This is the Split Grip Golf Drill to Work on Club Face Control – Nick Taylor Drill

You’re you’re doing better with the other stuff and I would be happy this lesson’s already a success if you got these three elements head position swing path and the brush but if your Club face is not Square you’re still going to be inconsistent in your direction right now

I was recently at the Riviera and I saw this guy this is um a player that just recently won um at the waste management this is uh Nick Nick Taylor I believe and look at this look look what he’s doing here look you see what he’s doing

His hands are split you see he’s got a split grip going you see the hands right and so what he and then he’s practicing he’s practicing squaring his Club see how the face is square here okay and so that is I call that and I have called it

For a while now the split grip drill now watch this uh stand over here please for a moment you so I can demonstrate so to PR what he’s doing there is he’s practicing his Club face right and so it helps to to split your grip to practice

When you come down look what’s my left hand do look look that’s right and so when the hands are separate for whatever reason it’s easier to feel the left hand I like seeing it this way see how my hand’s like this the right hand’s barely on it

And so you want to practice trying to supinate the face straight where’s the club face pointing this is great too this is a lle tool for $15 it’s worth every penny because then you could practice in the house you could even do it like this look you could close your eyes and you

Could practice squaring it and see if you know what square is because you need to know that well you can’t just you know uh think it’s Square you have to know what it feels like in your hands for it to be square so if you would put this on your

Club and let’s do the split grip drill
