Sheet Pan Jerk Chicken with Sweet Potato Wedges – Fat Loss Fundamentals Recipe

All-in-one. Spicy. Delicious.

1 sweet potato, cut into wedges
1 onion, big chunks
2 bell peppers, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt
4 chicken breasts, or thighs
3 tbsp jerk marinade – you can buy this at any supermarket

Preheat oven to 425
Toss chicken in a bag with marinade.
Place veggies on a tray and toss with oil and salt, bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the tray and add marinated chicken – bake for an additional 25 minutes, and it will all be done.
