That’s the position of my foot my shin so that’s like a neutral ankle and this right there is more of where I’d want you to be experimenting with okay so I’m pre- banked or pre-rolled so now and it actually kicks the knee in a little bit which is fine

Cuz we’re really focusing more in on the the ankle so we want to be able to take that load into that foot it’ll you’ll really really feel that hip loading when you’ve got that foot banked I can load into that trail side and then as I work

Through could really get a sense of being able to roll that foot and have I like to have the thought of the inside ankle bone trying to compress into the ground I’d never get anywhere near that but that’s just like the thought okay so again if I’m somewhere around

There I can turn back to the top this feels crazy crazy loaded right now cuz it’s it’s actually harder probably more strict of a feeling of turning into that hip when that ankle’s in that position so I’m turning back to the top and then working through really trying
