First group off in the morning what’ you like about your opening round um did not like the start uh I think I made double on my second hole bogey my fourth hole so it’s three over through four um and then just told myself to get get those
Bad habits out I know I’m kind of fighting some bad habits and uh just told myself to not do that so so then I started I started playing really well after that got seven in a row um and then just kind of cruised in from there
What kind of led to turning it around from those bogeys to 73 straight it was mental I mean it was you know just starting around on the first day it’s it’s tough when you are fighting some some bad habits so uh I just had to get
Rid of it and uh just keep moving forward there any specifics you do to change it around mentally not really um I just kind of had to speed up honestly uh my game when I slow down I start thinking too much so I sped up up a
Little bit and uh you know just kept kept momentum going forward once you started gaining momentum did you realize then it was seven birdies in a row started clicking didn’t realize it until I made the putt on uh 13 I think it was the part five and that was the seventh
In a row so then it probably got in my head and uh kind of missed a a putt on the next door but it’s fine longest birdie streak of the season now you had it also last year at AMX do you remember at AMX having a similar kind of round
And feeling I do I think that was the third round maybe uh six or seven in a row I can’t remember exactly seven seven too okay um yeah I just got to keep that momentum you know the next three days second time playing this course what did you take away from last
Year about how to navigate um swing as hard as you can honestly uh Fairways are pretty pretty wide so you can swing hard and hit as far as you can and um really just need to hit your irons well and Putt well so where are you feeling most
Comfortable in your game right now um um I mean the putter was good to me today but uh just everything all around is pretty good still got a lot of the afternoon any plans over at Vidant for the rest of the day not really just
Going to hit some balls and take it easy perfect thank you no problem
