All right what is going on everybody how is everybody doing today welcome back here today to another mock drift video of the triple option what’s going on Tom what’s going on Dom how we doing what’s up guys mock third all right so this is going to be our third mock draft this

Year um a lot has changed since we last did hours we actually just recorded our Giants mock off season so we’re going to see um if the Giants maybe take a quarterback at six here um as Tom would maybe like I’m going to make the first

Pick uh Dom is going to make the third pick and then Tom’s going to make the second pick and we’re just kind of go order there so um with the number one pick I we could just kind of hop right into this basically um I think it’s been

Pretty much confirmed or it’s really looking like it’s going to happen now that the Bears are going to opt for Caleb Williams and they’re going to trade justtin Fields I know you don’t read into much of guys un following guys but Fields unfollowed the Bears on basically everything and I feel like the

Rumors have kind of been reported or heating up that he could end up as maybe it’s a Steeler whatever team their fields could be on next so I’m going to up steer yeah that that was slipped in there very non lot that slide I I

Mean he could be maybe a Steeler am I wrong no I think he’s probably going to be but Justin fields did say that the reason he unfollowed them is because he doesn’t he unfollowed the NFL too he doesn’t want football on his timeline there he goes go just make a new account

What if he’s just out of football next year that’s what it sounds like true maybe he’s just he’s notbe playing in China he graduated I don’t know no I don’t think he was a senior uh all right so either way I’m going kale Williams 111 uh Tom you’re on the clock for the

Commanders Breck M all right pretty chalky sure and simple um gonna happen I just I just wanted to touch on Kale Williams first I feel like if he doesn’t win five Super Bowls people will call him a bust the amount of hate he is getting is like to

A level I’ve never seen before and Drake May is maybe close to their not not close to to that level but he’s maybe like a level or two below it where I feel like if either of these two guys don’t have insane careers people are going to label them a bust forever it’s

Actually it’s crazy but I mean we’ll see how they do with the combine and everything like that but from everything I’ve read from trusted sources they are Head and Shoulders above every other quarterback in this class so that’s those top two picks that you guys had I

Think are pretty much locked in at this point if I had to take a guess yeah I’d be very shocked if it’s not like that which leaves the Patriots here I’m I wouldn’t be surprised if they went with the veteran quarterback route but I do think at the end of the day they

Probably want to get that Young playmaking quarterback so I’ll have them take Jaden Daniels here that’s not fun I think I still think that’s what’s going to happen I mean if they sign Kirk Cousins anything can happen with this pick if they trade for Justin Fields anything can happen at

This pick so until the Patriots make up their mind I think the Draft starts at four for right now I think I’m gonna create some fun I’m going to take JJ McCarthy fourth overall he’s going to sit behind CER for a few years they’ll probably trade him and we’re going to

Opt for McCarthy who shows a lot of potential not maybe in year one but maybe in year two or three so I’m going to go with karthy year at four how many consecutive quarterbacks would have to go until everybody just like Stood Still and was like what is happening right now

Is this right um all right so I’m not going to go McCarthy I’m gonna go Joe Al here no I’m kidding Marvin Harrison no shut up I’m going I’m going Marvin Harrison here um with this pick and then uh I yeah I guess maybe the Draft starts

At five who knows but if you’ve been following the mock off Seasons I wonder if we’re going to change too much that put the charges at five here you’re going uh wait should going Marin Harrison at four mhm I guess we’ve already done Bowers twice to the Chargers but I think it’s

Going to happen Okay so let’s go guess just I’ll just pencil in bers I guess easy enough yeah I think I think for this mock draft I’m in the mindset of I’m going to pick what I think will happen not what I want to happen and like like

That’s why it might seem shocky but that’s just what everything seems like so far um Matt mentioned we just did the Giants mock off season I think Malik neighbors will go here to the Giants if this is how it plays out they can’t pass up on him that’s most likely what

They’ll do maybe once the combine comes we’ll see some movement maybe um adun moves up or neighbors falls down I don’t know but as of right now this top six to me seems like it’s very likely to happen mhm and the Titans could go two routes

Here with neighbors off the board I mean like if you think Levis is the guy I mean like trayon Burks and and DeAndre Hopkins is not a great receiving Corp going forward and they could be like a fun Brock Bowers team if he fell to

Seven um this could be the Odun pick too out of Washington but I’m going to go with uh Joe Al they desperately need some oine help in that’s probably step number one into securing your franchise quarterback if it is Levis is to build around him on the offensive line so I’m

Going to go Joe Al with number seven Tom you’re ready be fun it it could be I think it’d be silly to take a Dun here but I could see it they just seem like they like skill position guys in the top 10 I don’t

Know who’s our who’s our coach now is he he’s he’s a defensive guy rahee Morris yeah about Dallas Turner is kind of speaking to me here okay I could see it I think he’s probably if not the best Edge rusher so I can see it I think I

Think Dallas goes here spice it up a little bit it’s been too chalky all right we got Dallas Turner going to the Falcons that is the first defensive player off the board um Pi let’s there’s a pick I really like here that I feel like has just like the hype in the steam

Just basically from like um just as of late I feel like and I remember I’m sorry domed for talking for your pick but it was I think I don’t remember if it was JC horn but there was a Corner that I feel like just jumped up over

Everybody in MOX I think it was I think horn I don’t remember if he was the Caleb far yeah so I’m going to ran same year cuz Farley was the first Corner pretty much the entire and ceran was right after horn too right yeah it was always

Back and then or jumps her tan because he went for before yeah that was wild cuz everybody was always between s tan or Farley but sorry Don for stealing your thunder no you’re good so we had the take Caleb Williams the first pick um maybe they keep Justin Fields maybe

They draft J JJ McCarthy also go with three quarterbacks one of them has to work out right like solves the problem somehow um I’m kind of torn like I feel like this D line could use some help but at the same time they’re secondary because who knows

What’s going on with Jaylen Johnson so maybe they have to change something there but then again like Olu fashanu is still here but they took Darnell right last year um I’m going to assume that they have to try to fix their defense a little bit and I mentioned

Earlier or I don’t remember exactly when but I think in an earlier video that Nate Wiggins is really growing on me I mean he’s a six he’s a 6-2 corner I think that’s really what they could use and if they keep Jaylen Johnson a pairing of those two could be great they

Lose Jaylen Johnson Nate Wiggins comes right in to be their quarterback one so I don’t know if nine is too high for him especially with some of the other people on the board here like this could be a a o dun pick because you get him and Caleb

And DJ Moore that team’s great but I think their defense was not fantastic last year so I’m gonna go with on the defensive side of the ball here with Wiggins I like Wiggins here yeah I thought the guy I was talking about like referring to just rising up boards was

Going to be Quin Mitchell out of uh too I can’t I can’t see him going nine that seems way too high yeah is crazy that’s what we said about I feel like JC horn at the time that’s what I was comparing him to basically the one difference is

JC horn played in the SEC and Mitchell’s in the Mac like like just I’m just going to call it as say hey Tre Lance played in the FCS that’s all I’m saying and that worked out well hey you’re talking about also Super Bowl winner Carson Wentz in the FCS too

Um Super Bowl that me up with the Jets no uh I’m up at here with the Jets so I’m debating damn I don’t really think Roma dun falls out at the top 10 and I know Olu fan was right there but ad dun and Garrett Wilson is a fun wide

Receiver Duo and I feel like the Jets can figure out the offensive line without having a pick here at number 10 so I’m going to go romad dud here they’ll figure the offensive line out later on um figured out def the fun pick he’s the the fun pick dude him gett

Wilson with Aaron Rogers hopefully healthy a quarterback this year that’s what I’m gonna opt with here I did not think I thought maybe dun was going to end up going at nine um too but I’m going to slide him in there to the Jets at 10 I’m sure that would be great for

Their Old Line though Le with the Vikings Vikings need a lot of stuff um I think I don’t know do you think McCarthy goes here I don’t know he I don’t think so but he could actually there’s a good chance McCarthy goes like he can go to the Falcons if they don’t

End up with Fields could be that gross the one thing that I started noticing with the this pick specifically it seems like the Vikings Broncos and Raiders are all kind of like questioning if they need a quarterback and if the Jets are fine with trading back two three spots I feel

Like the Jets pick at 10 could definitely get traded to one of these next three teams and like they want a quarterback and move up to the front of the line I could see that happening just to jump in front of the rest yeah fair enough but all right so but

Since we can’t really do that at this um I don’t know I think mcari could be a fun but I I I picked penx I picked penx in the last one now penx is dropping down draft boards really really really um I’m going to go Byron Murphy would be

Okay but they need more than that it’s tough this this is the first really hard pick of the whole draft I think the town it’s kind of the top starts to thin out a little bit you g to reach for the quarterback or you going

To try to take one of the best players available at a different position that’s what it comes down to at what what was it just like a general like are you going to reach for the quarterback reach for their future are you going to find position all right Tom I think they’re

Going to have to sacrifice the pick with how long you’re taking all right shut up all right you know what I think uh give me give me Jared verse we’re going we’re going we’re going Edge heavy here I think danal Hunter be gone I think Jared

Verse could be nice got to step in there all right d Broncos what we got I’m gonna do it they’re taking a quarterback now I don’t know which one because I’ve seen I’ve been uh Joel clatt seems to love B Knicks in the Shawn Payton system but I feel like this

Is way too high for bone Knicks JJ McCarthy’s younger I feel like he can figure out that system um and I think this would be just a funny moment because remember what was it last year the Broncos tried hiring Harbaugh or was it two years ago and now they’re going

To be taking his quarterback that he coached up so they can essentially still get a piece of him in a little a little way like that so I’m going to have McCarthy here go to the Broncos cuz it it just seems like Russell Wilson’s days there are number

And I mean is Jared stum really the guy I don’t think so I don’t know if they’ll sign someone else so if they have this pick here I think McCarthy because he does seem to be I think he’ll go higher than a lot of General people are uh

Anticipating as of right now yeah it does seem like he’s going to go at least in the top half of the first round and it could even be who knows it could be as high as like six if there’s trades or if it’s a Giants or something at the end

Of the day he could go very high which is crazy um so I was going to go McCarthy at 13 um if you didn’t take him but I’m not going to take Nix or pennx to the Raiders doesn’t really make a lot of sense um in my opinion so I’m going to

Opt for ol fashanu get some o wine help uh I don’t know if they’ve taken one in between but Leatherwood in the first round in the 21 draft was a horrible pick so uh I mean not a great track record but it’s a new GM um there now

And I’m going to opt for oh fanu out a pen State at 13 I feel like that’s pretty good value there uh for the radi yeah and that’s very like they’re taking the safe pick so if he doesn’t pan out it’s not the Raiders being the Raiders

It’s just the prospect wasn’t that good being the Raiders but it’s also the Raiders being the Raiders by taking a tackle when everyone wants them to get like these flashy players yeah I love how PFF has like a need for quarterback for the Saints which is technically true but they’ll

Just never take a quarterback here no not with this they’re GNA take Pratt that’s that’s their guy keep him in uh keep him in Nola yeah um I think tsy d d line and byon Murphy the best defensive lineman still both interior defensive on the board

Here I think this where we see byon Murphy go so I’m going to go with him here to the Saints cool um with the Colts now I mean I’m under the assumption Michael Pitman will be back they obviously don’t need quarterback running back’s fine like their offense overall is probably fine

Maybe they want to beef up the uh the o line but I mean I feel like defense probably the way to go because I know um I think it’s any more as a free agent uh so they they need cornerback help you talked about Mitchell before I personally can’t justify taking a Toledo

Cornerback over terion Arnold or Kool-Aid McKenry I don’t care what he’s done at the combine there’s a reason that these guys go to the schools they go to play the way they play and I I would feel much safer taking teron Arnold over Mitchell so that’s what I’m

Going to have the Colt here do I’m going to have them take Arnold Mitchell he he might pan out fine but the fact that terion Arnold has that track record in the SEC at B makes me feel a lot better than Mitchell over the who was seemingly

Unknown two months ago so going with Arnold so you’re going You’re Going ter okay so um Mitchell kind of Fallen here I’m not going to go corner with the Seahawks uh this is interesting like you could go Jackson PW Johnson there but interior o line isn’t sexy at 16 uh you

Could go to watatu as well I’m debating between him or the other new Big 10 team with Bo Knicks to the Seahawks um screw it I’m going to go bow knck to the Seahawks here not a fun pick um or maybe it is a fun pick but they’re

Going to go quarterback and at least is going to make Gino Smith feel a little bit of pressure with a new quarterback in the helmet I think Nicks I don’t know if he’s overtaken uh penck as a consensus like number four quarterback in this draft um or excuse me number

Five quarterback if McCarthy’s four in people’s eyes I was always Nicks over penx I remember going back to our tier list video you guys were very adamant on penck over Nick so I wonder if that’s changed at all all but I’m going to I’m going to opt for Nicks here at

16 what’s been here with Jacksonville I want to say I’ve drafted lotu there before I don’t know if I have but cuz Josh Allen’s gone and what’s their cornerback room looking like’s corner I might take McKenry here I was gon to say if anything I feel like Josh

Allen’s getting tagged if anything yeah he’s probably going to be back but maybe Calvin Ridley could be gone maybe they go receiver you never know fair enough so right now their cornerback room is looking like Darius Williams uh tyon Campbell Tyson kale I think is locked up on their contract for

Few more years but all right so I think you’re right josa is going to get tagged so I go here all right so McKenry to the Jags at 17 D what we got for the Bengals yeah I feel like I’ve made this pick before I don’t

Know I’m getting some Deja Vu here but this is not I’m not overthinking this pick the Bengals should just focus on o line for the rest of Joe Burrow’s career give me fuaga from Oregon State I think that they they just need to keep focusing on offensive line unless they

Go out and sign uh sign a guy but I don’t think there’s much out there so they got to build through the draft get younger get cheaper I think that’s the way they do with this pick yeah so I’m gonna I think the Rams would be also a fun quarterback team I mean

This would be possibly a perfect JJ McCarthy spot if he fa to 19 K staford probably got at least another year or two maybe even three in him and that could be a perfect time for McCarthy to sit maybe similar to what Jordan love just did seeing that pen out um I think

There’s two options here I think gatu out of UCLA or Quin Mitchell out of too and I’m going to opt for Mitchell out of too I feel like 19 is solid value for him um and he’s kind of looked at possibly as quarterback too in the strap

But then it could be down to three or four depending on where you have them over the BMA guys if you have nay Wiggins as your CB1 so I’m going to go Mitchell there at 19 um that’s going to throw you to the Steelers to the 20 I think I think Jackson Powers

Johnson is a good spot for the Steelers here but I think it’s a little early to reach on a center I think latu is probably a better player like where where is high Smith in terms of contract is he is he he got extended yeah he got extended he’s getting paid a decent

Amount of money so I don’t think they would go edge here for sure um yeah I mean they do need inter like they do need a new center cuz Mason Cole is not good at all but it’s just like weird taking a center at 20 but you know what

If he’s going to be an all pro Center hey I Linder bomb went kind of high and it worked out do the Steelers have any wide receivers next year that you like feel comfortable with oh absolutely not I don’t like Deontay and I don’t really like George pickings

Either but I this team is I think other holes how do you feel about Troy Franklin they no who tro Frankin Frankin I don’t know I don’t really think they should take a wide receiver in round one CU they’ve also proven to be a good drafting team on day two for for

Receivers so I would I would not go receiver I think they desperately need um either another Corner linebacker or um interior o line all right it’s not flashy it’s a center but we’re going to take uh Power hey if he’s if if I know it’s not

Sexy but in like three years you might be like really happy that they make this pick just not I mean I’m I’m sure the Ravens would throw with Ty Linder bomb they pick the center around around this 24 and I believe that was the that was with the Hollywood Brown pick as well

Yeah P Powers Johnson has been flying up the draft boards like I don’t think he was even considered like High second rounds no last time we did this definely not yeah so he’s really moving up there um I’m now up with the dolphins and it says that they don’t really have a need

For this position but I’m going to take it anyway if you looked at all our mocks they have a lot of free agents mainly on the defensive side and they have no cap space to really keep them I think they’ll lose Wilkins probably lose van GLE so they might need Edge they might

Need D line I think because of that they’ll probably I’m going to go with interior dline here I’m gon to have them take um Newton out of Illinois like I said I think Wilkins will be gone they’re going to need to find a replacement for him if they can get him

Here at pick 21 I feel like they’ll do it so I’ll have them take Newton all right so I’m on the board here with the Eagles at 22 definitely think they need to touch the defensive side of the ball um I think wuu is really good value you could go Cooper

Out of Iowa I think it’s up between those two picks I mean they do need some secondary help but um H reck like kind of requested a trade but I think pulled that back a little bit which is really weird he said he didn’t appar yeah that

Was just weird that came out in general but I’m going to have them take L to L to I feel like you got to go best defensive player available because they just need kind of everything on the defensive side of the ball so I’m going

To go lot to at 22 I thought that’s what he I thought Don was going to take him with the last pick yeah me too okay so we got Texans apparently their needs are wide receiver tight end defensive line and L linebacker so you need a wide receiver I don’t know

I mean tank Dell and niic Collins like seems fine to me um tight end I don’t see anybody here really worth taking um linebackers but know what this could be like a Peyton Wilson pick yeah but I feel I don’t know I feel like but I feel like they might just go

Like someone they really like could be trying to think like where there’s so many tackles here right now but they need a tackle at all not really they got like lamry tunel and um like maybe just for depth purposes but I pick for depth yeah but I guess maybe payt

Wilson’s to pick here but I feel that that’s still a little high for a for a uh linebacker usually they don’t get drafted until the second or third round so I mean who went what was his name last year uh Lions first rounder Jack Campbell Jack Campbell yeah like he went

Pretty high yeah all right you know what yeah go up p w in here all right all right um that brings up the Cowboys now and I think this is going to be classic Jerry Jones just trying to make a splash trying to get a big name guy CD lamb had

An insane season Brandon Cooks is getting up there in age no other wide receivers I think are really that uh sustainable on their team I think they’re going to need another wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr had a great year at LSU fully overshadowed by Malik neighbors I think Jerry Jones if he can

Get Brian Thomas Jr here to pair with Sidi that will just keep their offense going so I’m gonna have them take Brian Thomas Jr here okay um Packers another team that really needs to go defense they could uh or they could look at offensive line as

Well um they’ve been in an okay drafting team defensive wise so maybe like I’ll opt for a tackle here because there’s some solid ones um you got JC leam you got Troya fanu and you got a Mary smims uh grah Barton as well I’ll probably opt

For just JC leam um here at number 25 protect your franchise quarterback in Jordan love that gives me the Bucks here um I think Mike Evans is gone I think Chris Chris goin’s on his way out and they do have a lot of holes in this pan

Team I think I think I think they went they wind with Baker so there I mean Kamari ler could be a look here um but I’m going to stay on Georgia I feel like this got to be some there’s got to be some sort of re here going on and looking linebacker

Edge I think I think this is where oh you know what they need a corner I I like TJ Tampa I I think he I think he’s going to want up continue to rise once we get closer two draft time um I like him more than I I

Do like ler a bit more but Tampa’s got the size he’s 6’2 and he’s he’s a true senior but played in the Big 12 in conference with a lot of offensive Talent so give me TJ Tampa here to hopefully lock up that cornerback room because a receiver might not be the most

Important when defense is switch did you do that on purpose why because you’re going to take TJ Tampa no because it’s the Tampa Bay Buccaneers oh no I I didn’t even think of that so truly organic um Matt you took JC leam right at the Packers yeah

Okay and then Tom took TJ Tampa I mean if this if this is how it goes I’m feeling great with the Cardinals pick here um Cooper dein still available right like I didn’t mess that up he’s still no I was going to take him for the

Bills at 28 so he’s all yours if he falls here to the Cardinal like I do think the Cardinals need to focus on o line but they also really do need quarterback help so if Cooper Jin Falls this far to them at 27 I think it would

Be silly for them not to take him sure he played at Iowa sure he played in the Big 10 but I mean he’s 61 207 he just turned 21 so I’m totally fine with him if he can come over to the Cardinals and uh he’d probably be CB1 on day one yeah

I’m kind of jealous I was going to take him I feel like he will go a little bit higher um on draft night so I got the bills of 28 now this is going to be interesting but I feel like with Gabe Davis leaving in free agency um it comes

Down to who do you like more lad makoni or do you like try Franklin um I guess Franklin could be more I don’t know if he’d be more of an outside guy than M uh makoni basically probably at the end of the day so I guess that’s maybe what you

Prefer and who knows what’s going on yeah so no he’s definitely more of an outside guy and I I guess it’s just what happens also with Stefan digs down the line as well I’m going to go Franklin out of Oran um over Maki just because he has maybe more wide receiver one upside

Um so I’m going to take him to the bills I do want to ask you guys though I if this is how the draft’s going the only team here that would probably make sense to draft penck would be the Lions enough but probably not any more so like would

There be a team that you think tries to get the fifth year option on penx that would trade up like like Tom this is how it’s falling would you ha L win now mode like are you going to waste a first- round pick on a guy that you you know like I

Feel like the lines are how old was go like 31 yeah he was in 2016 years at golf like they’re not worried go is yeah I think people I guess that’s what they were talking about when they drafted like H and hooker like cuz golf was like not great

Last year and like kind of maybe the start of this year but like would you hate the Giants trading like one of their seconds and like a third to move up here to take pennx not really yeah so I don’t know lons though at 29 uh could go a couple different

Routes if they want to hit oer defense I’m going to stick with um oh no last pick I don’t know if I picked corner but um Kamari Lasser here out Georgia I just really like Georgia players in the NFL I think they pan out a lot of the time same with Alabama them

Those two colleges are probably the safest when it comes to drafting um I will take Kamar Lasser here for the Lions all right so Dom Ravens 30 yeah so the Ravens I feel like what they could do and um matuk a free agent I don’t know

If they’ll have the money to bring him back I think they could try to fix the D line because last year they also had Javon Clowny who’s in his 30s now and also a free agent I think they need to get younger on the D line which is

Making me want a Target here I think chop Robinson he’s ranked in the 40s I think he will be a first round pick I think teams will’ll eventually fly up the draft boards as we get closer to the draft he might even go way higher than

30 once the time comes but as of right now him to the Ravens I feel like it would be a great spot for him so still 21 as well he’s an early de clar too he’s 21 yeah pretty good pick so I’m debating if I want to go tackle

Or uh rraw here with the Niners this could also be like a lab makoni pick if if auk does end up getting moved this off season as well um but I’m gonna go with o I’m just G to take a marus Mims out of Georgia I feel like he’s

Definitely a lock to be a first-rounder and this would probably be good value if they got him at 31 yeah so finish us off Tom so now the Chiefs wide receiver defensive line and the Chiefs I if I’m the Chiefs here I think I would probably just draft best player available um

Where I think this is either Tyler nuben or rraw how are they in the cornerback room they have anybody departing needs a free agent but they’re probably taging him or right is MCD lock corner I don’t know if it’s on my head I hate just pick a wide receiver because

They need a wide receiver but like kind of hard to ignore I like Xavier worthy um I think I could see that he’s 20 um yeah I’m I I always like Xavier worthy and I think par up with Rashi rice and I’m going to have them finish

Off this first round here not take a running back again just all right so we’re going to go worthy there 32 and that’s going to wrap out our uh mock draft I guess 3.0 of the year we went Caleb 1 um we went Drake May 2 Jaden Daniels 3 pretty chalky um I

Guess any notable picks you guys want to mention before we wrap it up any like picks you really liked anything maybe you don’t see happening like do we think like I I I guess I was kind of questioning my bonick Seattle pick as well like would they be the B Nick team

I mean that uh the chop Robinson the Ravens I think is is uh going to wind up looking better as the uh draft prep process goes on they took um o a couple years ago right Don pen first round Ed rusher Oda o did they yeah was he first

Round or was he he was second round no he was definitely first round he was first round yeah cuz him and Micah both went in the first round on that draft yeah um I mean but you brought up the Seattle pick I fully believe that Seattle’s going to be drafting either JJ

McCarthy or Michael Pennock and the only reason I think that is because they hired uh Mike McDonald who stems from um Michigan originally he was obviously with Baltimore last year but he was with Michigan the year before so he knows McCarthy and I think they could maybe go pennx because of the Washington

Connection and their OC was the OC at Washington last year we all saw what he um uh Michael penx did there so that’s just me just buying into two narratives so I think they’ll go with one of those two options it probably W might not happen but I’m fully invested in that

And it’ll be cool come draft time too like where we where we know that like Russell Wilson ends up and Justin Fields ends up and Kirk Cousins and some of those quarterbacks as well like cousins could just go back to Minnesota and then it’s boom like we don’t even think about
