Target and I’m falling just practice this motion for me we’ll start to bring each and every one of these stages together so stage one Club across our belt buckle like this stage two is that back swing turn and get practicing foring in this manner now what we need here is a really specific

Focus point for you to keep building this through and that’s what I’m going to give you at the end of this video Once you know every increment to this movement now the next stage is this we’re going to start bringing in at stage three some turn into these hips so
