Hold it at the top then I’m okay with a little bit of drop sets or I mean with a little bit of partial reps form getting a little bit sloppier not to the point of craziness but you get what I’m saying you know couple partials any means Necessary right these reps will be a little more brutish okay I think one more just like that should be pretty good
