It’s the loudest building I’ve been in since I’ve been in the Big 10 um but um yeah we it didn’t go our way last two and a half minutes we got beat and uh our guys are very well aware of what we did it’s not like we have to go over it
And beat them up but um uh we had to get back to U you know a focus and and um uh we’ve done that a couple days in practice and now we get uh you know Iowa who’s obviously one of the best offensive teams in the country well
Coach I think it speaks volumes to just the balance in the league too uh so that veteran leadership will float to the top uh time and time again before the year’s over Terence Shannon is a reigning Big 10 player of the week uh his game this year compared to the other Seasons
You’ve coached him what’s the difference oh it’s a whole different level uh confidence that comes from being in a system being in a program um you know Confidence from having the um uh the leadership role thrust upon on him and being able to take that uh you know
There’s just so much of the mental piece uh there’s uncertainty when he comes here because it’s he’s a transfer uh he has a fine season but just the growth that comes from the mental uh the mental aspects of knowing and and and being around the league being through it all
There’s nothing he hasn’t seen anymore and uh he’s been spectacular Dom mask has been a nice addition too huh yeah he’s been great you know he’s a 2,000 Point scorer and uh I don’t care what level you do that at uh you know he he
Missed 2/3 34s of a season and and still did that um he’s been he’s been outstanding he’s just Rock Steady he does a little bit of everything for us and um uh you know he’s been uh uh you know just an absolute pleasure to coach
