Keywords: Adam Bobrow, Adam, ping pong, table tennis, professional, Olympics, World Championships, Pro vs. Amateur, Pro vs. Semi-Pro, competition, battle, tournament, MLTT, Major League Table Tennis, Golden Game, Tag Team, Rumble, Pro League, USA, England, Egypt, Australia, Barbados, Adi Sareen, El Sayed Lashin, David McBeath, Tyrese Knight, Nikhil Kumar

– [Adam] What would happen if I challenged four professional players in a single game showdown? All four of these players are playing in the first ever professional table tennis league in the U.S. MLTT, also known as Major League Table Tennis. MLTT has two divisions, the West Division and the East Division.

And today I’m challenging four spectacular players from the West Division. Aditya Sareen is the son of an Indian national table tennis player. Rahul Sareen. Adi was born in Australia and represents Australia on the international stage. Fun fact: Adi is just 15 years old. He was ranked world number one in boys under 15,

And his best men’s world ranking was world number 37. In the MLTT, he plays for the Seattle Spinners. El Sayed Lashin, “The Arab Lion” was born in Alexandria, Egypt and has been a staple for the last two decades for the Egyptian national team. He’s won the African Cup multiple times.

In MLTT, he plays for the Bay Area Blasters. Our third player born in Southhampton, England, David McBeath, “The Shakespearean Shakehander,” represents England at the international level. Dave is a British national champion in doubles and a bronze medalist at the Commonwealth Games and the Team World Cup. In MLTT, he plays for Texas Smash.

And the final player, Tyrese Knight, “The Knight Train” coming from Barbados, he’s a chopper, but he’s also the most aggressive chopper I’ve ever seen. And in MLTT, he plays for the Portland Paddlers and they’re all gonna play against me in a single game. But how? In MLTT, both teams in a matchup

Will play 15 games over the course of five matches, three games each, plus the golden game. Each game is worth one team point. And each match has three team points available for the players to fight for. And the golden game is where all participating players come back

And battle as a team for one game to 21 points worth 6 team points. – [Voice Effect] Wow. – [Adam] In the golden game, players must rotate every multiple of four points on the scoreboard. And there is no deuce, so at 20-20 there’s one more point to determine the winner,

The ultimate golden point. – [Commentator] Adi Sareen wins it for Seattle. – [Adam] So for this video, we are gonna play a Golden Game, but since they’re way better than me and I’m the only player on my team, I’ll start the Golden Game with a 14-point lead.

Also, in this video we’ll have coaches, Luba Sadovska, the coach of the Seattle Spinners, will coach all these players and Nikhil Kumar, two-time Olympian and two-time back to back, defending U.S men’s singles champion will coach me. So without any further ado, let the games begin. 0-14. Here we go. Good.

– Let’s go! Let’s go! Adam! – What a service. – [Adam] Since I started the game with a 14-point lead, Adi will only play two points in his first turn because the total on the scoreboard adds up to 16, which is a multiple of 4.

– Hey! It was a good try. It was a good try. – Thanks. What. – What happened? – Yo! Come on. ♪ Baby chop ♪ ♪ Doo doo doo doo doo doo ♪ Oh no. – Yes. – Good. Wow! I only got one point and they’ve won five.

Not the best start, Adam, but I have to give my best. Come on. -Come on, Adam! Come on, Adam! This is Flint Lane, Aka, the Commish, the man who created MLTT. What? Two hand switches, two net saves. And an incredible chop-smash to win the point. That was crazy. What an incredible point.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Think you’re good? Think you’re good, ese? I mean, sorry. Finally, I won a point against Dave and it was a a lucky net. This game is getting super challenging for me. Now I have to face The Knight Train. Tyrese from the Portland Paddlers for the next 4 points.

Long pips, backhand, some sponge there. A lot of sponge. Okay. – Sorry. Think you’re good? – [Lisa Simpson] And that’s called karma. – [Tyrese] Hey guys, what’s up man? Hey guys, what’s up man? What the So bad! – Let’s go baby. Oh, yo come on.

– [Adam] All of the players have completed their first turn against me. Now we continue the rotation starting over with Adi who started it all. – For sure I’m winning four for four. Oh no. Oh no. The lob hit my thumb… the serve. – No problem, hey, you got the lead! It’s fine.

No problem. He’s gonna miss his serve now. – Okay. Sorry, sorry, sorry. – I thought he missed. – [Adam] Geez, a golden sweep from Adi – For sure. I’m winning 4 for 4. He did! – [Adam] No wonder he’s the highest world ranked male in the league.

Now they’re just two points behind me. So far, I’ve only scored three points in this game. I’ve gotta think of something. – Alright, now we start Adam. Now we go. – Why now? Why now? Why especially now? Yes. Come on. Last point. I will make something surprise. – [Adam] Okay.

– This is a surprise. Getting closer, Adam. One point at a time. Just two more to go. Come on. – Alright! No problem, no problem. – Timeout. Timeout. – Timeout is weak. – Come on, McBeath. We believe in you. We don’t believe in Tyrese. – Yeah, for sure. For sure!

– They’re also nervous here. So find the chance attack and then when you find the chance, just keep going. It’s cold out here, but it’s also cold out there for them too. Make them run a little bit. Let’s go. – All right. – Come on. – Yo, yo, come on! – Beautiful.

– If I lose one more, the match is over. – [Adam] Match point. Match point. No way. 20-20. It’s an ultimate golden point. Whoever wins this point will win the game. He’s nervous. He’s nervous. – I think he’s scared. – Alright, here we go. – Alright, here we go, Adam.

This is the one! This is the one! – [Adam] Ultimate golden point. Wow, what a great match. Adi, El Sayed, Dave and Tyrese all played incredibly well. My coach Nikhil really helped me stay motivated but they are just too good. You can watch them play in MLTT

  1. If you wanna see how I do against the Women of the East Division of MLTT… sss'scribe. 🐍🏓🥳

  2. I'm subbed to and have been watching many of the MLTT events, it is just too bad that the closest one to me (probably Lawrenceville, NJ) is too far for easy attendance. I hope that next season they have it that for one of the four singles games they will have woman against woman.

  3. I can appreciate you challenging yourself like that, it invites growth. It was a strange game, but I kinda knew they will get you, surprised a bit that it went up to a golden point. Good luck with the ladies.

  4. Every time you post you make me so happy! Thanks for all the effort you put in to just make this one video. Stay like this and go on doing your thing, never give up😊

  5. Snake is OK to use against beginner or semi pros. But for these Top Tier players its easy picking to smash. Adam should play more faster against these guys and use snake as a surprise shot. Once twice in a set😂😂

  6. What is it with US that make them try to reinvent how sports are played in other countries to make it popular in their country? Cant they just do it how others do it instead of trying to buy their way into some form of entertainment business investment?

  7. why are they afraid of hurting feelings whats with all this sorry bs are they trying to win or what saying sory is more insulting than getting a little luck /luck is part of the game nothing to be sorry about

  8. This was amazing! I know you must be tired of it, but i would love a video with TTD. I fantasize with a tournament where you, Dan and Otto are captains of a team each. A live stream final would be crazy!

  9. One of the best and funniest videos . I absolutely love your edit skills 😀. Comedy genius. Not to mention the level of skill displayed . 💪🏼🔥

  10. Adam love TT but can’t buy good rackets or balls anyone’s you record or would mind sending me some glue and rubber
