Hello everyone and this is Elena Hills  Luxury Properties new listing. A custom built villa a work of a famous architect Carlos Gilardi. That has an impeccable design and is situated in a quiet residential area in Altea. Ready to see it, let’s go!

The property has one of the best  view due its high position. And it’s also hidden from prying eyes. So, from its terraces you can see sea views. Golf Club with a very nice restaurant and also mountains. There is a very famous mountain chain Sierra Bernia that you can see from every corner of the house.

There are lot of routes where you can go and do hiking. Do you want me to show you this  mountains at close distance? Let’s go! The property has a plot of almost 3000 m2. With a well-maintained garden in front of the house.

And a backyard with green lawn where you can set up a playground zone for kids. The house itself has 1000 m2 of useful surface. And is distributed over three floors. This is this is the driveway of the house  which leads us to a decent outer parking space.

Also there is a garage for at least three cars. With automatic doors that can be open completely on both sides of it this creating much space. And now let’s go and check out the house. So this massive floor two ceiling wooden door. Leads to this very spacious almost 200 m2 dining area.

This is actually my second favorite place in the house. It has its wonderful waterfall which creates a very calm atmosphere. And I’m sure this is the best place  to get away from summer heat. And so we proceed with this floor. Which has a bar on this side a snooker table over here.

And also there are two bedroom On suites. Which have access to the patio where we were before. And here is another interesting room of  the house. A home Cinema with projector and big screen . And three very comfortable sofas for you to enjoy your favorite movie.

And this is the Upper Floor of the villa which  consists of 3 bedrooms. All of them have onsuites bathrooms. And here I want to talk about the finishes of this house. Which are of best quality. Silk Italian wallpaper, marble floors everywhere. And Mosaic tiles in every bathroom.

This is the biggest bedroom of the house. With its own fireplace. It also has a very great spacious wardrobe. With glass sliding doors. And it has one of the most precious views of the Sea and the mountains. And this is master bathroom  with bubble bath.

A very great standing shower a separate toilet and a very nice Stone over here. From all the bedrooms of this floor you  have access to this great Sunny Terrace. Which provides us with these breathtaking views of the surroundings. So there is no doubt that this is a great property
