6th hole at Clandeboye Golf Club on The Dufferin Course. (This video was filmed in May 2023)
This reachable par 5 gives you two strategies off the tee to think about. Do you shorten the hole by heading left over the trouble and cutting the corner. Or do you hit a long iron up toward the hazard which sits at around 260 yards from the tee and runs across the fairway. A great hole here at Clandeboye Golf Club. Weather and wind direction play a huge part in deciding which club to hit.

Power five five hang on playing 494 from the greens now the line for me is always this Telegraph pole on the on the left hand side cuz that cuts the corner the Trap cu the hazard runs across the Fairway I haven’t checked the yardage but I think it’s about 260 so I always
Try and cover that so it means I’m going to have to put a little bit more into this drive you know wider stand more through but that’s my line there trying and John Ram it and if that clears that should be good I didn’t hear any trees I through the we didn’t
Quite get on at the Fairway so we’ve got about one 80 out the rough I’ve got a s in my hand the pin’s tuck back left so my aiming point is just Center Green try and get out good connection and we’ll see what happens let’s go on it is that
Enough oh we could be put a bre off that could be close it a really nice strike know sometimes you know you don’t always want to be in the rough but the grass is all growing towards the hole here it’s all going that way and the ball was just sitting down here
Actually got a really really good light which helps we B right to left oh you’ve got to hit it harder than that wait right finish it off well done highight definitely I cre that was actually a really s that must have been about 185 I love this
Hole I feel like this is a hole where I could always score on you know there psychologically there’s some holes in golf where you just feel so not confident this is one of these holes where I feel if I get off the te over the hazard I can really resore right I’m
Getting just a little bit of one degree of break right to left here I don’t get to say I’m putting to much should be get in turn turn turn ah never turned I don’t know what I read off that H I joined this Golf Club in November
Last year and it was obviously the first taste of it was Winter some temporary greens winter teas and stuff and it was wet it was bogy what a stunning Golf Course beautiful feel like I’m somewhere else he really good at golfing as well thanks
