Hey, this in Nattie Golf with Foray and welcome to Tip Tuesday.

Okay, so what we’re working on here is really creating some coil with your upper body versus your lower body to help you hit it farther. So, we’re going to make sure we make some turns on our knees. We’re taking our lower body out of the picture. We’re just going to twist and turn against our lower body with our upper body. A great drill to work on this is hitting some balls off your knees. I would suggest doing it with a driver only. You’re going to tee it up. It’s going to help you create a shallower hit to the golf ball which is again going to create more distance for you.
