Rose three wood or five wood this is that low little steam shot headed at that left bunker and just just caught it pretty close to the lip as well taret relatively close to that uh front lip not and Frank tiger broke the Golden Rule if you’re going to lay up

You better lay up in the Fairway he’s got a a good lie uphill lip shouldn’t be much of a problem he’s got a pitching wedge in his hand got ball first kind of clean don’t know if he’s going to get it it’s a chip in territory for

Tiger just cleared the bunker on his second shot chipping now for birdie at the 10 well the Li’s good and see that’s that little down slide I was referring to S of kicks it a away this for par has made just one bogey on the 10th in the last 35

Thing I noticed with tiger and Joey is that they’ve really got a lot more certainty in their discussion I think it’s taking a long while to go from a player like Coupes sort of big long flowing swing to the variety shots that tiger can hit you

Know whether bringing it in low or a shot like this you know if he pitches this up too far it will kick through and you’re right the variety of shots and even in the last 6 months he’s only gotten control of the majority of his shots I mean I think we’re starting

Under to the P five tiger on the T it’s up the right is it going to miss that Fairway bunker no just catches it so that’ll be an interesting decision how close is the ball to the lip of the bunker what kind of lied do he had because the second shot is

Overwater tiger and uh the LIE appears to be okay not Gary if there were a great lie to have this is it he’s there’s no interference from any of the bunker lips he’s got a good footing it’s sitting up he’s got 209 yds left to the flag 200 covers the

Water tree that we see in front of him no issue whatsoever not with the type of shot I I feel like he’s going to play he’s got a little bit of a cut line he’s been hitting that cut all day probably going to just try and hit it up and over

It and work it back toward the flag sounded heavy and it it is heavy he doesn’t like it will Terry short of the water and is in to get a little bit of extra spin on it so he can hopefully control it and this is where he’s got to dig in a

Little try and squeeze out a par if he can noted does he have a favorite yardage not that I know of he’s been working really hard on these shots just to try and control them interesting way a low one trying to skip it up the bank and did fairly well but still good

For par Nota yes Garen that was a very very poor approach shot he had there and didn’t think he pulled it off like he had wanted to and now he’s got this left to right most of the way and it will slow down a little bit as it gets toward the

Hole I don’t know if it’ll break that much so Tiger Woods is going to drop his first shot of the day rain go back to seven under par and what a difference to day makes made it Eagle three here at this par five yesterday hey Gary we’ve seen tiger hit

A lot of flighted we’ve seen him hit the Stinger off the te we have yet to see him hit these one of these big high balloon cuts which I think he may be thinking about here with the six iron looks like the double cross yep it’s left oh always go longer than you’re

Anticipating so that is long and left Nota has gotten it into the heavier rough lie okay no not at all he has drawn a very poor lie and this ball will come out with no spin just like a knuckle ball and baseball and he’s going to have to hit something high and just

18 off consecutive Bogies lays up from the right rough that’s a tough spot only four of 37 players have hit the Green from the right rough this week Tiger Wood short of the par for 18th and two trying to avoid a third straight bogey to finish what was a promising

Round Frank if there could ever be a great layup this was it because he got far enough up into the Fairway so he opened up the the hole location to him now he’s playing across the green 54 ydd the ball will release a little bit there’s a lot of moisture on here he’s

Mad he hasn’t put the umbrella on his shirt is soaked it’s certainly doable it’s just a little bit of a ridge in the middle that he can use to help kick it around to that Flag let this card for Tiger he missed a two-footer at two a three-footer at 12 had two balls in the water and was four under playing that 16th hole and so this could have been a whole lot better but from the Fairway bunker at 16 into the

Water made bogey then long and left at 17 another Bogey and now this lengthy putt for a par in a round of 69 rich and that that was similar to what happened yesterday he seemed to not really follow through on a couple key holes and made some mistakes and he

Alluded to that in some of his interviews and he just made too many mistakes but he still three under and hopefully maybe walk out of here feeling okay about it if he makes his Putt and I stand corrected he actually was five under playing 16 three under right now

Well he saw how fast Justin Rose butut rolled out and I think he has a really good idea on the line nobody like Roger talked about earlier nobody reads the screens as well as Tiger Woods it is so it’s a bogey for Tiger Rich got to thank you staticians the last time tiger bogy 16 17 and 18 believeing and all was at this very Golf Course back in 2007 ladies and gentlemen this is the 110 starting time from Jupiter Florida seven time former winner and defending

That slope that’s what you get when you get that soft bounce in the middle of the green Tiger Woods at the second long birdie attempt after that ni par save at the first Tiger has said it for years those par saves are just as important if not more important than the birdie

Putts when he’s either trying to make a move or trying to hold on to an excellent round yeah a l burner right at the center drawing loves that shot Tiger’s left with 142 and believe it or not Frankie has a Sandwich there must be something magnetic over on that side of the green cuz that’s where his ball is not happy with that Frank this one overall little right to left little bit downhill Good they like it three shotter here 550 yards today you’re absolutely right Frank that’s something he and Sean Foley have been working on to shallow out that angle of attack C It Up Up C it up something just like [Applause] That has it sit under he won’t be truly satisfied until he wins a major and it has been second for Tiger now 142 yards very very seductive hole location for Tiger back right going to play his little fade push wi just a little right of the flag wow so both players in this

Pairing back at five Fernandez castano and woods both missed the green Fernandez castano on about 20 ft away from below that closely moan area and that he’s got to turn a little to the left Jimmy just hit that one really fast with authority huh so both players getting up

And down after missing the green badly left of those bunkers by a good 30 yards that was the line he took yesterday yeah he’s made a couple of eagles so far this week Frank eagled 16 in the morning when he teed off on number 10 on Thursday and then here

Yesterday afternoon and remember those two bunkers in that pine tree just to the left is what he’s looking [Applause] at wow okay there a much more aggressive line than we saw earlier with Hunter and Sergio it’s a bold move here at six going left or right considering it is

All H2O on the left [Applause] Side and that’s going to been beneath the hole so tager with that left for birdie that would be his second birdie in the last three holes Sa for wibs is now played the car five six and four under par in three trips birdie eagle birdie going with a seven iron sets up really nice for his cut sounded a little bit not he didn’t hit down on it let’s put it that way the almost R down does a little

Dance just right at the cup meantime back at seven all that is left for Tiger to move it to eight under pretty special stop there John that was a laser like seven iron there at seven yeah two perfectly played holes in a row now after the misc on the hole

Before and he’s got that club he’s come to rely on very much the last few weeks a smooth little cut is it he’s picking up the te offly fast yeah that’s good shot there you want to hit a good drive here because just between two divots set up beautifully

From 159 oh he’s a scary shot need to hit it flush and get the right Club he’s talking to it a lot he’s yell bite I think oh that’s deep yeah I don’t blame him that was definitely a lot like number five just way he’s got a nice

Clean lie but he is going to have to get a little bit of spin on this Johnny otherwise it will roll pass the flag yeah this is a dangerous little shot here but hard to get it inside anything inside of six feet is very good you don’t want to leave it short Though trying to play a chunk and run NOA wasn’t going for the spinner and that’s that putt that you do not want to have right there this screen is really quick from behind putting towards that water we go to eight and tiger for his par not John if he doesn’t release on

This it will break across the hole tough putt right here tiger well done tiger remains bogy free eight under par three under on the day in search of his eighth win in 16 starts as a pro here at Bay Hill tiger on the T and he’s pulled this

Left into the trees and he’s going to need a good kick to KN go OB yeah that is out of bounds possibly he just laid up here up and over the trees really didn’t have a good enough lie to go for it the ninth hole today not to playing as the most

Difficult on the golf course playing about a third of a stroke overpar 4.3 on the average tiger now from 100 oh excuse me from 70 yard 69 yds with his third got a great break off the TS see if he can save par here somehow what a shot boy he pulled the

String on that didn’t he this from about 4 and 1/2 ft to save par what could have been a double bogey or triple yeah I think he’ll remember that power John what a break that it left here well he stayed underneath I think did it go right right down the middle but left

Also that’s a good Bounce It kick right and stayed in the first cut of rough on what was it five and also on eight eight back [Applause] got that wasn’t long it was about a foot and a half or so short wow great shot great distance control

Bradley with a chance to get it at eight under back at 11 for Tiger Johnny this is a sandwich from 132 out of the first cut Bo this is right here got a pretty good line if it got a [Applause] distance that was like shooting fish in

A barrel for him Tiger Woods who already has four birdies in the first 10 holes looking for number five at 11 tiger for birdie to get it to double digits under par Johnny’s left us in a perfect place right below the hole little right to left probably inside right right Edge

Putt yeah this is um that’s two wedges in a row Beauties and well three if you count the pitch shot at nine huh uh case you just tuned in he sort of stole one at nine hit OB and the kick back in the Fairway not in the rough but had to lay

It up then a great wedge to 3 ft and made the Putt and yesterday if you didn’t watch folks he did Bogey the last three holes which I’m sure left a wonderful taste in his mouth but he’s come back really well it didn’t take the

Air all the way out of his tire so to speak up he was right there in touch of the lead drifted back four behind to start the day and this to get back within two should make this putt he won’t be happy if he doesn’t you know I thought it was a

Straight putt personally but um tiger on the tea you can see the way the water’s moving there wind in in front from the left sets up for a nice cut yeah that’s started left and going left oh cart path kicked right though another nice kick all right with third shot here at the

12th remember the t- shot was well left unable to get the ball into the Fairway and H a smart shot there coming out of the rough play away from that pin cut on that short left side there see that little halfway there is a little bit of into the grain see the

Dark grass yeah that means it’s up the slope right there cut on a little shelf oh my we all know the last two Fairway bunker shots he’s had he’s hit very poorly so I’m sure he’s just looking hopefully just to get this on the center

Of the green and get out of here with a four now Arnold as you know this shot can be a little bit difficult you get steep on it you’ve got that water and rocks short sounded better yeah it was clean might been too clean very yeah that ball just spun

Right in its H spot it’s kind of a half buried lie there Tiger Woods at the 13th with this half buried bunker shot what you try to do on these Arnold well and that just what he was trying to do I tried to do sort of a

Chunk and run but didn’t it didn’t run that’s unusual yeah he’s a Scrambler isn’t he y he sure is you weren’t too bad yourself this is oh this is one of the easier holes 13 Tiger Woods is arrived there coming off the bogy 13 not yeah he’s got a 4

215 yds slightly uphill and into the wind good news location right where the ball likes to end up so get had a good shot they got a chance to get close like Ricky Fowler but here we go another bunker yeah he’s been working a lot with

This 56 just to try and get this running at the end that was texbook small swing hit pretty close to the ball effortless and he thought he had it with a cut spin if you remember last year here in the third round he hit three-wood out of

Bounds left but not today boy he has piped that one had a bad stretch last year where he went bogey double Tiger Woods now preparing to hit his second shot here at 15 Peter he’s got 195 yards he’s got a six iron WIS coming in just off his left

And you can see this is his first Fairway hit notice since the eighth hole to today yeah he’s played pretty well considering he hasn’t really driven it all that great pretty easy whole location isn’t it not him right down the center actually John today this has been

The second most difficult hole on the golf course but here is a beauty here at 16 Woods on the T important t- shot bunker down the right rough left twirl of the pick the te up quickly that’s usually a good sign oh yeah that is ripped that is long

Was a very simple good swing right there not a Bad Bet there I don’t think Fowler’s ever been number one in overall putting average for a week that’s that’s a new one for him got it tyer Woods to 11 under par he is four of four now for 15 to 20 ft in

Punts this week and how about this the first player with three eagles in the same tournament week here since 2001 when Phil Nicholson did it not the greatest win for his cut is it Gary no I think ideally you would like to maybe try to draw the ball

Slightly so it’s the hole is cut on the left to hold it against that wind but we’ll see what he does baby he’s hung it just a little it’s going the side of the green he wouldn’t like it but it got a very fortuitous bounce off the yes it’s

Got a couple different breaks in it but I think speed is the most important thing little down yeah there’s left early then should work back to the right oh how B it is this another time to oh man that had to look so good Johnny to

As it was rolling up there and just seems to be at that point in his career in his life right now noty you’ve known him a long time he just it it just seems to be a more peaceful Tiger Woods I know that goes with playing some good golf and

That helps but it just seems to be he just seems to be more relaxed yeah the one thing I’ve noticed the last couple days watching him play is he just has a lot of certainty in his mannerisms and it’s reflective in his play that one is piped right down the

Middle and now tiger Tiger’s going to definitely play left with a shrimp to the right how good has this 18th hole been for Tiger through the years the seven wins three of the victories have come with a birdie at this 18th hole on the 72nd hole but he has bogied it both

Times this week and he’s got a nine iron in his hand 177 yds to the whole location his eyes are looking left edge of the green for the cut yeah he’s laid it out left to the flag thought I was going to do one hop Berry but it’s okay and he almost got

Away with it just a foot to the right would have been [Applause] okay and he avoids that third stoke Boi with a sand saav 18 a 66 which ties the best round of the day with Matt everyy Keegan Bradley T olis ladies and gentlemen this is the 140 start time

Green he liked it that’s very good some very good just so strong ability to maneuver it out of yeah it straightens up it uh if it gets going past the hall not stop the first one to read Bri very happy with four didn’t look like a particularly hard a IR

Either a good looking shot set up nicely just like John H did T walks that one in and he gets to 12 under par as he stretches his lead to three temporarily and there is the horn sounding signifying the resumption of this final round Dan Hicks Johnny Miller

And a beautiful blue sky morning it is and we’re having breezier conditions today winds coming out of the Northwest uh this hole will dog leg right to left and the second shot will be into that northwest wind but this just a whole a to avoid the lake try to

Get the ball in the Fairway and give yourself position for your second yeah very easy to miss it right in cutting to the center beautiful opening play that was a very crisp swing and it’s 30 yd Fairway but that cut was hit perfectly went from the left and

Hurting has flatted the ball down good contact pretty good looking shot got solid start tiger and tiger prowling around yet another putt he has seemingly made all of these well he has from 15 to 20 ft Roger he’s five for five this week and this doesn’t have much break uh no it

Doesn’t uh this one’s pretty straight slightly uphill and I I think it may turn a little left as it gets in the area of the hole but uh not much is putting folks is better than a machine it’s like I I’ve never seen anything quite like it and Dural had 100 putts or

72 ALS the least he’s ever had so he’s in a total crazy time with his putting like old times maybe even better it’s been that good early walk there how many times have we seen him early walk that’s it that was the first one so we got five players tied for

Second at nine under three behind this guy at the par five fourth another good shot it’s uphill par five got the and tiger second at this par five is this a fivewood far enough head John I can’t quite tell what it is the head looks really small I know he likes his

Fivewood but doesn’t look like a three W he’s got 267 to the front edge and 287 to the hole yeah that’s right red is uh we should have known hit it solid and not a great line but just can’t get there yet and now tiger right in front of the

Green here yeah about 20 yards short just a a pitch with plenty of green to work with into the wind a low one trying to skip it back here and get it to spin trying to push it up there I don’t know what happened there for him to hit

It that far left and this what got some break Roger it’s not the easiest little whatever it is 11 12 footer or whatever 10 footer yeah I didn’t see a lot in it it may try to go a little right but uh I didn’t see a lot of Break In This put

Joh yeah maybe I thought it would thought it had some break but maybe he’s down just enough below the hole it’s just going to break a little right yeah it’s a little short of hole high it’s pretty much up the fall line really I think this from just outside 12 ft where

He has been deadly and another one just [Applause] amazing now tiger on the te at the par 4 fifth 390 yards and with an iron in hand playing down wind bunkers right and left and usually the players try to keep the ball short of that bunker on the left

John yes just a real short swing there almost like a 3/4 Punch Yeah right in the middle go and 165 left of the Hole uh directly downwind from this angle and I would think John with a hole cut over there in the left hand side a little deep uh

Biggest concern really would be the bunker behind ever so slightly he’s hit some uh shots with short irons stiff but he’s also hit some long including this um flag showing the same thing so we’ll see um what he does here might be I don’t know if he’s going to go the

Conservative route or not if I was putting like he was from 15 is from 15 ft I’d probably keep a little right like you said might be a little controlled swing [Applause] no well it’s on a great line well he probably did that on purpose just take the bucker out of play

Put it in there 15 ft and see what happens this put has two different kinds of grain you can see the different colors this from 19 ft look how he’s planed for it to go a little left I guess from 10 to 25 fet he’s five of six this

Week that was an awkward putt because the last part of the putt the grain is uh to the right and uh he’s like I can’t believe I miss a 15-footer you have to make a decision Roger where you’re going and you have to commit to

Your swing and you have to commit to not hitting it left of where you’re trying to aim It okay this is left to right this is going just at the left edge of the right bunker safe now end the wind those bunkers close to 300 yards off the T so that’s a good Miss I think with this wind it’s plenty of club for him to get it across that

Water this ball working to the right headed toward that right yeah he was yelling for it to catch the bunker it did and a good lie in the bunker here has to carry it about 25 30 ft to get it to the green surface in line with a hole but certainly

Doable get in the nice very nice beautiful done very easy to let that one run eight or 10t by the hole good up and down for birdie Tiger Woods to 14 under par he’s 45th birdie or better in his last two starts yeah straight into the wind here John and the

Holes on that back little plateau uh the highest point on the green falls off left and falls off right of it and it’s underneath short of it so it’s a small little lry to get the ball up on top of how it teas it in the down grain patch folks that’s important to

Do this is a five iron that is turning left to the hole not bad that was Stinger like yeah he wanted to track dra to go through that wind that was uh I’m not sure Drew but he was no it’s just a slow putt as well got no

Speed solid stroke he just does not seem to be in any kind of backup mode here at all he just he’s had his foot on the accelerator again especially since that 66 in the third round well this drive is playing very short now Roger downwind a little

Left right there was a bunker that’s really kind of through the Fairway on the left hand side which is about 300 yards to it so tiger taking out an iron it appears to play short of that certainly downwind I like this play Johnny don’t you yeah yeah definitely the hole’s not playing

Long you don’t want to miss this thr it oh he’s missed it right though now he’s probably going to get blocked by trees I don’t know you just see how lucky he’s been he’s been a little lucky on the missed shots this week got to get

Of the front nine coming at the eighth so fou gets his first Birdie down at the ninth Onck off the right or off the left a little bit be interesting to see if he challenges that uh hole or whether he just keeps it left of the bunker there I would think he’d just keep it be my thought if he went with iron off the te

This is a little off to the hole pretty predictable there he’s in the rough downwind can’t spin it well this guy’s written the book on that for birdie long way away at 10 yeah it’s just a cruiser off the back shelf here a little bit downhill I don’t see a ton of

Breaking in joh you just trying to L it down there yeah it’s not a lot of break you’re right with option to drip in get definitely doesn’t go right like castano hit that nice downhill Putt and it went left didn’t look like it would go that way distance

Of tiger with a lot of holes left here on the back nine to make a run quality players we’ll see if somebody steps up one with just an iron he miss the last three Fairways but that one shouldn’t any trouble low Stinger fine yeah he

His career than anybody I’ve ever seen by far uh which maybe causes him to only hit 52% of the fairways hitting the low left to rer this will be just fine good t- shot is striped center of the Fairway Tigers lead three as he’s at the par

Five1 12 and Fowler has already played laid up and is in good shape in the Fairway now tiger with his second would look for one of those real low Stinger shots here into the wi come oner well he hit it higher than I thought he might

Is five iron here coming out I can see him hitting a good one here he’s shaping it left to right just right of the hole at the right side of the green comes up short though well that fade got eaten up by the wind there’s a lot more wind up at the green

You can feel more wind up there than by the tea that’ll test tiger short game at 14 lader by three actually not all that hard I mean it’s pitching uphill to the green he is underneath the surface of the green but has enough green to work with here looks

Like from the TV Roger that he’s in the green is Into The Grain on this particular chip which should help [Applause] you think he’d be able to handle that for par the left side but even with a nice par say for Tiger he sees his lead trimmed from three to two with four

Holes to play playing the cut like a baby cut he’s done just that this should be very very that would play for most of it Crossing and 188 left to the hole and Johnny it was downwind right to left off the te but now that the whole dog legs

Back to the right it’s more right to left and I don’t feel a whole lot of help in it sort of an easy looking hole location isn’t it it’s just sort of sitting right there where the opening in the bunkers is more in the middle of the

Green middle back of the green so not scary a you yeah this cutting against the landine on the right looks like it’s going to come up short too yeah wasn’t well hit that might bury knows these greens backwards and forward early walk knew it right away wow so no damage

Done by Fowler with a miss an opportunity had with a second shot so the lead remains to we’ve talked about a lot of time car’s a big difference between and Roger three shot leading a two especially on this finish yeah and this is a big t-

Shot for him here if he puts it in the Fairway it’s almost a certain birdie if he doesn’t don’t know play right H this going at the bunker on the right and remember he put it in that bunker on Friday and went for the green

And knocked it in the water and made a six yeah just dripping speed just ease it down there very well done kind of like that and he’s a happy guy played the quality shot out of the Fairway bunker right to where you’re supposed to easy two put birdie 14 under

Par five players have won a PGA Tour event seven or more times and has done it four of those times sets up nice for that big cut of his doesn’t it it does four iron here here wanted to go started left the hole cutting just a little left of the

Hole of a shot there you go just what you’re looking for Roger you have to think that this was exactly what he was trying to do with the t- it was the impression I had conditions called for it and he executed it this but I should slip to his right some shouldn’t yes
