A great drill to help improve your ground react forces in the golf swing. Thanks for your time and share with a friend that might find this helpful. #golf #golfswingcoach #golfgroundforces #coaching #practise #improvement

So we’ve got the idea of what it feels like to shift pressure from your back foot AKA your Trail foot towards your lead foot y so you got an idea of that what it is to feel like to just move the weight as you are turning obviously you’re experiencing some challenge with

As you’re moving to not lift that even though that stops youpp over so alignment stick that you wanted to have something to actually make it useful to do other than alignment is if you turn it you point it out toward towards the right so that at a dress you’d have it

Underneath your sort of the the heel or just in the front part of the heel almost the arch not quite the arch but just towards the heel and then the ball of the left foot same thing just towards the the ball you just get to twist it around for your feet to

Get a feeling for it so find that your lead arm almost matches up with this line and then that will be your swing direction that you’re going to feel like you’re swinging that way obviously it’s going to give you a draw certainly not going to be it’s the opposite to over

The top where the pressure goes onto that toe and then the club goes out that way so you have that turned pressure forward and then you’re going to have that feeling of swinging on that line until you’ve got a consistent flighted right to left shot and then from there

You can start to learn about from here as you coming down moving the pressure into that heel and off the stick because it will eventually be the point where you start off it push on it and then go off it again and that will be the ideal pattern but for the moment at

This part of the phase we got to get used to starting off it just what does it feel like to actually load into the ground and then you be able to work off the ground as you improve right I like that it’s very good
