Weeks while media speculation has swirled around the nature of the allegations against him Red Bull has refrained from providing additional specifics regarding the matter however the company stated that it maintains full confidence in the fairness thoroughness and impartiality of the investigation saying the investigation report is confidential and contains the

Private information of the parties and third parties who assisted in the investigation and therefore we will not be commenting further out of respect for all concerned Red Bull will continue striving to meet the highest workplace standards herner’s exoneration marks the conclusion of a challenging period for him during which he faced intense media

Scrutiny and speculation regarding his future addressing the situation at the Red Bull launch earlier this month Herer acknowledged that the events had been demanding for both himself and the team inevitably there has been a distraction but the team are very together he said everybody’s focused on the season ahead

So it’s been very much business as normal the support has been fantastic as the investigation went on various parties publicly called on Red Bull to expedite the resolution of the matter including f1’s commercial rights holder just this week Red Bull’s future engine partner Ford also emphasized the need

For a Swift and transparent conclusion to the issue this week Ford CEO Jim Farley penned a letter to Red Bull expressing growing frustration over the lack of resolution or clear timeline from the company regarding a fair and just resolution of the matter he wrote I Am increasingly frustrated however by

The lack of resolution or clear indication from you about when you anticipate a fair and just resolution of this matter we are likewise frustrated by the lack of full transparency surrounding this matter with us your corporate partners and look forward to receiving a complete account of all findings other team principles were also

Sentiments regarding the Horna situation and what it signifies about f1’s stance on gender equality given his continued role amid the ongoing investigation wolf was the only team boss to respond stating I think it’s clear Formula 1 and what the teams do we stand for inclusion equality fairness diversity and that’s not only talking

About it but living it day in day out and I think these are the standards we’re setting ourselves we are a global sport one of the most important Sports Platforms in the world and we are Role Models but having said that there is a lot of speculation that’s been happening

Over the last weeks speculation that we have heard of and lots of things that are going on and I think what’s important in that stage for a process with riger what Red Bull has started as an independent investigation if this is done in the right way with transparency

And with rigur I think that’s something that we need to look at at what the outcomes are and what it means for Formula 1 and how we can learn from that because we want to talk about racing cars and we want to talk about the sport rather than these kind of very critical

Topics that are more than just a team’s issue it’s a phenomenon or it’s an issue for all of Formula 1 and in general for every individual that works out there Red Bull presents a distinctive case within Formula 1 with its management structure on any official website featuring The Red Bull Racing Team CEO

Christian Herer is prominently identified as the leader but Dell in deeper reveals a long-standing power Dynamic at play while herner holds the top position within the Red Bull Racing realm within the broader Red Bull group CEO Oliver Min leads the energy drink company’s sporting division then there’s helmet Marco the 80-year-old played a

Pivotal role in the formation of the team nearly two decades ago and was subsequently appointed to a vaguely titled Motorsport advisor position Marco was even among those who chose herner to lead the operation and their relationship appeared stable for quite some time time there’s now a palpable disturbance in the dynamic speculation

About a power struggle between Marco and Herer surfaced in the midst of the 2023 season sparked by Marco’s controversial comments regarding Serio Perez which brought him under scrutiny Horna clarified that Marco wasn’t officially an employee of Red Bull Racing and thus fell outside the team principal’s jurisdiction however within Red Bull

Gmbh it seemed Marco wielded similar influence with minl and Dietrich Mattis kits as he had with the latter’s late father Marco weathered the incident but whether Horna emerges unscathed from his own Red Bull investigation into alleged inappropriate behavior remains uncertain horer vehemently denies these accusations the emergence of the investigation is noteworthy it

Originated from Dutch media with a source purportedly close to the fapen camp which fueled speculation that Yos fapen and Marco might have been involved yet this remains unverified it’s telling that when the situation escalated even long-standing allies were hesitant to offer for support when Marco faced pressure and rumors circulated that Max

Fappen might leave if Marco was ousted it highlighted the significance of their relationship but even if the allegations against Horna turn out to be unfounded and his name is Vindicated it appears that the bond between the two men has been severely strained possibly irreparably with the other nine Constructors on the grid clear

Leadership structures are evident at McLaren while Andrea Stella holds the title of Team principal Zack Brown Reigns as the CEO similarly at alfha Romeo racing alesandro aluni bravi serves as the team representative while Andrea cidel holds the CEO position above him Williams sees James vs as the team principal with

Matthew Savage acting as the chairman of owner dorlon Capital positioned higher even at Visa cash app RB Peter berer assumes the role of CEO with lauron mechia serving as team principal but at Red Bull there’s a unique Dynamic with two individuals operating within the same sphere Marco’s role affords him the

Flexibility to engage wherever he sees fit while Herer is primarily tasked with the responsibilities of a team principal which frequently overlap with Marco’s domain Marco is content to step forward as the team’s public spokesperson when necessary all while maintaining a firm grip on the junior team on the other

Hand herner is tasked with the obligatory press conferences meetings and PR obligations inherent in his role as team principal the mounting tension coincides with Red Bull’s success on the track prompting the question why now even if we consider the Herer investigation as a distinct issue there’s still a lingering curiosity

About why unsettle the waters when everything appears to be sailing smoothly one possible reason is ego if one faction perceives the other as usurping credit for the team’s accomplishments tensions can arise but the risk of such a maneuver is that it jeopardizes the harmony of the entire team and potentially undermines its

Performance as we approach 2024 it’s difficult to find anyone who doesn’t consider Red Bull a leading Contender once again with 22 out of 23 victories the previous season they’ve rightfully earned the label of favorites however the question of when this dominant era will come to a close and who will be

Responsible for ending it is increasingly pointing towards Red Bull themselves complacency is a silent threat within a winning organization but ego can be just as deadly mercedes’s confidence in their W13 and even the w14 design left them exposed and vulnerable Red Bull’s era of dominance May eventually crumble too and given how

Radical their new car is their crumbling might happen as soon as this season Red Bull seems to like surprises while their competitors were sticking to the rb19 blueprint for their 2024 designs the Austrian outfit opted for a significant overhaul at first glance the rb20 Bears resemblance to last year’s Mercedes a

Car that saw limited success yet even so Red Bull is confident that a radical transformation is literally the fastest way forward Helmut Marco told the cliet saitong that Red Bull’s lead over the competition was largely attributed to the remarkable success of maxw stappen especially in 2023 that was a relief because there was

Definitely still a risk because we were so dominant last year we were able to think about the new car early on if we had only made an improved version of last year’s car there would have been a big risk that someone would discover something beyond the normal further

Development we chose a more radical route I would describe the car as a revolution helmet Marco noted that the rb20 appeared to be a strong Contender right from the start despite Red Bull not posting the fastest times on Thursday and Friday importantly on Friday verstappen deliberately refrained

From attempting to set the quickest lap with a glory run on the softest tires instead both verstappen and his team focused on conducting long runs Marco observed from the pit box and appeared content with what he saw he informed the Austrian newspaper that veren’s concluding long run left a strong

Impression describing it as impressive Marco emphasized that foren effortlessly posted consistent quick lap times undoubtedly this performance instills confidence in both foren and Marco as they head into the first race in barain next weekend so with the air cleared coming into this season how far can Red

  1. Tell FORD to relax they didnt flinch when marko had a lot to say about checo, but now all of a sudden they want horners blood!??? sounds like a setup to me!!! well rumors have no balls but facts and evidence does!!! and guess what you got none of those! And toto your behaviour has been really bad with breaking your headphones live on camera when max beat Ham in 2021 so becareful what you say mate! yip!!!

  2. Independent investigation. Not what all you RB haters wanted to hear.. Suck it up buttercups and let's get on with racing. Toto tried hard to get the most successful team principal out of his way ๐Ÿ˜‚

  3. i can see toto breaking yet a few more headphones seeing that red bull have the zero pod working on there car! toto might want to re employ the dude he fired for it!!???

  4. Fine . . .and now can we leave this behind us and get on with the season ? And HEY Toto! Let the FIRST who has never sinned, throw the first stone!

  5. Just to make things clear for you, Helmut Marko is not employed by Red Bull racing in any shape or form and as such has zero say in what happens in the racing team.
Christian Horner is team manager and CEO of Red Bull racing, nobody else.
This has been a power play by Austria who basically have had nothing to do with the F1 team to try and claim control over it.
They failed and the โ€œprivateโ€ person who made up a claim should be named because it was her who created the problem. Thing is, the โ€œincidentโ€™ happens in Kitsbuhel at a ski event. Canโ€™t see any member of RB racing from Milton Keynes just happening to be at a FIS event sponsored by Red Bull.
The sort of proof of this when Christian said the whole F1 team was 100% behind him.
That kind of gives it away it was someone from Austria behind it all.
But as I said, this person should be publicly named because the โ€œindependentโ€ investigation has proved it was false allegations, in fact Christian could sue her.
That would upset Toto Wolff and Zac Brown. They should just stick to running their teams.

  6. Unless all the "inappropriate" evidence is revealed, this will just continue to stimulate morbid curiosity, although increasingly tedious.
