What’s going on everybody everything trapped back at another game I said back at it another again back at it again with another review this time I talked about it in my previous video where I ran 100 m i I was going to buy some more spikes and I finally got them um got
Them the day I made that video enough so just to clarify something I had some old track spikes I wanted some new ones I got some new ones but these were the new ones right now do y’all see something first of all we’re a size 11 I got 11
And a half and then these are not Sprint spikes they’re distance spikes the only reason I got these to begin with was because of the fact that I thought um that they would probably be around the same you know like Sprint spikes distance spikes maybe it’s just one one
Spike missing under the bottom that might be the difference nope turns out for anybody who runs chat you probably have some Air Zoom victories for my mid distance guys or distance guys everybody knows that this is fly knit material right so it’s literally flat material it’s not cushion like a regular shoe
It’s just simply flat knitting material okay so what does that do in return well I ran with it track meat ran with it practice and they were always loose but I just kind of went on with it but the whole time um it was making my toe swollen specifically my left toe pinky
Toe swollen so I didn’t run for like over a month and I tried to run 100 meter last week I got 1195 and 100 meter um yes it was wet and I did have a h a headwind and everything like that but I just wanted to see where I was at and I
Wasn’t too satisfied with it and since my toe swess kind of went back kind of went back down majority I say like 90% I went ahead just got me some newer shoes and this is what I got now now I got some actual spring turning spikes so

It say right there fly weave it has that uh that bubble under there this bottom feels harder than the distance one it says Air Zoom transparent seven spikes 1 2 3 four five six hopefully the spikes inside are gold that’s what I did like about the other
Ones the I I don’t have them there also in my car the spikes were gold I remember once they track me over there Birmingham the girl was like I like your spikes and I didn’t even notice that gold was like different um the same type of braided uh
Shoe laces though with the Finish Line looking marking and then right here you have the Nike uh emblem this is the other side definitely nice shoe I like this uh pink and yellow colorway with the black logo nikee logo on inside I’m not going to open up
I I’ll do a review on them uh just do it actually you know what let’s see what are SP let go ahead and look ah Noe so you get the you get the um spikes but the 1/4 uh pyramid spikes I believe they’re pyramid spikes and the regular
Silver so what it is what it is but anyways um I’ll do a review later I’m going to wear these for like a month cuz uh I going to go to a couple track meets first I do have a track meat lined up for March 2nd and the 9th and the
