Jos “non-violent” nature is world famous thanks to his domestic violence, hooliganism, etc. cases. However, many media outlets now don’t mention these when quoting him. His relationship with Horner is also notorious, ranging from his ejection from boxing to the Monaco Grand Prix criticism two years ago. His links with the Dutch De Telegraaf, which wrote quite a few things along the scandal, are also known. But the important question is, taking Horner out, who will take over the team after him? Will he still be as successful?

Hello, fellow YouTubers. I’m happy to have you back here on my channel. So grab your favorite snack, hit that like button, and let’s dive into today’s content. I think it’s now crystal clear that this is not at all just about an unacceptable relationship between Horner and a female employee.

I’ve watched a lot of Formula One teams get ruined. I’ve read about a lot of failed projects in companies, but I’ve never seen a self-destruction like what’s happening at Red Bull. I think it’s crystal clear to everyone by now that this is not at all just about an unacceptable relationship between

Christian Horner and a female employee of the company. There’s a real open war going on about who will run the hugely successful team and more in the near-indistant future. While he was alive, Dietrich Mateschitz managed to balance the interests of his parent company, his tie partners with his Austrian collaborators and his British

Experts. The ubiquitous Dr. Helmut Marko was his right-hand man, firmly wrapping Christian Horner across the knuckles when the Englishman wavered in his support for the right pilot bringing success. Horner, however, was left to build a really exceptionally strong team where the genius Adrian Nuit is comfortable. The corporation was behind them, but without

Interfering in the operational work and management. Anyone who thinks this was a simple job can ask people like Pascal Vaslin, Bobby Reichel, Maurizio Erawa-Bean, Stefano Domenically, Craig Pollack, Norbert Haug, Mario Tyson etc. why they didn’t succeed as many of them had no less means. After the death of Mateschitz, however,

Tensions quickly began to rise. The first sparks appeared. It started with the controversy over Porsche’s involvement and led to Marko’s imposition of nicked of Reese last year instead of Horner’s desired Daniel Riccardo. Oliver Minslaff has emerged as managing director. Horner in turn was faced with the tricky situation of looking

For a replacement for Honda when the Japanese announced they were leaving F1. With him having already struck a deal with Ford, they decided they weren’t going away and signed with Aston Martin. Meanwhile, Red Bull invested heavily in its new Red Bull Powertrain’s division. It brought in two dozen top engineers,

Mostly from Mercedes, to make its own engine with the help of the Detroit Giant. Rumor has it, however, that the idea of the current biggest boss of the whole Red Bull company, Kaelum Javidia, is not just to make powertrains for Formula One, but to spin off the entire Red Bull

Technology group as a standalone company to make electrified supercars. The intention was that Horner would not just remain the big boss there, but would also be a shareholder. Could this have been the reason Horner was offered the chance to step down after the initial tip-off by the employee whom the infamous Tom

Robiton found and wrote the name of in his business F1? I’m completely far from thinking that there was no occasion for such an alert and it was all made up. But it really needs to be categorically proven. Experts say it is difficult and needs to be acknowledged by both in

Communication. There could be fake profiles etc. There are more unclear things. For example, generally no one records this type of correspondence if they have no intention of using it. Furthermore, the affair lasted from March 2023 to January 2024 and was not one-sided. It also struck me that when Red Bull confirmed that it

Was launching a serious investigation because it was taking the matter seriously, it hired an extremely reputable lawyer to lead it. He is said to be practically working for the Palace in London. His assessment was made public on Wednesday before the start in Bahrain and exonerated Horner completely. That fact alone should

Have calmed things down. Just a day later, parts of the correspondence in question were emailed to 149 important people in the paddock. I’m almost convinced that this cannot possibly be the work of the employee in question. Notwithstanding her relative telling the Daily Mail how angry she was at the unilateral handling

Of the case by the lawyer in question. In fact if Red Bull Salzburg wanted to cover the case they wouldn’t have publicly confirmed it at all. Everything would have been closed in the company from the start, but it seems the opportunity to hit Horner was excellent. After Horner’s meetings with Stefano

Domenically and Mohammed bin Sulliam, however, neither Liberty nor the FIA did anything. On the contrary, a photographer heard the FIA boss urging Max Verstappen to slap his boss, which the driver did not do. And here comes the next storyline, his father Joss was in the opposing camp and

Launched the next salvo at Horner. The former driver said the team would blow up if he stayed. He made a demonstrative meeting with Toto Wolf, who didn’t mind a swing on his old enemy. But things began to clear up. Joss’ benign and non-violent nature is world famous thanks to his domestic

Violence, hooliganism, etc. cases. However, many media outlets now don’t mention these when quoting him. His relationship with Horner is also notorious, ranging from his ejection from boxing to the Monaco Grand Prix criticism two years ago. His links with the Dutch de Telegraph, which wrote quite a few things along the scandal,

Are also known. But the important question is, taking Horner out, who will take over the team after him? Will he still be as successful? On the face of it, it doesn’t look like there will be a problem. Red Bull can put Jonathan Wheatley or someone else who was proven on the track.

Nui’s car is still a rocket and Max is still champion for at least two more seasons. The problem could come later though because his contract is until the end of 2028, but it will be sorted then. Another theory is that if Horner is removed, Max could still go to Mercedes next

Year in place of Hamilton, because according to his contract with Red Bull he could leave if the team structure changes. So all seems clear for the family. I don’t know what Nelson Piquet Sr. thinks about it though, he certainly understands things well. Horner’s removal is certainly highly

Desired by Minslaff and Marco. They were rumored as recently as last year to be in severe conflict with the Brit, whom they accused of being self-absorbed and imposing total control. The theory of another Austrian, Gerhard Berger, that if Horner stays Max and Nui leave may actually be quite true. But equally true

May be the suggestion that, given the situation, Nui may leave without ever seeing the end of the saga. He’ll go to Ferrari, where he’s been waiting for years, and where he’ll work with Lewis Hamilton and probably Ferrari’s much more advanced powertrain. Well guys, that was for today thanks for watching. I

Really appreciate your support, and I hope you enjoyed the content. If you have any thoughts or comments, feel free to share them below, I’d love to hear from you. Until next time, take care, and see you soon.

  1. There's so many aspects to this story; Is this a conspiracy for Red Bull or their rivals to get rid of Horner? Was Jo's Verstappen involved with this woman too? Is he trying to take control of part of RB and get horner forced out? How much or what is true and what isn't, in terms of the allegations? Goodness knows. It's extremely intriguing!

  2. It kinda weird in this situation because this person who stir the pot most are outside people especially most people who are who are against the verdict about RB investigations are the most profitable if Horner get fired/out of team
