If Pelinka and Buss still want to retain some credit and reputation, Ham must be fired immediately…. making mistake is OK because of Ham oversold himself during the job interview, we are only human, only mistake makers who would rectify mistake quickly are the better leaders. Leaders (F.O in this case) that let the mistake drifting to do more damages is bad on their own reputation and the organization as a whole.
