Justin Fields looked good in college because he had a supporting cast around him. Chicago bears never had a supporting cast around him. Matt Nagy sucked as a head coach. Eberflus sucks in the head coach. They fired the whole entire offensive staff because they know that they sucked. Only reason why eberflus is still the head coach is because he has a defensive coordinator background.
