Callie Teegardin and her special guest, PGA Golf Professional Brian Dobbie, will share ideas on becoming a Pro in business by adding value to the people in your life – both personally and professionally. Plus they will share a tool they both use to build better relationships.
Brian Dobbie has been a PGA Member since 1994 and in the golf business since 1991. He is currently the Golf Teaching Professional at Trump National – Bedminster in Bedminster, New Jersey. He also spent 18 years at Montclair Golf Club in West Orange, New Jersey as Assistant Professional and then as Director of Instruction. Brian is a five time NJPGA Award Winner. He’s been ranked in the Top 10 Teachers in New Jersey twice by Golf Digest. Brian has his BS in Economics from the University of South Florida. Brian joined SendOutCards in 2009 and is a Senior Manager with the company. He began using SendOutCards to send think you cards for golf tournaments. He saw the value it created and started sending cards at the club for other events; Junior Golf, Pro-Am’s, tournament winners and marketing. The feedback he received from members was amazing, especially from the junior players! Brian had a light bulb moment that this product was something more than just a tool to send thank you cards…it could make people “feel” good and could add value to what he was doing, plus it was easy to use. Before finding SendOutCards, Brian sent 1 or 2 thank you cards a year. Now he sends 50-100 a season and have sent over 10,000 cards since he joined in 2009.
Callie Teegardin is a Notre Dame graduate and former-corporate America employee who was looking to find freedom to choose how, when and where she works and plays. She loves to travel, scuba dive and help people find their freedom and live their great life. She lives her life focused on Finding the Joy in the Journey in everything she does.
