pump the brakes on this goat stuff when talking about personal stats through 6 years. Second of all, while I do think the chiefs are doing remarkable things, the patriots had sustained success for TWENTY YEARS with Tom. TWENTY YEARS. Y’all really insulting this man 1 year post retirement and if this man was still in the league we would be talking about him and not a dynasty that’s how GOAT this man was.
